Definitely one of those one off reviews. Portrush 3075 is a fantastic unit and a wonderful place to have a great vacation. We provide starter items such as TP, Paper Towels, Soaps, Shampoos, Conditioners, Dish Soap and on and on. However, after a few days it is the guests responsibility to purchase items that are needed. This is not a hotel but rather we are sharing one of our owners properties. Some items may need to be restocked by the guest along with food and drink. We regret this person was not able to appreciate the unit and all the items we did provide.

Thank you for your feedback and for noting the quiet atmosphere, view, and smooth communication. We appreciate you bringing the kitchen and household items to our attention. When notified, our team promptly offered to deliver additional pans, hot pads, and mitts to ensure you had what you needed. However, you declined and told us to bring them when you check out as to not disturb you. The coffee maker in the unit is brand new, and we did not find any issues with its function upon inspection. The unit is not cheaply furnished or poorly maintained; in fact, the owner recently invested in new mattresses, pillows, and a new couch along with many more items to enhance guest comfort. This unit is very nicely renovated with high quality furnishings and one of the best views of the peaceful lake from the balcony. We will also review the rugs and additional inventory items you mentioned to ensure everything meets our standards. We value your comments and will use them to continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us.
