Beautiful chalet which was perfect for the three families that stayed here (8 people). Lots of space to not feel like we were on top of each other. It was easy to find a quiet space by yourself when needed. The host team, especially the Concierge Laura, were great to deal with and very attentive to our needs. The chalet was well stocked for cooking and serving. We had a Chef team come in (arranged by the Concierge) to prepare a fabulous banquet for our full family of 14. What a great way to celebrate our milestone anniversary.Overall a great place to stay to enjoy the beauty of Whistler and area.

This house was awesome. This house exceeded all expectations and couldn't have accommodated our multifamily party any better. Very big and more than enough space for parties of all ages.

First Class Whistler

Great house in a beautiful neighborhood. Very comfortable and enjoyable home, conveniently close to the village and mountains. Wonderful amenities and terrific service from the property management team.

Wonderful Week in Whistler

We really enjoyed this property including the proximity to the Village, lakes, and bike paths. We had ample room for the entire family and the property was well stocked. There were a couple minor issues with the property but the management company was very responsive and got them addressed ASAP. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing home

We have skied as a large group for 9 years and this was our best house yet. The 2 dishwashers, 2 laundry machines and 2 hot tubs were awesome. And the boot and glove rack in the warm spacious garage was key also! Lance was extremely responsive for any of the small issues we had and also gave us some very helpful advice on the mountain. If we ever come back to Whistler, we will definitely try to get this house!

The chalet was amazing with all the necessities. We did have some issues during our stay with circuit breakers tripping through out the house. But overall the house was impeccable

Great for family ski vacation...

We visited with 2 adults and 6 young adults and teens. The house is great and full of wonderful features: 2 hot tubs (though navigating the tub covers in the snow is a challenge even for 2 strong people), outdoor fire table, sauna, Sonos sound system and large first-floor kitchen/family room/dinning/room. We were worried about the distance from the slopes (about a 5 minute drive), but that was actually quite easy to navigate with two rental SUVs and we liked not being in the full-blown flow of the holiday season. Room for improvement: the primary bedroom on floor 2 is located adjacent to the hot tub. That hot tub makes a humming sound and when you lay down in the bed and you can feel and hear it. If you like white noise, then you will be happy. If you are sensitive to that, ask the property manager to switch the timing of the filter pump so that it runs during the day and is off at night (if that is possible). Also, it is a new house and there are still some kinks: faulty fuse for garage doors (so we had to open and close manually for a couple of days), garage boot warmer didn't warm and soap dispensers in the dowstairs and upstairs powder rooms didn't work. Also, be sure that you are aware of the check out time. We didn't realize that check-out was at 10:00 AM and when we got reminded of that at 8:30 PM on our last night it put a real damper on the end of the trip as our flight home was not until the following evening. Oh well, still a great house and a great trip.

Thank you, Adam, for your feedback and I am glad that you had a lovely holiday. I had not heard anyone to date say that they felt the hot tub was noisy but we will look into this to see if it is possible in the future. Thanks also for letting us know about the soap dispensers - new feedback and we will look into this asap as well. The brand new boot dryer that is not heating is being replaced, and the electrician fixed the garage fuses, so happy that was resolved. Our check in/out times are clearly communicated on our listings, booking agreements, pre-arrival emails, pre-departure emails - all in all about 4-5 different times. While we do our best to accommodate any alterations, we do require advance notice in order to prepare movemnet of cleaning teams etc. Apologies that we were unable to do this on such a sort notice during the busiest week of the year. Next time, hopefully we can get ahead of this for you in order to not damper your last day with us :) We appreciate the 5 stars! Warmly, Michelle
