This 2,000 SF fully renovated WATERFRONT home will be your preferred vacation location offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an office. This beautiful property has 452 Feet of beautiful WATERFRONT shoreline and the remarkable water views will not disappoint. The location is very private and is perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing!

Features: Volleyball court, cornhole set, 4 new kayaks, 1 paddleboard, brand new firepit, game room with ping pong table. Pets are welcome.

-Enjoy 4 bedrooms (1 King Size, 2 Queen Size and bunk beds (1 full bed, 1 twin)) each with luxury touches along with 2 fully updated bathrooms designed to give you the best rest during your stay.
-The master bedroom comes equipped with a large office and a separate walk-in closet.
-Offers 2 separate living room areas overlooking the lake and are beautifully decorated. Enjoy unique lake views while sitting and enjoying a cup of coffee and relaxing with friends and family. Living room also provides space to play indoor family games. TV's equipped with all your streaming services to enjoy any movie or Netflix show you prefer.
-Enjoy an Outdoor Dining area with lake views on the deck under a gazebo with room for 8 guests.

-The kitchen is fully stocked and has all your needs to cook and grill out! We also provide a Keurig for coffee, pots and pans, silverware, glassware, etc.

-Boat pictured in listing is available to rent starting 06/15. Please discuss pricing with Host (renter/lessee must sign waiver waiving liability/risk of owner)
-If interested in a pontoon boat, we can refer you to third party Pontoon rental firm.

-We sleep 8 people comfortably but can add additional guests for $100/per night. You can sleep up to 12 with the extra bed accommodations we have in place.

We loved the location of the house and the property. It was perfect for a stay on the lake. Kitchen could be a little better equipped - the knives were terrible, and the communication as far as any house rules, how to access the grill and clean-up (ie what to do with sheets and towels etc.) could have been better. But overall it was a great stay. If you are looking for great lake frontage with a dock, this is perfect.

Heaven on Earth

By far one of my favorite trips EVER! This house was truly a slice of heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our group of 8 was so happy and impressed by this location. Someone in our group will definitely rebook this place! We were sad to leave! It was perfect in every way!

Perfection

This property is situated on a nice quiet cove with an abundance of waterfront land. All of the amenities are as advertised perfect for family fun. We will be back.

The place was ok. Upgraded but some things need to be fixed(drawers, handles). Outside needs to be maintained. Animal poop and spider webs everywhere. Hard to communicate with host prior to stay. Otherwise, not a bad place to stay.

Spring Break '25

My friend and I took our sixteen year old sons and 5 of their friends for a spring break get away on the lake. House was perfect, comfortable, and had everything we needed. What sold us on the selection was location and the yard space. Beautiful. Located on a quiet cove with deep water dock. Owner provides kayaks, paddle boards, volleyball net, corn hole, and fire pit....it was perfect. We had 7 teenagers and they had a blast. If they weren't in the water, then they were enjoying the large yard doing everything sports! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful location on the pint of a cove in February! Very relaxing and weather cooperated with several days at 70 degrees. Would do it again!

Lake Norman Retreat

Very nice accommodations. The setting was very quiet and relaxing. All the important necessities were provided. I especially enjoyed the living room sofa. It was not a sleeper sofa, so you it was able to have reclining footrests. Sleeper sofas are not comfortable to sit on. The place had 4 bedrooms, so no sleeper bed was needed. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Kids and pets are welcome, but you have to pay extra to bring your pet.

Lake Norman Lake House

Great location and comfortable stay. We enjoyed it very much.Very nice inside. For future guests I recommend making sure outdoor furniture and games are cleaned for guests. Outdoor furniture and games were very dirty. Chairs on lawn were covered in bird poop; ping pong table advertised was warped and unusable which was disappointing. Kayaks were covered in dirt/spider webs.

We absolutely loved our stay here!!!

We loved being in the country surrounded by the sounds of nature. So relaxing and peaceful. The house clean and homey. We loved the town of Mooresville and the people we encountered. We will back ❤️

Autumn views

We found the space to be incredibly accommodating. There was even an office with a printer in the master suite. We homeschool, and our house was getting painted so we needed a place to give. We also wanted to see what it would look like to live by the lake in Mooresville which is closer to where my husband works, and we found the experience to be promising. During our stay we saw a herd of deer, a flock of geese, a pair of raccoons, fish, and a majestic blue heron that sounded like a dinosaur. It's a quiet place tucked away in Mooresville, but it is easy enough to get back to Charlotte.

Great weekend spot

Great mini weekend vacation at the lake. Home was very clean and tons of extras from ping pong to kayaks to volleyball and fishing. Will stay again for sure.

The house is immaculate! Everything was so nice and clean, the house is perfect for family. The property is just great, love the backyard, the dock, the quaint beach to go kayaking, very nice! Victor and his team were great!

Nice accommodations, but definitely not LUXURY

The location and the property along the water is amazing. Access to the lake along the property waterline and dock was great and nice to sit under a shade tree and enjoy a nice swim. victor was very accommodating and responsive to our needs if anything came up. However, that being said, this home is a remodeled mobile home and something that I would never consider to be luxury. Given the multi-million dollar homes all over the lake, this place is far from luxury. It’s a nice place, and decent accommodations on the water, but don’t expect luxury. The furnishings are very simple and pretty low budget, the kitchen is sparsely stocked with basic and low budget utensils, plates, glasses, etc. All in all, it was a pleasant stay and we all enjoyed the home, just warning to anyone expecting this to be a luxury experience - you may want to adjust your expections a bit!

Perfect lake vacation

My family (me, husband & 2 teens) were in from California to visit my parents. The lake house was perfect for everyone. We rented the boat and skied every day with the kids, then took a relaxing sunset cruise around the coves with the whole family. The dock is great for just hanging out and fishing. We also explored the area with the kayaks and paddleboard. The yard is large and we played cornhole and spikeball. The house itself has been renovated and looks brand new inside. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. I will definitly look to rent the same house again on future visits.
