Los nuevos propietarios han hecho que este alquiler de vacaciones que ya es maravilloso sea realmente espectacular, con todos los muebles, pisos, tocadores, encimeras, gabinetes y mucho más nuevos. Todo se está haciendo en la parte superior de la línea a través de West Elm y Crate + Barrell, solo por nombrar algunos. South Seas Beach Villa 2418 es un condominio de alquiler de vacaciones de dos dormitorios / dos baños ubicado en el segundo piso (primer nivel) y una vista directa al Golfo de México. Nuestro espacioso condominio ofrece 1,000 pies cuadrados de espacio con una sala de estar muy cómoda y Smart TV. Hay un sofá cama tamaño queen para huéspedes adicionales. Fuera de la sala de estar hay un comedor y una cocina completa con electrodomésticos renovados y una cafetera Keurig. La suite principal tiene una cama tamaño king muy agradable con baño en suite, mientras que el dormitorio de invitados cuenta con dos camas individuales. Hay un baño completo adicional en el pasillo cercano. La galería con mosquitero se encuentra fuera de la sala de estar y es perfecta para disfrutar de una taza de café o un cóctel por la noche mientras disfruta de las tranquilas aguas del Golfo y de nuestro famoso atardecer. 



La asociación ofrece una piscina climatizada, tenis, internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad y parrillas para barbacoa. Si bien no recibe acceso completo al resort, ya que se trata de un alquiler administrado de forma privada, ahorrará aproximadamente un 50% en comparación con las tarifas del resort, nunca pagará una tarifa de resort y podrá elegir nuestra unidad exacta. This was our second stay in Captiva at this unit and it was just as great as we remembered! The view from the unit is as beautiful as advertised. The condo is clean and well stocked. This time we had 2 young kids and everything was very well set up for our family of 4. It's so easy to get to the beach and pool, bike around, and stop by local restaurants. We'd love to come back!

Beach Villa was clean and comfortable with new updated furnishings. We had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately. Location was very private with easy access to pool and beach. We did have an issue with the television. We’re not able to figure out how to get live tv. Would definitely stay again.

This was a beautiful condo on the beach at Captiva. The hosts was excellent at communicating all of the details concerning our stay. The condo kitchen was well stocked, overall the place was very clean, and the beds comfy. I appreciated the attention to details throughout our stay.

We quite enjoyed the 3 nights we spent in Captiva and the condo was great! it had everything we needed and was exactly as depicted in the photos. The owner/manager was very quick to answer any questions I had and very accommodating to my requests. It was pretty chilly while we were there so we did not spend as much time on the beach as we may have, but enjoyed exploring the island on a golf cart one day and took a ferry to Cabbage Key too. The owner/manager was helpful in helping me find good companies to use for both! For anyone visiting in better weather, the proximity to the beach cannot be beat and the views of the sunset were stunning. I would definitely stay here again given my overall experience, including how responsive the owner/manager was.

Headline: Great view, easy to navigate property, responsive hosts- unit itself feels a little like a quick flipPros:-easy walk to the beach and nice pool such a few steps by-beach rentals were included and easy to order-plenty of kitchen dishes if you are interested in cooking in-hosts were quick to text when we asked questions or needed anything-Starbucks is a 5-minute walk down the street -Plenty of towels in the bathroomsCons:-during the rainstorm rain was pouring in by the windows, got on our luggage that was against the wall. Not a huge thing but did get my LV wet which was less than ideal.-Guest bathroom shower was not draining properly-Fan in second bedroom (twin bed room) was not working, gave a fan which was helpful but it was somewhat broken so hassle to keep it working-Trash was OVERFLOWING downstairs, not the worst thing and do not think it is on this operator but kind of gross as it was spilling out and folks were just leaving it on the ground

We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered. Our maintenance team is already inspecting and resealing the window to ensure it is completely watertight against future storms. We are also clearing the guest shower drain and replacing the bedroom fan so future guests do not have to hassle with a temporary one. Regarding the communal trash area downstairs, we have contacted the building association management to ensure they address the pickup schedule and keep the grounds clean. This beachfront unit is beautiful and comfortable. Easy access to beach, pool and walking distance to local restaurants.Easy check in. Well appointed. Would suggest a dead bolt on the outside door for added security while inside the condo. Also would have appreciated some beach chairs for guest use. We loved it.

While the digital lock meets all insurance and building code requirements, we will pass this suggestion to the owner as they consider future security upgrades. Beach Chairs: We apologize that you missed having dedicated beach chairs available. We will review our inventory for this unit immediately to ensure we have quality beach equipment stocked for all future guests. Excellent property surrounded by beautiful beaches and homes. The walk to the beach takes just a minute, and of course there are all the shells you could ask for. The home was clean, all furniture was nicley kept and the kitchen was well appointed for cooking. We were happy to see that Captiva and Sanibel have recovered.
