Beach front condo 16th floor Hollywood breathtaking view

Beachfront condo in Hollywood, Florida, immediately next to Hallandale. The condo is ideally located between Miami and Fort Lauderdale. The Sian, next to the Tides is easy to reach from the airports within 14km from Fort Lauderdale (15 minutes) and 33km from Miami(30 minutes). The price are reduced by 20% as my balcony will be closed until July.

The 970 sqft condo is a freshly remodeled and newly furnished unit in the Sian that is a resort-like complex. The unit includes full equipped kitchen, a dining room completely open to the living, a bedroom with two queen size bed. The living room is equipped with leather sofas. There is one complete bathroom and one powder room.

You will stay in a condo with a lot of room and comfort that is only match by high end hotels. There is a DVD and a USB reader, sound system with Iphone base, WI-FI internet*, a brand new 55" flat screen TV with large selection of IPTV* channels as well as basic local channels ( 30+ ) and IP phone*.

In the complex, in addition to the pool there is a private gym, pool room, conference room and a laundry room on each floor. The building has a 24hr security service and a parking valet. If you have a car, you will have to settle the parking with the valet separately. It costs $45 for 3 days, $90 for 7 days stay.
Upon your arrival, you will have to meet with the concierge of the building. you will have to buy a key fob to allow your access to the pool and the beach. the key fob cost is 30$ per thre adults ( free for children).

There is work taking place in the building. I have reduced the regular price by 20%, my balcony will be closed unitl July.
The pool and the pool access to the beach are completely open.

The Sian is a set of residential condos. All occupants own or rent their apartment. This is not a hotel but we have and Enjoy café on the lobby and they serve and excellent coffee and food from 7am to 8pm . During your stay, I will have previously announced your arrival at the security and you'll be considered as my guest and a "resident" for the length of your stay.
So you will be living in my personal condo and in my own furniture with all of the usual amenities you would expect form a condo you live in.
You have to respect the peace and quietness at all times.
