Tropical Waterfront Resort Home with Marina, Kayaks, Piano, Game Room

This 4 Bedroom 3 bath resort like home boasts 200' of deep water canal frontage. This home is the very definition of a luxury beach house with stunning volume ceilings in the expansive living space. The eat in kitchen with beautiful hardwood cabinets and granite countertops overlooks the living space as well as boasts views of the pool and the water. The large master suite is spacious and well appointed with a master bathroom that is completely finished in marble with a jacuzzi tub and multi-spray head shower surround. In addition, there is a bonus game room and bar area off of the pool on first level. Stepping out back you will enter a lush, tropical paradise including a mini marina (2 boat slips will available for your use) and swimming pool. Sit pool side or canal side and enjoy the amazing view and beautiful landscaping. Have fun with the kayaks and corn hole board there for your use.

Take in the incredible sights from roof top deck that gives you a 360 degree panoramic view of the Gulf of Mexico, canal and surrounding area. The house is located in quiet, gated community. For that reason we cannot allow large house parties.

Boater and family paradise!

Amazing property and even better host. Mike went out of his way to help make our stay incredible! Mike called us a few days before the trip to give us boating suggestions, great food locations, beaches, must-see towns, etc. He also went above and beyond to help me with a boat storage issue prior to our stay which resulted in us being able to bring and use our boat during the trip! The house was in an amazing location, and was without doubt the best rental we’ve ever stayed in. Incredible sunsets from the roof balcony, 10 minute boat ride to gulf, beautiful pool, gated community, the list goes on and on. My family loved the house and we can’t wait to go back!

Amazing House

Mike was an exceptional host. He checked in several times to make sure everything with the house was satisfactory and was always available for questions. The house was well equipped with kitchen necessities. The pool was nice. My favorite was the dock area and fire pit. My son spent most of the trip fishing of the docks catching fish. Definitely a great location for a family vacation.

Great house!

We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful time. The house was spacious, and the roof top deck was amazing! It was a great to eat dinner up there. Our kids played in the pool all day long, we rented a boat that we docked there, etc. Plenty to do to keep you entertained. The host was great, he checked in before we got there and was easy to chat with during our stay. We highly recommend the house!

Best Ever!

Literally the best experience ever! Not only was the home chock full of fun stuff to do (Pool? Check! Kayaks? Check! Hot tub? Check! Board games? Check! Plenty of cookware? Check! DOLPHIN sightings? Check! Check!), but the owners were incredibly helpful, responsive, and truly made us feel like family! We couldn’t have had a better stay. Thank you, Bergers! We’ll (hopefully) be back!

Amazing!! Great experience!!!

Let me start by saying the home owner was amazing. He checked in with me after I booked online and made sure our stay was awesome. Thank you Mike. Ok not enough space to say how awesome our trip was. The view from the top doesn’t come close to the pictures. You cannot capture that view without seeing it. Incredible!!!! Each night we especially enjoyed playing pool. The house itself has plenty of space to get away from others and relax. Balcony’s were very nice. Pool was perfect and they had lights that changed colors for a perfect ambiance atmosphere. I rented a boat from Windsong boat rentals that is right there at the start of the neighborhood and you can rent multiple days and keep it right there at the house!! Plenty of dock space and fishing area as well as a bait station to clean the fish!! I can’t wait to come back and stay!!

Spectacular house and location!

The house was exactly as depicted on the site. Mike was very attentive to our questions and needs and couldn't have been any more helpful than he was. Our family loved the house and the location and we all had a wonderful week together!

Great vacation stay

Perfect location and property for larger family gatherings. Big enough to have privacy and plenty of space to come together also. Watched July 4th from the top deck of the house and saw firework displays for miles. Owner was available to direct us in the event we needed it. Truly special time with family. Worth every penny and you will not be disappointed
