This space is composed of a modern kitchen fully equipped with quality equipment, a very large dining room that comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 guests, a very large living room that opens onto the terrace and a balcony overlooking the pool area. A small corridor leads you to the staircase that leads upstairs, to a toilet with sink, to a small room containing the washing machine, household accessories and a small refrigerated wine cellar for 12 bottles.
