Amongst the miles of tranquil beaches along SW Florida’s gorgeous sapphire coastline, your Direct GULF FRONT "Sol" Mate awaits. The gorgeous Surf Club Condominiums, Unit 205 is yours to enjoy!

This bright, recently updated, sunny condo is stellar in every way. This condo boasts panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom and features private wrap around balconies offering 180 degree, stunning views. This comfortable, well appointed condo accommodates 4 guests.

Step out onto your expansive private balconies to enjoy spectacular sunsets or just sit and watch the waves roll onto the shore. Just in front of you will be miles of unspoiled powdery white sand.

Be sure to watch for breaching dolphin, manatees, soaring eagles, osprey, diving pelicans and sea gulls as you stroll the ocean’s edge. As you glance down, colorful sea shells and sharks teeth are sure to catch your eye. They are plentiful! As you beachcomb, be sure to watch for an occasional sand dollar too! Feel free to bring your coffee and join the morning yoga class on the beach. There is no charge and this group meets 7 days per week, year around!

This recently updated and well- appointed condo features a master bedroom with a King sized bed. The bedroom has a flat screen television with remote control and a ceiling fan for your comfort. There is free wifi in the condo. This condo has a separate dining area, and a very comfortable living area. The 2nd bedroom features two twin beds.
Your "Sol" Mate awaits. Relax; enjoy a margarita on your private deck, at the pool or on the beach. We are sure you will return time and time again, and will find that everything at this beach haven remains timeless.

The Surf Club is a well-kept property located directly on the gulf. Getting to the condo from the elevator located centrally in the garage was easy. There are ocean views from the kitchen, dining area, living room and bedroom! Our host, Karen, was excellent!

2nd Annual Empty Nesters Vacation

This is our 2nd time staying here. It was as beautiful as always! Plenty of amenities, kitchen is fully stocked and plenty of bathroom essentials to get your vacation started. The beach was not crowded. There plenty of beach equipment available as well. We saw dolphins, manatees, turtles. They have a permanent resident turtle named Fitzgerald! He’s cute and you can see him from your balcony!

Perfect Condo

We have stayed in several beach condos and this one is explained perfectly in the listing. Everything was put together very nicely, and easily manageable with a 5 and 3 year old. Check in and Check out was a simple process, and we enjoyed our stay. Englewood is perfect for shark teeth.

Winter Break

Perfect location on Gulf beach with daily beach walks and sunset viewing.and sunny patio seating all around. Dining of several varieties within easy walking distance (and short drive for more). Spacious, modern,clean and comfortable. Host, Karen, was immediately responsive and helpful.

Our stay could not have been nicer. The owner was super easy to communicate with, I spoke to her and texted her with a crazy number of questions. I almost hate to say how much we liked it because it will book up so quickly we’ll never get a reservation again!

Great vacation

We were used to vacationing on Sanibel but thanks to Hurricane Ian that was not possible this year. I had honestly never even heard of Manasota Key, but looking for condos to rent on VRBO; I saw the pictures of this condo and was instantly interested. The condo turned out to be every bit as nice as pictured and the view even more so. We loved the beach and took many sunset pictures. The owner, Karen, was a pleasure to deal with. We are now Manasota Key converts and can't wait to return next year.

Empty nesters vacation

This property was beautifully decorated and had amazing views from every room. The kitchen was fully stocked and they have plenty of beach equipment. The bathrooms had everything you need from shampoo conditioner soap and toiletries.

Great condo with a great view

The condo was very nice and had all the amenities you need. The location and view are amazing. There are restaurants within walking distance. The owner was available by text, though we had no issues. We really had a great vacation.

A Hidden Gem

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very spacious and clean, had everything we needed along with an amazing view. Our family travels often and this entire experience was wonderful. Karen was a great communicator and we would definitely recommend this property.

Excellent property

We really enjoyed our stay in this 2 bedroom/2 bath condo for the month of September 2022. It is on the 2nd floor and right on the beach in Manasota Key. We saw many beautiful sunsets and some really cool lightning storms. Karen, the owner was very easy to communicate with. We had guests from 8th-14th and during this time when we were returning from a swim, we overheard that painting of the outside of the building was to begin soon. We contacted the owner who was surprised with this news because she was told the building was to be painted the following month. The painting of the building was a minor inconvenience and didn't disturb our friends' visit in any way. We ate at several really good seafood places, which Karen recommended. Because of the formation of hurricane Ian, we opted to leave 6 days before our scheduled departure day. Karen was very understanding about us departing earlier than scheduled. She was very informative about hurricane preparations. When we couldn't find a gas station that had gas, she called around to help us find a station that had gas for the car. We made the right decision to leave early because Ian paid a visit to Manasota Key, as well as much of the west coast of FL. We highly recommend this property and property manager, and we would stay here again.

Absolutely stunning!

This condo is in a beautiful location and has been a great rental experience. Karen is an amazing host and good communicator. The views are stunning, the condo beautifully decorated and very clean. Kitchen is a cooks delight and has everything you need. This rental exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back again.

Amazing views and location!

We had a fabulous time. The condo has spectacular views of the gulf. Karen was so easy to work with and the check in and out process was so easy. It is a great location and we were able to walk to several restaurants. Our flight was canceled and Karen went above and beyond to help us. We highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.

Perfection

My husband and I had our first stay on Manasota Key and picked Karen’s property. What great fortune! The view was spectacular, proximity to the ocean couldn’t have been better, and those windows! Every time we walked into the condo we were greeted with sky and water. Karen is very responsive and helpful. Honestly I couldn’t give a higher recommendation for a rental property.

Beautiful views on the beach

This was by far the best experience yet. Great communication with the owner and perfect representation of the condo. We loved the views and ample balconies. Condo was clean and very well stocked with basic needs. A definite must if you want to relax and enjoy the views.

Slice of Heaven

This condo has breathtaking views of the Gulf. The ocean is literally steps away. It has large rooms, floor to ceiling views on two entire walls of the condo and three balconies to enjoy too! The kitchen is large and well stocked with pots, pans and silverware. Unit also offers a washer/dryer combo. Master bed/bath offers comfortable king bed and spa like shower with a walk in closet. Second bedroom comes with two twin beds in large room with a desk and huge closet. Second bath offers tub/shower combo. The facility has a pool and fitness room available for guest too. Owner is fabulous and was always available for any questions.
