MUIRFIELD 2820 AT THE INNISBROOK RESORT GROUND FLOOR CONDO

We at Florida Sun Vacation Rentals are excited to offer you MUIRFIELD 2820 AT INNISBROOK GOLF RESORT.

Recently renovated and fully furnished Studio, Sleeps 2 Adults and 2 Children. The studio has a full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher), 1 King bed, full bathroom with tiled walk in shower. The living room sofa has a pull-out queen sleeper, dining space with walk out to balcony patio. It is turn key and ready for your enjoyment. You will have access to the laundry room where you can do your laundry for free and hotel ice maker. Free parking is in the parking lot right outside your condo.

Your condo is located on the 1st floor of the Muirfield building, with walkout to balcony patio.

You have free cable TV, WIFI and central AC. Plenty of Towels, extra linens, hair shampoo/conditioner, soap, hair dryer, iron, iron board are provided. The kitchen is stocked with all your cooking and baking necessities, dishes, silverware, glasses etc. We provide Coffee Maker. A toaster and microwave are in your condo as well.

The laundry room is located down the hallway of the building and has plenty of washers and dryers that are free for you to use.

The condo is located inside the beautiful 1000-acre Innisbrook Golf Resort and Spa with 24-hour gated security and home of the PGA Valspar Championships every March. The Resort has restaurants and a sports bar on site.

There are restaurants and bars on site: The Osprey Sports bar has live Entertainment every Friday and Saturday night from 7:30 pm to 11:30 pm. Packard's Steakhouse is a fine dining restaurant and one of the best Steakhouses in the area.

Guest access:
The condo has its own entrance and you will have the entire condo for yourself to enjoy and relax with a wonderful view! Guest are permitted to use the laundry room and all of Innis brook’s exceptional restaurants and their exclusive Spa.

Great location and resort!

We stayed here for four nights and it was wonderful. The condo looks just like all the pictures and is right next to the Copperhead Golf Course. The owners were very friendly and got back to us right away with any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding

We found this property to be exactly as shown online and immaculately clean. Instructions were clear as well. Access from the parking lot was excellent, and we loved having this on ground level. There was a strong air freshener being used, so I had to disengage that during our stay as the scent is powerful. Also, an additional set of towels would be nice. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall space renovation is so pleasant here. I highly recommend this unit!
