Tucked away in a private location with stunning ocean views, you’ll feel relaxed the moment you arrive! This modern home offers spectacular ocean views of Smugglers Cove to the north and Black Point to the south. Kick off your shoes in the mudroom and sink into the light-filled living room with sweeping ocean views, a five-foot-long Sparks gas fireplace, a 75-inch flatscreen TV, and Bose in-ceiling speakers. Set the automated blinds to your preference and enjoy different views of the coastline and the tranquil sounds of the ocean. Relax outside on heated patio furniture as you look for whale spouts, deer, bunnies, and other wildlife.

Enjoy ocean views from the primary bedroom with a walk-in closet and an en suite bathroom featuring a jetted tub, a glass-enclosed shower, and a separate Toto Neorest bidet-style toilet. The second bedroom features dramatic ocean views, an en suite bathroom, and sliding doors to a patio overlooking the cove. The third bedroom doubles as an office space, with a large cherry desk and a twin day bed and a pull-out twin trundle bed, perfect for remote work or schooling with a view of Smugglers Cove that is sure to inspire.

A luxurious, galley-style, gourmet kitchen features modern appliances, including an extra-large SubZero fridge, a dishwasher, a Wolf five-burner induction cooktop, quartz countertops, and tasteful cherry cabinetry. The dining room pairs great views with your meal. The separate nook with a cozy window seat is the perfect place to read a book, take a nap, or just relax and enjoy sweeping ocean views.

Steps from the famous Bluff Trail, enjoy a short walk to Pebble Beach in one direction and to Smugglers Cove Beach in the other. You’ll be near the Sea Ranch Lodge, where you can grab coffee, smoothies, lunch, or enjoy a gourmet dinner. You'll have easy access to The Hot Spot, where you'll find picnic tables and barbecues on the Gualala River. There are plenty of hiking and biking trails to explore in the area, including along the coast, in the redwood forest, or in Gualala Point Regional Park. Downtown Gualala, where you'll find the Surf Market, charming Trinks Cafe, and other local favorites, is seven and a half miles north. Stop by Sea Ranch’s multiple recreational centers and enjoy swimming pools, saunas, tennis courts, basketball courts, and more. The 18-hole public Sea Ranch Golf Links are nearby as well.

*The Sea Ranch Association (TSRA) is working to expand facility openings while monitoring Sonoma County guidelines. Amazing spot
This house was truly the best and the views were unbeatable! We’ve stayed at a few places in sea ranch before- this spot is ideal if you want to be walking distance to beach and quick drive to lodge. We will definitely stay at this house again!

The perfect relaxing getaway
This is an absolutely beautiful home - better than the pictures! Design of the home makes outstanding use of the location and provides ocean views from every room. Very comfortable and generously appointed; we had everything we needed for a very relaxing escape from the city. 5-stars across the board!

Our stay at Seaspray was delightful. If has a European feel. It has beautiful views of the coast. Watch out for the coffee table in the living room - it bites!
