Located near downtown Santa Fe, this New Pueblo-style home is set right into the foothills, surrounded by panoramic views of Sun Mountain, close to Museum Hill on Old Santa Fe Trail. Just a short drive to the Santa Fe Plaza downtown! Here you are close to the action, the mountains, and all the beauty of northern New Mexico.
All the beautiful features of New Pueblo-style design can be found at Casa Zia, from the elegant finishes to an on-demand gas fireplace in the living room. Big sofas invite you to relax and take a breather, enjoy the view or watch something fun on the large 65” Samsung HDTV in the media area. Free cable, with sports channels, HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Prime and Hulu for your enjoyment. The dining area, part of the large common area, includes a 60” round stamped copper table that can easily seat eight for dining or be used for games, computers, and projects. There's room here for everyone to pursue favorite vacation activities without sacrificing the togetherness of the living space.
Windows and sliding glass doors onto the rear covered deck keep sunshine spilling into Casa Zia year-round, and you are never far from a glimpse of beautiful NM scenery. The state-of-the-art kitchen is filled with a new Whirlpool appliance package, cookware, serving dishes and service for 12: everything you’d need for a casual meal or a feast for your family. Wow. We were blown away at how great this house is. The attention to detail and quality was more than expected. So many wonderful amenities that we didn't want for anything. We felt right at home immediately. Although we were only one couple this would be ideal for 3 couples. Each room is equal in status. Meaning that no one will feel slighted by having the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. All of them have large TV's and plenty of closet space. Even though the master is the only en-suite bathroom, the 2nd bathroom is plenty roomy. It has a fully stocked kitchen for pretty much any type of cooking you want to so, with plenty of baking and cooking equipment. I wish we would have spent more time in the backyard looking at the stars but we were just too busy. We could have gone smaller but we needed the driveway and garage for my husband's motorcycle. It's a quick 7 minutes to town and was perfect for my 15 minutes south to my artist retreat. I will definitely recommend this to any of my friends wanting a place in Santa Fe. And we will definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you!! Thank You!! to the owners for making us feel at home. What a true gem of a home!

I am at a loss of words to describe how lovely that Home is. The decorations are so tastefully done and so reflect Santa Fe living, and the amenities were totally over the top. I felt as if I was visiting a friend who stepped out and will be coming right back. I am so very, very pleased. We got to experience it.

**Review for VRBO Rental House** I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fantastic Casa Zia, and I cannot recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. The spacious layout provided us with plenty of room to relax, and there were numerous sitting areas perfect for enjoying a good book or chatting with friends. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay. We cooked in several evenings, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the appliances and the abundance of cookware and utensils. It really felt like a home away from home. Additionally, the hosts provided a wonderful guide of local attractions, including hiking trails and nearby spas, which made exploring the area a breeze. It was a thoughtful touch that added to our experience. We also appreciated the little extras, such as chocolates and bottled water, which made us feel truly welcomed. Overall, this rental house exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. Can't wait to return!

Really lovely house

This house exceeded our expectations. The outside deck was perfect. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very well outfitted. We would definitely stay here again. It was convenient to all the places we wanted to see.

Getaway to Santa Fe

Great property - rude management

This house is great! Super clean and VERY well stocked. It is kinda weird because the washer/dryer is coin operated. They leave you coins so you don't have to pay for it out of your pocket - it is just a weird extra step. However, I never received my check-in instructions from V trips. I called the day before and they said they would "resend" them. On the instructions, it said we could go straight to the house since they have a keypad instead of an actual key. Once we got there, however, the alarm code they had sent us was incorrect. When I called, the gentleman could not have been more rude and tried to belittle me for not getting the packet from the office - even though we followed the given instructions. I finally put my husband on the phone and he was slightly nicer. Once we got that part sorted out - the trip was lovely.

Lovely home

Santa Fe is a favorite spot for us. We have always stayed close to the square but we tried something different this time. This house is about a 6 minute drive from the square but worth it. Its a beautiful area and close to some other museums and great hikes. The house was nicely set up and clean.

Great family stay

My husband and I vacationed in Santa Fe with our three adult children. Casa Zia was an excellent location for a morning hike up Sun Mountain and a visit to the historic city center. The house was beautifully decorated with all the amenities any family needs!

Beautiful Home, Exactly As Described

We loved staying here. The owners thought of everything you could possible want and need for a vacation getaway. If was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. It’s located in a pretty neighborhood, and it’s about 35 minutes to the ski resort. It was perfect for our family of five, and we will definitely stay here again if it’s available.

Lovely home and home away from home

A sistercation of 3 and this was just what we wanted. Each of us had our own room and there was plenty of space for us to hang out, inside and out. Quiet neighborhood and even some local wildlife - 2 deer behind the back fence supplied an cool touch on our last morning. Really had everything including an electric kettle to boil water for the tea drinker. Be sure and check the house guide if you want to use the info about using the washer/dryer, user error on us. Would absolutely stay here again.

A great place close to downtown; the art is amazing

We enjoyed this property while on a five-day get-away. It's central to hiking, the Plaza, shopping and is a great place to hang out. The owners have obviously spent a lot of time decorating it with original art.

This house was fabulous! The kitchen and baths were extremely well equipped, the beds were comfortable, the instructions were very helpful, and there were many thoughtful touches that made our stay perfect. Family Weekend in Santa Fe

This VRBO is the best ever! The space is beautiful, inside and out, and the house is meticulous. The owners provide a helpful guide to the area and plentiful supplies for the kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms. We so appreciate the owners’ and management company’s attention to every need or want. The house is a very special place and we thank the owners for sharing it with others. We have family in Santa Fe and will definitely return here if it’s available.

Kokopelli property mgt was great to deal with. Very helpful from the start Great place, beautiful art work, kids love it, rooms for all to enjoy, loved the beautiful copper top dining table great for occasion entertaining games and dining We loved it all another repeat for our destination Christmas hopefully next time with snow

Birthday Trip

We were in New Mexico 17 years ago for my sisters birthday and decided to go back again this year. The house is wonderful! Well stocked, comfortable furnishings an A+ for sure. Description doesn’t include the fact that there is a stackable washer and dryer available along with laundry soap. Rental agreement states only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is supplied as well as paper towel but extras are available. We had an issue with management company (VTrips) after booking where they booked us into a different house because this one was no longer available. Thankfully that was straightened out well in advance. Local management company (Kokopelli) was much easier to communicate with. Would highly recommend to others and would stay here again if/when we make it back to the area.
