Welcome to Relax on Riverbend - the perfect place for you and your family & friends to enjoy beautiful Lake Norman! With a major interior upgrade a couple of years ago, the property boasts a great open floor plan with an oversized kitchen, plenty of seating and multiple places to get away and reconnect with those closest to you! On those beautiful days and evenings, step outside to our lakeside deck and take in those views!

The amenities included with this property are amazing - 6 SMART TV's, foos ball machine, pub-style arcade with all of the classics like Pac Man, Frogger, Donkey Kong & many more and then when we head outside, go out on the lake with one of our free kayaks (2 kid and 2 adult), enjoy the lakeside firepit. Have a boat? Bring it with you and tie up at our private dock.....and if you are interested in renting a pontoon, contact us as we have one dedicated to this property that is available for rent!

Relax on Riverbend provides tremendous, flexible sleeping options with 4 bedrooms on the main floor and an additional 3 on the upper level. We look forward to having you as our guest and all of the memories you'll create with your friends and family!

This place is a gem. The pictures that are on the site depict exactly what you see in real life. If location was a thing, this place is definitely a diamond. Access to the water is right in your backyard. Access to any amenities is a very short drive. And the neighborhood is very nice. Rooms have ample space, so you can move around in the public areas with no problem.And bedrooms are also spacious. I would recommend this location five star two any one looking for an opportunity to get away and relax.

The house had so many thoughtful touches. The back yard and back deck were perfect for hanging out. The hosts were very helpful leading up to the stay. If I emailed, I always got a quick response.

The communication before and during this stay was outstanding! The house was beautiful and exactly as described. Great amenities, the s’mores setup and the bottle of wine were a nice touch even though we did not indulge.

Amazing home with everything you need. The owners provided a wonderful welcome package and all the basics from soap and shampoo to towels and kitchen needs. We never needed to run out to buy something except food - of course.

Relaxing

The open floor plan was perfect for our large family. Everyone could gather around and not feel crowded. The dinning table was the perfect size to share meals, conversations and/or play games. Great semi-secluded location to make lasting memories.

Beautiful

House was clean, well stocked and roomy. There were plenty of spaces to relax and getaway from the commotion, and then large areas for the entire family to come together. The large back porch had a beautiful view of the lake, and the sloping lawn down to the water and dock lended ample room for dogs to play. I would highly recommend this property!

Excellent property for family reunions

We rented Relax on Riverbend a family reunions over the Thanksgiving holidays. The house comfortably accommodated our large group (12 adults, 1 toddler). The kitchen was very well equipped to serve a large group. The management company was very responsive to all my questions. We are already talking about a return visit to Relax on Riverbend.

Fantastic Family "Base" for the Wedding weekend!

We were in town for my son's wedding. The out of town family stayed together there. We had such a wonderful time and the setting was beautiful! Beds were comfy and lovely bathrooms! I absolutely loved that big gas stove in the kitchen which was a cooks dream. The views were wonderful too! If you want a great place to relax just choose this home. I was so pleased! setting was veautiful!!

Beautiful and Spacious

This property is very spacious and inviting. With 7 bedrooms, beautiful and comfortable living spaces and an accommodating kitchen, you can’t go wrong with this home. The extras the home offers is great for a larger family like a game room, beautiful fire pit, spacious deck seating, kayak access, digital board checkin and checkout, and a nice waterfront location. We enjoyed time with family inside and outside and would highly recommend.

Fantastic House for large family gathering

This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people.

Granddaughter's Wedding

We are a family of 14 that came together to celebrate our granddaughter's wedding in Statesville. We needed a large place, and this home filled the bill. It is very spacious and well laid out. The view from the deck is beautiful and the location is so serene and quiet. It is absolutely as described, and then some! I honestly can't say enough positive things about this home. The management company {Drew} was so responsive to any questions we had. It is stocked better than any rental we have had, and we are long term VRBO customers. You won't be disappointed! Thank you Drew for making our special occasion, all the nicer! Pat and Don

Great relaxation!

The host did a great job of making the property welcoming. Loved the mini fridge for drinks, all new kitchen cookware and utensils, great big table for dining, excellent kitchen island for food prep, great fire pit with wood provided. But bed of all was the shallow swimming area with a sandy bottom near the dock which was great for our kids to enjoy the lake. Kids also loved the the kayaks. Host wa quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Only downside was that the laundry room is in a bathroom and two rooms share that bathroom. That bathroom is tiny with no room to leave any personal items so you had to leave toiletries in your room and bring them to the bathroom each time. Other than that, we loved the place.
