The first floor apartment features a newly renovated, bright and cheery kitchen with smooth top range, microwave, and dishwasher. A breakfast bar with seating opens to a comfortable living room which has plenty of room for relaxing and gathering. The two bedrooms in this apartment share a newly renovated bathroom with tub and shower. The second floor apartment has a separate entrance and features two generously-sized bedrooms that share a bathroom with tub and shower. The eat-in kitchen has an updated range and dishwasher and opens to a living room with flat screen television. Both levels have air conditioning units in the bedrooms and living rooms for comfort.

Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum with Saturday turnovers. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.

Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge.
