Grocery store and CVS also with a short walk. One mile to Tom Fazio designed golf course. 2 pools steps from condo set in lush landscaped grounds. Short drive to Loop and a cyclers paradise right from your door .

Perfect Desert Getaway!

We had a wonderful 6 week stay at this beautiful and quiet property. The location was ideal - just minutes from great restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Beautiful Sabino Canyon was a 5 minute drive, which made for some amazing hikes and sightseeing. The property itself was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The two pools on the property were gorgeous and very well maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the Tucson Catalina Hills area!

Great mountain view

This is a wonderful residential property, well-maintained and furnished. Host very responsive when needed, with good communication about needs and information. Very comfortable with well-stocked kitchen and up-to-date appliances.I recommend without reservation.

Good location for hiking in Catalina foothills. Nice views of Catalina Mountains. Spacious and well equipped unit. Nice pool facilities. Host very responsive.

Great Mountain View

We had a wonderful stay. The location is amazing with a great Mountain View. It is also very close to Sabino Canyon National Forest, a great place to hike. I highly recommend this property. The grounds are beautiful and the swimming pools so beautiful and welcoming. The Owner is extreme considerate and helpful. A great property!

The property was exactly as described, but the best part was Sara! She was so easy to reach if we had questions or needed something. She communicated any updates about the complex in a timely manner. Would definitely stay here again or at any of her properties.

Beautiful Condo!

We stayed 3 months and had a wonderful stay. Communication was great with the owner. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very spacious. The condo has a beautiful view from the balcony and the property is maintained in pristine condition. The only negative is there is an expectation that the air condition is to be kept at 78 degrees or higher. This should be posted in the listing for those that prefer cooler settings. Overall a wonderful place to stay in Tucson!

So happy you enjoyed your stay , we love that view too! Unfortunately, in Tucson summers when the temps get up above 100f AC units can freeze if set to less than 78f during the day. This is not the case at night or when the weather is cooler. I apologize if I was not clear about that. Anyone staying can set the temp to whatever they prefer; however, as you suggest, I will mention to summer renters the need to set the AC a little higher when it is over 100f outside so the unit does not freeze. Thanks for the great review and the feedback!

Veranda at Ventana

Owner was very responsive to issues we had in first few days. It wasn’t clear in the listing that the unit was on the 2nd floor. Steps were difficult for us while carrying items (we are 80). Beautiful views of the mountains and great location. Kitchen well equipped. A/C is very loud. Overall our stay was great!

Excellent condo, amazing location

So happy we chose this condo for our 2 month stay. Condo was clean, well supplied kitchen, comfy beds, comfy living room furniture, that perfectly suited our needs. Could not have asked for a better location. Close to either of the pools (the south pool being almost right out the door). Complex (grounds, pool areas, fitness area) very well maintained, and we always felt very safe. Very quiet neighbors, the area quiet in general. Sara was great to communicate with, and response was immediate if we had any need or questions. We spent a lot of time at Sabino Canyon, just down the road, which is an amazing place. So much hiking! Grocery store, CVS, restaurants all so close. Our favorites were Tuk Tuk Thai, Arizona Pizza Company, and The Commoner. Overall a fantastic stay!

Month in Tucson

My husband and I just spent a month in this condo. The grounds are lovely. It’s a gated community with two lovely pools within a less than 5 minute walk of the condo. There is also a well equipped gym. The condo itself is very cozy. It is nicely furnished. I will note that if you want a very fancy place to stay this unit is not for you. That said, we loved it as did our guests. We will definitely be interested in renting it again if we decide on a month in Tucson.

Great Hiker's Base

Being situated 1 mile from Ventana Canyon & 2 miles from Sabino makes Sara's condo the perfect spot as one's base to hike in Tucson. We spent 1 month at Sara's and couldn't have been happier. After a day of hiking we'd head to 1 of the 2 hot tubs/pools available, and although it's a larger complex, it was quiet and there were always chaise lounges available. The kitchen was very well appointed and we did a LOT of cooking & baking while we were there. TONS of closet space in each room, although the 3rd bedroom could use an additional night stand or dresser. There was a plumbing issue soon after we arrived but Sara was extremely easy to reach, and immediately got the problem taken care of. She also had a blender delivered for us after we inquired if she had one. One bonus is that the condo is walking distance to multiple (good!) restaurants and a major grocery store & bank. We felt we struck gold with this place and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Spacious condo in great location

Large bedrooms and closets with dining table seating six and balcony seating four with view of the mountains. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Bathrooms are not updated but have plenty of counter space and storage. Kitchen counters need to be replaced but appliances, dishes, etc worked great. Nice to have pantry storage in the laundry room! Oversized washer and dryer. Owner was very responsive to one repair—kitchen faucet leaking so they replaced it. Very prompt communication; repair person came quickly. Handy having a desk in the second bedroom for computer work. Internet was fast. Cable worked fine; no premium channels but was able to watch sports, news, etc. Mostly streamed our own movies using the living room tv with HDMI cable which we brought. Plenty of towels and bed linens. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year.

One of the most beautiful places I’ve stayed

I’ve traveled a lot due to my job and being a travel nurse, and Sara made it super simple with written out instructions that had intricate details to make the check in process seamless. The condo is exactly as it is pictured online and is extremely clean. The overlook that you have on the patio is breathtaking with mountains in the background. I would 100% recommend anyone to stay here! Not to mention the location. Catalina Foothills is considered one of the best and upscale neighborhoods in all of Tucson! We were there for nearly 4 months and felt right at home. Thank you Sara!

Great place! Great location! Great host!

Our family of 5 stayed in this lovely, well-appointed, condo for two months when we first moved to Tucson. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. In addition to the condo itself, there are nice neighbors, wonderful pool and workout facilities, and it's in a great location (close to shopping and restaurants). Plus, the view from the balcony is wonderful! In addition to the location, the host, Sara, is extremely attentive and if there was any issue, she dealt with it immediately. She was also excellent about keeping us apprised of any community updates (e.g., pool maintenance, etc.). We liked this place so much that members of our family will be renting it for a month next year.

Great place while working remotely

This place is prefect for a couple who wants to discover Tucson while working remotely. The apartment is well stocked with fast internet. Sara is very responsive and easy to speak with. She even Amazon'd us a few missing kitchen items! At first we were worried about the location and how far it was from "downtown" but we quickly realized that downtown Tucson wasn't for us. We loved the close proximity to Sabino Canyon! Thanks Sara!

Lovely apartment in a quiet & safe gated community, ideally located.

The apartment is beautiful, spacious, clean & has everything you would need for a long stay. The beds are large & very comfy & there is loads of storage throughout. I loved the balcony with its views of the mountains, prefect to pep-up with a morning coffee or have a relaxing drink with friends in the evening. The community grounds were pretty & well maintained, with two nice pools to choose from plus a gym if you have any energy left after a hike or bike in the local trails. Nearby is a grocery store, a varied choice of restaurants & other facilities. Or La Encantada has even more choice & is only a short 6-minute straight drive away. The host responded to my pre-booking questions quickly & communication was easy. If I am back in Tucson, this apartment will be top of my list.

We loved the Mountain View’s , the variety of great restaurants and the fact that we could be hiking or playing golf in minutes. The gated community is quiet and beautifully landscaped with 2 uncrowded pools, a gym, volleyball court, playground and outdoor grills.Tucson has so much to offer there is so much to do and see !
