All the amenities one could want for a month long vacation at the beach. This beautiful upgraded 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at the Belmont, a gated community. The Belmont is one of Cape Cod's most prestigious private communities, which offers the use of a private beach facing Nantucket Sound, a saltwater swimming pool (seasonal), private restaurant (summer season), 2 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts, bocce courts, and fishing. There is no need to fight for beach parking when it is on the premises.

This is the place for those individuals who want to check their worries at the door and enjoy the salty air, amenities like the beach and pool, and all that the Cape has to offer.

This freshly painted light filled home is fully furnished and features large living room, separate dining area, gourmet kitchen, updated bathrooms (ensuite master), walk-in closet, and brand new king size and two twins mattresses. Additionally, the unit has a private patio with gas grill and dining area perfect for al fresco dinners at home or happy hours, central AC, cable tv, and wifi, and a private parking spot. A mix of hardwood floors, tile, and brand new carpeting in the bedrooms. Please note that linens (sheets & bath towels), pillows, and blankets are included in the rental fee.

Furniture is on order and will be there during rental period. Updated pictures of furniture and beds coming soon. Rentals are for a minimum for a month. All state and local taxes are in addition to the monthly rental fee. A criminal background check is required. Additionally, a security deposit is required and electricity and cable is paid for by the tenant.

No smoking and no pets.

Location…Location….Location!

Our stay at the lovely One Belmont was so enjoyable! The pool, beach, on site restaurant, pickleball…everything was only a few steps from our condo! The W Harwich location is central to numerous restaurants! A wonderful rental!!

It was unfortunate that the restaurant on site closed after Labor Day. We stayed the month of September and only dined there for the one weekend. We would have enjoyed dining many more times but unfortunately they closed for the season. We enjoyed the condo we stayed at and will return next year.

Excellent vacation condo with great amenities

This is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit is well laid out and equipped. The kitchen is more thsn adequate for those who want to cook in. The patio with gas grill, table and chairs are a real plus. The location is perfect and the combination of saltwater pool, private beach and excellent weekend restaurant cannot be duplicated. Finally, Steve, the owner, is friendly, easy to deal with and genuinely interested in making your vacation a great experience. We highly recommend this property.

Quiet in West Harwich

Unfortunately we did not stay during the summer months so we did not get to use the condos many amenities. The condo is clean, spacious and close to many shops and restuarants. The bathrooms and kitchen are updated and fully equipped with everything you may need. A great choice for the summer and winter months.

We just purchased this unit in the spring. I have grown up with summers at the Belmont, so i personally speak to how amazing of a community the Belmont is for both adults or adults. I hope you will enjoy your stay in our unit at the Belmont as much as we do. Since this is our first season renting out this unit, there are no reviews.

Once you arrive, you rarely have reason to drive off-site if you don't want to. There is everything that you want on the property, including dining. The property only allow monthly rentals or longer, so you really get to relax and enjoy your vacation. The Belmont is one of the few places in mid-cape that faces Nantucket sound, with an expansive beach, heated pool, fishing, private restaurant that allows you to skip the long waits at other restaurants, tennis courts, and beautiful landscaped grounds. It is truly a special place.
