Thank you for your inquiry. This private tropical resort-style home offers an impressive 3900 square feet of living space, featuring 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The property includes a large heated pool with a sun shelf, a game room equipped with a ping pong table and a whole-body multi-gym, as well as a kitchenette. For sports enthusiasts, there is a professional half-court basketball setup.

The game room is designed with tropical decor and features an 8-panel slider that opens to the pool area and backyard, which includes a dock with a sling boat lift. Guests can easily launch kayaks or boats from the backyard, providing quick access to the Gulf of Mexico and nearby islands.

The home is furnished with high-quality design furniture and includes a gourmet kitchen with modern appliances such as a convection oven, gas cooktop, and a reverse osmosis water filtration system. Additional amenities include hurricane impact windows, a Weber propane grill, office space with high-speed WiFi, and memory foam mattresses. For entertainment, there are four Roku-equipped TVs.

Guests can enjoy stunning sunrises over Miller's Bayou and may even spot dolphins from the kitchen window. A public boat ramp is conveniently located nearby, and guests can tie their boats to the dock. Please note that the use of the boat lift is reserved for rentals of two weeks or more. Discounts are available for boat rentals through Windsong Charters & Boat Rentals in New Port Richey when mentioning your VRBO stay.

The surrounding area offers a variety of waterfront restaurants with live music, state parks for wildlife viewing, and numerous golf courses. A Super Walmart is just a two-minute drive away, and boat trailer storage is available nearby for a fee.

For security, the property is monitored by two cameras: one facing the driveway and mailbox, and the other facing the side of the house. Guests are welcome to cover the second camera during their stay.

Great house

The house is great! The outdoor areas, deck on the top and the pool and seating down below, were perfect for hanging out with family. The house was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our stay!

Great family vacation home!

I would say that the home was very family friendly. It had a great pool, ping pong table, and fun games. I think the property manager was also very friendly and helpful. We did notice some minor areas of improvement involving the cleanliness of some areas. Dishes were somewhat dusty in the downstairs kitchenette, certain parts of the house didn't seem thoroughly cleaned, and we didn't have a working pool fan, the door downstairs was difficult to open, and there was no extra toilet paper for a week of staying. However, the property manager did help fix the fan! Despite the minor areas of improvement we would definitely recommend this property again! Great views! Centrally located for the beaches we wanted to hit! And very responsive property managers! The hosts also worked with us on the front end and answered our questions in detail!

Spacious Home w/ Lovely Pool

This home was perfect for our needs as it fit our large family well. Very spacious and the heated pool was a delight! Located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the bayou. We definitely will enjoy the memories!

Perfect vacation house

This house worked great for our family. Had 9 people between the ages of 4-74 and everyone had areas to spread out. Favourite part was the pool. Thanks for the great vacation.

Excellent Christmas holiday

It was great location, excellent accommodation we were very comfortable, well equipped kitchen, very clean property. Easy to get to lots of tourist destinations in Florida. Host was very accommodating of our needs, and very responsive.

Great fishing

Fabulous house with everything that was mentioned in the posting, plus more. Every time we needed something for cooking, it was there! Even a meat thermometer for the thanksgiving meal!! It was so nice to have the small necessities provided: toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, soaps, coffee, beach towels and beach chairs! The fishing was a week we won’t forget. We caught (and released) a blue crab, a Seahorse, a baby Seahorse, a stingray, and numerous others. Thank you for providing electric games, ping pong, storybooks and lots of board games. The only suggestions for improvement that we could make would be to label more of the light switches and please provide instructions on how to operate the TVs. Among the 12 of us, we couldn’t find more than two channels. Thank you for providing the place to make our family memories!

Perfect home

This house is very nice! We enjoyed the pool, ping pong table and the kayaks all week. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The location is perfect. We enjoyed going to Tarpon Springs, Clearwater Beach, howard park beach and Werner Boyce Salt Springs State Park.

Perfect Location for Family Vacation!

My family rented this property for a week long relaxing getaway. There was plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children (1 and 3). It is very well stocked for kids with plenty of books and games that kept us entertained all week long! We also were glad to have access to a high chair, step stools, a pack n play, stroller, and other items that we were not able to travel with. The heated pool was our favorite part! We all spent time in it every day and enjoyed the floats. There is a shelf that was perfect for our youngest to play on. We had a couple of questions/minor issues while we were there and Jennifer was very quick to respond and resolve. The kitchen is large and has all the dishes/appliances needed - we we cooked many meals there over the week. We will definitely consider this location again for another vacation!

Big bright beautiful house with lots of space

The house sits on a nice little cul-de-sac that is on a canal with a boat dock and a pool that are both perfect for being outdoors. We loved the house, there was plenty of space for all of us to gather for meals or playing cards, and the rooms and bathrooms were perfect for sharing. We had 9 people - 5 adults and 4 teenagers - and the teens spread out in the basement area which has its own AC, TV, bathroom, kitchen and a ping pong table. The kids loved their own space away from the adults, and they had the sliding doors to the pool. The pool was the perfect size for floating and just leisurely swimming. The additional downstairs kitchen was wonderful for the fridge and freezer space and to stock with the kids snacks. We brought our boat and jet ski - BUT THE TIDE CHANGES SO MUCH in the bay and in this canal that in the afternoons and evenings, they were both sitting near dry on the oyster beds. After a few days we took the jet ski out and moved the boat further out on the end of the dock. So be warned about that. We had an afternoon storm that blew out some power but Jennifer and Gus were right on it and fixed everything within a few hours. You will REALLY enjoy this house! The beds are comfy, the showers are big, the kitchen has the BEST view of any location we have stayed. Great proximity to dining, and only 25+ minutes from Tarpon Springs and other fun places. This makes for a wonderful large family or friends gathering spot! Highly recommend this house!

Perfect Florida home

Let me first start by saying that we stay in vacation homes fairly often and this one is probably my favorite so far! It had everything you could hope to have! I found it hard some days to go and venture out because the house had so much to offer. It was very well stocked with dishes, kitchen gadgets, towels, blankets, etc. and entertainment for every age group. We had my in-laws come and stay for a couple of days and they loved it just as much as the rest of us! The house was very spacious and we were all very comfortable our entire stay. Jennifer was amazing to work with and the house was very clean upon arrival. If I could rate it 10 I would.

Family Friendly Home

We stayed at this home with another family. There was plenty of room to spread out and feel like each family had their own spaces. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It was the cleanest rental home we’ve ever stayed at. The house had plenty of supplies, toys, activities, etc to keep everyone entertained. You only need to bring food and clothing. The turf grass was amazing, the pool was clean and warm, we caught fish off the dock, and saw dolphins. Would absolutely recommend this home!

Amazing House and Location - Just Bring Your Clothes!!

Gorgeous house situated on the water (we saw dolphins!). Everything is provided for you to have a wonderful vacation - from a beautifully appointed kitchen with everything (EVERYTHING from a KitchenAid Stand Mixer, Instant Pot to all the pots, pans, utensils, spices, etc you would likely want or need) to a beautiful heated pool (complete with pool toys and towels), kayaks, bikes and a indoor gym! Soaps, shampoo/conditioner were also provided in the bathrooms. So no need to overpack and bring your house with you! Would give more than 5 stars! This is the place to stay!

I am a physical therapist and like helping people get better. My wife is a dental hygienist and we have two boys ! We lived in this house from 2005 until 2019 and did a whole lot of remodelling to it. We are strong believers of taking care of people as you would like to be taken care of :).

It is a very spacious open floor plan home with high end details & it has a huge game room with 8 panel glass sliders allowing you to get an outside 'feel' on bad weather days. Unusual architecture, furniture etc. and is has many great restaurants with live music just across the bayou. From the house you can boat to several islands with nice beaches, or go up the river.

-Very nice high end design furniture, unusual architecture.
-Retreat to the AC of the game room on warm days, while still enjoying the water views through the 8-panel glass sliders.
Artificial grass in backyard is a great play area for kids.
In the pool, you can stay in the shade or enjoy the sun.
For the young at heart, kayak 45-1 hr from your backyard to Durney Key while watching dolphins and manatees frolic and feed. Other "to-do's" : 3 hour downstream river kayak trip at Homosassa wildlife state park , waterpark Sunwest ; Water taxi to Anclote Key island (or rent boat and go by yourself) ; Bush Gardens-Tampa ; Disney-Sea world-Universal studio's-Orlando ; Clearwater beach ; Down town New Port Richey (bars - restaurants) ;
