Esta unidad es un quinto piso, está excelentemente equipado de un dormitorio, 1. 5 baños condominio en Cordoba (Key-Hay) Surfside Resort, Maui, tiene una absoluta vista directa frente al mar de 180 grados y las islas de Lanai, Kaho'olawe y Molokini son claramente visible cerca.

Este es uno de los 1 BR unidades más cercanas al mar en todas Kihei / Wailea. La unidad está literalmente justo en el océano! Podría decirse que es la mejor unidad ubicada en el Surfside.

La unidad tiene una cocina completa con lavavajillas y máquina de hielo, plana LCD Creen, reproductor de DVD, teléfono, internet de alta velocidad y una terraza privada. El salón tiene un sofá cama tamaño queen. Esta unidad es propiedad del mismo dueño desde hace más de 20 años, fue remodelado por completo en ese momento, y se ha actualizado recientemente con nuevas alfombras, tapicería, pintura, contadores, TV y tratamientos de la ventana.

El dormitorio tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite. La unidad está totalmente equipada con utensilios de cocina, ropa de cama y toallas, plancha / tabla de planchar, secador de pelo, sillas de playa, toallas de playa y un refrigerador. Sombrillas, tablas de surf y equipo de buceo no están incluidos, pero a menudo se quedan atrás en las unidades por otras personas - no hay garantías. Great place!

We loved our stay at Kihei Surfside. It was perfect for my wife and I. The views from this condo are fantastic and it was so nice to hear the ocean. Afternoon breezes kept things cool. Condo was everything we hoped it would be. The lawn on the property is great and their is a really nice beach just steps off the property. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing views & beautiful condo

We had trouble with the door code for the first 12 hours of our stay. Hard to get a hold of someone to help us, but once we got that fixed we truly enjoyed our stay! The condo is beautifully renovated and the views are amazing. We would definitely stay here again!

Five star condo in South Kihei!

This unit met and even exceeded my expectations. By far the cleanest, and most beautifully decorated Vrbo I’ve ever stayed in, and the first I’d 100% stay in again. Communication prior to, during, and after stay was excellent, condo was stocked and appointed exactly as listed. PERFECT FOR TWO

This Unit is perfect for two people. We were pleasantly surprised by the location of the property not to mention the awesome views! The property itself was will maintained (pool, lounges, grounds, bbq’s, and building). The property is in walking distance to a 5 star restaurant and the Kihei boat ramp, which is very convenient for ocean activities. We look forward to staying at this Unit on our next trip to Maui.

Best Unit at Kihei Surfside!

We've visited Maui approximately 20 times. This unit was one of the top as far cleanliness, updated and stocked! We were in the elevator one day and was talking to someone from a local cleaning service the cleaned 23 units at Surfside. They asked what unit we were staying in. Beautiful location right on the water

The Surfside is a great low key place with everything you need either on site or nearby. The views are spectacular. We have returned many times and will be back again. Our unit was so close to the water that we could spot turtles on the reef. Didn't spend much time inside or cooking but enjoyed the ocean air and sounds while resting. Snorkeling is great here. Next door has great rentals for kayaks or paddle boards. Mana Kai has great bar and restaurant and the lil store has yummy sandwiches and salads. All oceanfront with beaches, grass and views. Paradise it is! Mahalo!

The view was amazing. The condo itself was quite outdated. A few things need to be fixed including the icemaker, the toilets and the fan in the bathroom. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. My son ended up sleeping on the floor. The manager was responsive to our concerns. Overall if we stay here again we will stay in a different unit.

The Perfect View

This condo stands above the edge of the gorgeous ocean and looks out over the lovely lawn. Fifth floor, and the next-to-closest lanai to the ocean, we sat and watched the water and the people and the clouds and sunsets everyday! Everything worked fine,except the ice maker which was not hooked up. There was a bag of ice in the freezer, so that was no big deal. Also, the carpet, bathrooms and decore are quite dated. That said, the bed was clean, operated smoothly and the furniture comfortable. The rental fee was comensurate with the dated decor so we were quite happy with our stay!

This property is stunning and photos don’t do the view/location justice. Such a peaceful, chill area with so much to do within walking distance. All the good vibes made up for the early morning wildlife noise and the heat. Honestly, didn’t mind it all that much because everything else contributed to an excellent experience. Ideal Location & Ocean Front!

Loved the location in Kihei, near great restaurants and shops, grocery stores, walking distance to the beach. Nicely updated property with all the essentials in the condo. Amazing view of beautiful grounds, pool and ocean. We saw turtles every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening. I was concerned these units had no air conditioning, but having the windows open, listening to the waves with the ocean breeze was perfect!

Beautiful place in a beautiful location

We had an amazing trip to Maui and unit 502 at Kihei Surfside was perfect! We loved everything about it. It has been completely remodeled and is gorgeous. The views of the ocean, pool and sunsets are incredible. We have no complaints whatsoever about the unit or the complex. We would absolutely stay there again, no questions.

Amazing accommodations with amenities galore!! Centrally located. Plenty of parking. Comfy bed with convenient master en-suite and bonus powder room. Great cooking kitchen that’s got all the things!! Pictures don’t do this place justice. That lanai is worth it. Splurge. Mostly slept on couch in living room in front of lanai n the breeze n sounds of ocean crashing on the rocks below. Mahalo. Overall Our stay was great! The condo was spacious, clean, updated and had all of the items we needed to be comfortable. We loved the balcony and how close the ocean was. Only drawback was that the there was no A/C and made sleeping a bit more difficult.

Amazing location and views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in 502! The views are absolutely breathtaking - the pictures do not do the view justice!! The location is perfect!!! Literally steps from the beach where you can snorkel or just soak up the sun in the sand. We saw sea turtles daily from the lanai! And there is a little cove to the right of the property where you can see sea turtles feeding or sunning on the beach. The unit itself is beautifully updated and is very comfortable and roomy for 2. We loved everything about our stay and look forward to coming back!

Property was very clean with everything you need. On site staff very accommodating. Pool area was kept in excellent order. The beach was the best with nice snorkeling. Short walk to town if you don't have a car. No air conditioning in the condo but with the lanai doors and bedroom windows open there was a nice breeze to keep us cool. We'll be back!

Best unit in the best place on the island.

Unbelievable views, perfect grounds, snorkeling and turtles right out front, beautiful condo with the best of everything. We had a wonderful stay. The unit was fantastic. The facilities were wonderful. The on-site staff were amazing and helpful. The rental management staff were wonderful and very quick to respond to any questions. We are already figuring out a date to return. This location is really amazing. Kihei is classy, but more relaxed than North Shore locations. I’m so glad we found this spot. We grilled fresh fish we picked up in town on the fantastic barbecues on site. We borrowed great beach chairs from the office and used them many times. We borrowed the light up bocce ball set from the office and played at night on the wonderful lawn. It only took 25 minutes to get to the airport area and 45 to Lahaina. An hour drive puts you at the beautiful bays up North or to Paia. South of this spot are wonderful beaches and small bays with fantastic snorkeling. Kihei has a great kicked back night life, and just South in Wailea you’ll find more night life, but just a little more conservative. The condo itself was beautiful. Very fresh furnishings and cabinetry. The bed was great. All of the appliances were top-notch as well as utensils, cookware, etc. The linens were high grade. The entire place was sparkling clean when we arrived. The beautiful prints of beautiful photos from around the island were amazing. It was pretty much perfect in every way. We did not want to leave, and we will return. Highly recommended.

We figured the property would have A/C. Definitely did not. Otherwise it was as described. Knowing it didn't have a/c beforehand might have swayed our decision to stay at this property.

Can't beat this view!

We loved our stay at this unit. Location location location! Fabulous view from the main living area and the lanai, steps away from beautiful Keawakapu Beach, and easy access to snorkeling, shopping, and eating. Good communication from the hosts. Check in and out was easy. Can't wait to go back!

We are convinced this property offers the best value and location for oceanfront accommodation in the south Kihei/Wailea area. All of the units are direct oceanfront, and the property has the most amazing oceanfront lawn area spanning over 2 acres, which is unique to our property. The best part about the Surfside are the friendly, happy people, and the great accommodating staff!

The property is located right at the north end of world famous Keawakapu Beach. It is one of the finest white sand beaches anywhere. It stretches for miles past some of the most expensive homes and hotels in all of Maui. Great for walking or running. There is a reef right at our property that has the most amazing snorkeling we have seen anywhere. Unlike most other oceanfront properties in Kihei, the Surfside is perched right on the sea shore, set back several hundred feet from S. Kihei Road, so you hear the ocean, not the road noise. The complex has two high end stainless steel barbeques and picnic tables right at the ocean. Almost every night, we use the barbeque and eat our dinner at the oceanfront lit by tiki torches.
