Hi Becky. As I mentioned directly through our ongoing phone and text conversations before and during your stay, we appreciated your patience. I wanted to clarify a few things based on your review. The gas was a mandatory shut off by the Fire Marshall due to building maintenance which resulted in not being able to use the fireplace. The fireplace does work. As you know the building was being painted, which had to be done during the off-season which is when you chose to rent. We allowed you to park in covered parking (for owners only) to accommodate you. In addition, we gave you 2 extra parking passes at no charge to allow for all 4 of your vehicles even though our policy is limited to 2 cars per unit. As for the pool, it had been unseasonably cold so the heater was turned off as it was too cold to swim. It warmed back up after your arrival and when you questioned it to be turned on it was Christmas Eve. However, we still reached out to the pool company to make the special trip to accommodate you on a holiday weekend. The pool heater was turned on and available within 12 hours which we made you aware of as well. Our condo still provided a very clean and nice place for you all to stay, which matched our listing description. Our condo has consistently had 5 star ratings which we strive for and are very proud of. This poor rating you unfortunately provided was not based on our unit you booked, but the brief temporary status of the building itself that could not be controlled.
