Las vistas magníficas de las montañas hacen de este acogedor, recientemente renovado condominio el perfecto oasis en el desierto. Junto a una de las tres piscinas de la propiedad, el acceso a una piscina climatizada y un spa están a pocos pasos. El cerrado, sin embargo, amplio patio proporciona un área excelente para entretenerse o relajarse, mientras disfruta de las impresionantes vistas de la cordillera. La cocina actualizada ofrece todas las comodidades y las zonas de estar y comedor abiertos son confortables y elegantes. The Greens is close to everything from the mountains to restaurants and the pool areas are fabulous!The condo itself had everything you needed for a comfortable stay! It’s proximity to the pool can’t be beat. The large patio area is also a really nice feature! The rental company and its staff are the best! They are on top of everything! They make rental a very easy and pleasant experience!

Our Stay at the Greens

Our only issue was the noise level that we experienced from our tenants upstairs. The design of the rooms is such that every footstep, every chair moved, everything dropped transferred the sounds to the lower unit making it difficult to sleep. We had to sleep in the spare bedroom which had twin beds.

Everything you could need for your stay, fully furnished also with towels, paper towel, tissues, bath supplies, dish washer soap, and coffee. Very spacious, nice view of mountains from patio. Pool and spa right outside door, both heated which was nice as temps were a little low but kids were still able to swim. Dead bolt for door was finicky and only liked one of the keys provided... but thats my only complaint. Property management was helpful and easy to deal with. Would definitely stay here again if im ever back in Tucson, way better than a hotel for almost same price.

Holiday visit near Sabino

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival: Keys not available in lock box, a leak under the kitchen sink, a master bathroom counter covered in powder, and several light bulbs out. Less than minimal stocking of standard items for 2 week stay. Refrigerator motor began making a terrible noise and required several long visits by 2 different repairmen on our last 3 days of our vacation. The final repairman entered without permission. All during high covid risk time. Sadly, these experiences (all of which required us to communicate via an answering service) had a negative impact on our stay. Won’t use Spectrum again.

Great Sabino Canyon retreat

Property is near shopping, hiking trails and walking/ bike paths. Unit itself was a good bargain, and we were upgraded to a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit a couple days before our departure. Well-equipped condo with up to date appliances, plenty of towels and washcloths, cooking utensils, and even sharpened knives! Washer/dryer in the unit was handy when we needed to launder clothes. Our parking spot was close to condo. Neighborhood quiet - a little road noise, but not bad. Pools and hot tubs available on the property, but we were too busy spending time doing other outside activities to use them. All in all, a great stay.

The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We love being away from the main road so it's quiet and peaceful but it's close to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails. The condo was nicely decorated, well stocked and had high quality furniture, bedding, towels, etc and the property around the complex is well maintained. The management company is terrific and we are already planning another visit next year.

The view from the patio in the morning sunshine was a perfect way to start the day.The only issue for me were the steps down to the apt. as I have handicap issues and dragging suitcases and grocery bags was a challenge. Apart from that having the pool nearby was lovely. Thank you for a great stay.

Great view of the desert and Cataina Mountains from the back porch, very convenient to both hiking trails into the mountains (Ventana and Sabino Canyons) and to stores, restaurants, etc. The heated pool and spa was right out the front door. Everything worked in the condo and was clean. Plenty of room for our family of four. Overall a great experience and reasonably priced.

Reviewer Comments: The best endorsement we can give is that we have booked again for next year for the 5th year at the Greens and the 4th year in the same unit. We like the location, the view, pool and grounds upkeep, and management is top-notch. The unit is not perfect of course - e.g. there is noise from upstairs, the bed and sofa comfort could be better, the washer/dryer is not the best - but overall we like it.

Cleaning fee was not worth the money

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find dirt enough on the nightstands to make a carwash mitt. Broken glass, beer bottle caps, and uncooked oatmeal on floor under kitchen cabinets. Wiping water spots from tile floor produced a black paper towel. You should owe me $175.00 cleaning fee. We left it much cleaner than we found it.
