Evergreen Landing-Modern APT Perfect for Duck Fans

Enjoy a stay in beautiful Eugene in this modern and updated apartment. Evergreen Landing is an 1100 sq ft top floor apt. It is separate from our home and above our small business. Master has an attached half bath with a king bed and pack n play. 2nd bedroom has queen sized bed and twin futon. 3rd bedroom has a full sized bed with trundle twin under. Pull out couch (full size bed) in living room. 1 floor of stairs to the living and common spaces. Laundry room downstairs near the front door. Technically there is room for 10 people and a baby but it would be tight! We suggest 6 adults max and some kiddos :)

Mid-century modern and University of Oregon combine! Clean and updated upstairs apartment. Books and games for all ages available. Well stocked kitchen with the basic necessities. This apartment is only used as guest quarters and does not have any full time tenants.

Great place! Unit was above the detached garage with its own parking. Unit was extremely clean and host was flexible with changing dates and very fast to respond. Beds were comfortable! 15 minutes to Autzen and 10-15 minutes to some beautiful wineries. Would definitely stay here again.

Fun stay in Eugene

Awesome space! Clean and beautifully decorated. Great location. Close to some great wineries in one direction and food and breweries in the other. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Perfect Stay, Great Location, Go Ducks

The apartment was perfect with all the amenities you could ask for. Beautiful location about 10 minutes or so to Autzen Stadium so perfect for those coming to town for a game. The hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. Beds were extremely comfortable and everything was super clean. We will definitely stay again on our next visit. Thank you!

Parents Weekend in Eugene for U of Oregon

Great place!

Really lovely property. Very clean and well appointed. We didn’t have young kids with us but I’m sure parents would appreciate all the thoughtful touches for little kiddos. Easy in and easy out and the hosts were kind enough to let us in very early which was super helpful for us. Great experience all around.

Evergreen Landing - A Gem

This truly was the perfect place for my UO student-athlete and me to come "home" to in Eugene. In addition to being a staging area for my daughter's "stuff" needed for dorm living, this apartment was spacious and had all the amenities needed for our week+ stay. I will definitely want to stay here when I come back to visit. Shanna and John are A+ owners.

Wonderful place!

Our family was the first to stay here, as we came in for the Olympic Trials. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hosts, Shanna and family, had thought of everything. The apartment was separate from the hosts main house, and was clean, with new appliances and fun decor. They even had thought of the little things for infants or little kids who might be part of your group. Plus they’re are some great hiking/running trails less than a mile down the road on the Iris Ridge Trails. Would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Wonderful property, especially for families!

We loved staying in this property with our three kids under age four. Shanna has thought of everything! There were plates, bowls, cups, and utensils for our kids, cabinets and outlets were baby proofed, and there was an easy-to-use gate at the top of the stairs. We didn't have to worry about any of the safety issues that we usually need to worry about when away from home with our young kids. The home was quiet and private, and the space is so pleasant and bright. We loved it here and we will stay there every time we visit Eugene!

This vrbo allowed our family a place to come together for a sporting event

Misleading base price. Over 1/2 cost were additional charges. This was a busy weekend in Eugene. I would have preferred a fully disclosed total price based on the price hike for the marathon and other activities at the U of O.

Great setup for families with baby

We had a great stay with Shanna and John! They had all the right touches for our stay with a 10 month old — baby gate, pack and play, high chair with silicone bibs, some kid-friendly dinnerware, outlet covers… plus the on-site laundry! We would gladly stay again!

Great Place!

This was a great place to stage dropping our daughter off at school. The location is outside of town which made it quiet and relaxing. The home was very clean and new. It is spacious and no one felt like they were cramped. We needed a small favor from the owner at one point and she was very approachable and helpful. Thank you!!! Highly recommend.

Such a homey spot

The property was wonderful. The hosts have thought of everything to make it comfortable and welcoming. The mattresses were soft, they had different pillow densities for different preferences, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of games and books. And I will absolutely be returning if I go back to the area!

Half Oregon born and raised and half midwestern transplant, we are a married couple with 2 daughters that love our beautiful state and our Ducks. We have this apartment on our property that would normally sit empty most of the time so we decided to offer it as a vacation rental for visitors. Shanna had so much fun decorating and we have always loved hosting family so this was an easy transition.

We are close to town but outside city limits with no bordering neighbors. Very quiet and beautiful part of town.
