This was our second year at The Pearl. The accommodations are excellent and I couldn’t ask for a nicer property. I have no complaints. Looking forward to next year.

Condo was very nice for a girlfriend’s trip. Beautiful beach that was not crowded for Labor Day Weekend. Less commercialized than most other beaches. Loved it!!

Great quiet location

Had a great time- the tub and shower in master need attention- shower area looked to have mold and tried a few different times to fill the tub for my line one to take a bath and black floating things kept coming out of key areas (we didn’t turn it on just filling up tub )

Great stay, good vibes

I had stayed in a different unit years ago and was pleased with the property, so I chose to stay here again. We had two adults and one toddler. Common spaces were clean and in good shape. Everyone was quiet when we were there. We reported one small plumbing issue, and it was immediately taken care of easily. All the staff members we encountered were friendly and nice.Great unit! Roomy and good furnishings. The only downfall was the mattresses/beds were worn out. The king sized bed had craters on each side. I know no one can predict this, but the climbing out of the bed wasn't good. I did also tell the property manager ahead of this review. The other beds were ok.Coffee makers were available and good small appliances were furnished. Nice TVs with Roku. These little things made staying easy. There was a good selection of kitchen utensils also. Huge help! I'm looking forward to staying again. Great views, nice unit, pretty decor, and convenient.

Beautiful!

This is the second time we've stayed at this property and it was just as perfect as the first time! The location was less busy but close enough to Pensacola that we could easily drive there when we wanted. The condo was clean and spacious. We brought our daughter and her husband this year and there was plenty of room. Highly recommend this unit!

Construction impacts

Horrible experience with rental company. Condo owners knew of construction well in advance, but we found out 2 days prior to stay. Requested alternative site to stay due to pool closure and beach access closure, but this was denied. Constant drilling, having to walk down street to use public beach access, and pool closure should at least warrant discounted rate or inconvenience reimbursement, but this was denied As well.

Nice beach getaway

Condo had the basic needs, no extras. Nice location and view was pretty. Having beach chairs was great. Scooters Fish House and TC’s was our favorite eating places. Would stay here again.

Great time at Navarre Beach!

Overall, this condo was great for my family. The condo was clean overall, and the Navarre location was outstanding. We typically stay in Pensacola, but we decided to give Navarre Beach a try this year. We were not disappointed. The beach is very clean, and the condo complex was really nice. We will definitely stay again in Navarre and at this condo. We were very pleased overall with our vacation there.

Beautiful!

This is as advertised. Very spacious. It was just me and my husband, but it would have been very comfortable for a family too. Access to the beach was easy. Great views from the balcony. The condo was very clean. Easy drive to Pensacola. We will be back!

Week at the Beach

Stunning condo! Woke up every morning to the gulf. Everything as described, got down to the beach early and claimed our chairs/umbrella for the day with zero issues. Walmart delivered to the door. Had a user error with the door code (forgot the checkmark), called the phone number and got immediate help at 6pm on a Sunday.

Vacation perfection - Southern Vacation Rentals top notch service

Southern Vacation Rentals had the best communication and service that I've ever experienced from a property management company. The condo was clean and as expected and the communication regarding items that we needed to bring was on point. We had plenty of towels for the week for 4 people without having to wash them. We brought beach towels which was a necessity. The blankets we brought we really didn't need to bring. There were small bars of soap and liquid hand soap provided as well as a dishwasher pod, liquid dishwashing soap, new sponge and one dish towel. Bring your spices/seasonings/cooking oils etc. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, baking sheets, muffin tins etc. to cook anything you want. I used the gas grill downstairs and it was amazingly clean. This was the first Navarre condo we stayed at that had a grill. The pool area was clean, pool was warm and hot tub was great as well. There is an umbrella and two chairs beach service included with your rental. Be sure to go down early to check in with the attendant and pick your spot if you have little ones and need to be in the front row nearest the water. He has a list and you just need to give him your name and unit number. Parking was easy with convenient loading area for arrival/departure loading. This is a very family friendly condo and was mostly families and seniors which is what we were looking for. Lastly the view from the balcony is breathtaking with enough seating for 5 people.

Locked out

We arrived late on the night of our check in and the door code wouldn’t work. It was 10:45, chilly, and we had 2 kids with us. We weren’t provided any info for an on site help line so we texted and called the guest services number. They acted as though we didn’t know how to enter a 4 digit code. That wasn’t the problem. Nothing was working and magically about 30 minutes after arriving the door magically unlocked. The next day we spent the whole day on the beach. Came up to get ready for dinner and the keypad on the door was completely unresponsive. Once again the remote guest services associate acted like we had no clue how to operate the keypad. They told us someone would come to check the lock and let us in. We waited 2 hours, sunburnt, hungry and without keys to our car, phone chargers etc. no sense of urgency and no apology. Once we finally were able to access the room I asked for a key in case the lock malfunctioned again and wanted to know how we would be compensated for these total inconveniences. They texted a few days later and offered me a late checkout. I paid top dollar for this vacation and the customer care and service was definitely one star. Also, no trash bags in unit when we arrived. Had to ask multiple times to get at least one bag to start with. Finally after meeting someone on-site that worked there I was able to get one.

Stayed all of November as a retirement trip

Perfect location. Kitchen equipped well enough to fix Thanksgiving dinner. Could see both sunrise and sunset from balcony. Loved walking the pier at sunrise watching the fishing excitement. Can not recommend highly enough Pearl 903 and this is from someone who has stayed at every Ritz Carlton beach property in Florida

I’ve condo

This was a nice condo with great views. But please read what they send about items in the condo. I have never stayed at a place that did not provide hand soap at the sinks and a hair dryer, so I had to go purchase these. Totally my mistake but I’m sure others will do the same. Beds slept great and views are amazing. Did have some noisy neighbors above us, but you can’t control that.

Good location. Amazing pools and beach service. Be sure to bring any seasonings (salt/pepper). Had to replace 6 light bulbs that were burnt out. Despite no smoking rules….. could hardly sit on balcony without being overcome with smoke ( the legal and illegal types) rising up to our floor
