Wake up in paradise at Courtside Retreat, a 3rd-floor, 1,100-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront condo in the gated South Seas community. With sunrise views over Clam Bay and direct access to Tigertail Beach, this retreat combines modern comforts with resort-style amenities. It sleeps six, with two king beds, a sleeper sofa, and two bathrooms.

Start your morning with a cappuccino or latte from the Breville espresso maker, or brew coffee or tea from the Keurig. Step out onto your balcony with your drink in hand and watch morning colors spread across the mangroves while seabirds glide overhead. In the evening, return here with a glass of wine to watch the sky shift into brilliant shades of orange, pink, and purple as the sun dips below the horizon.

Inside, the pickleball-inspired décor sets a cheerful tone. The living room features a cozy couch, chairs, and flat-screen television, with sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, filling the space with natural light and ocean breezes. Both the living room and master bedroom have balcony access, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The kitchen is both stylish and functional, with granite countertops, a blender for tropical cocktails, and cookware to prepare island-inspired meals. Enjoy meals at the wooden dining table or outside on the balcony with ocean breezes as your backdrop. For downtime, board games are included for family fun.

Both bedrooms are designed for restful nights, with king-sized beds, tropical décor, and ample closet and drawer space. Fall asleep to the soft sound of the ocean and wake up refreshed, ready to enjoy another day in paradise.

For your convenience, the unit is equipped with air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free Wi-Fi, cable, linens, towels, and beach essentials: beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon, a cooler, an umbrella, and two fishing poles for casting from the shore.

The South Seas community surrounds you with deluxe amenities. Unwind in the heated pool with loungers shaded by tiki umbrellas, or stay active with 12 pickleball courts and six clay tennis courts. This condo includes four pickleball paddles, two tennis racquets, and access to shuffleboard, bocce, a fitness center, charcoal grills, and social room. And, of course, the pristine sands of Tigertail Beach are just steps from your door—perfect for shelling, paddleboarding, or watching dolphins in the surf.

During Prime Season (January-April), pickleball courts are restricted to round robin doubles play from 8am–12pm unless unoccupied. Tennis courts are first-come, first-serve, and a tennis ball machine is available between 8:00 AM-3:00 PM for $20 per hour.

When you’re ready to dine out, take a short walk to Marco Island favorites like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, La Mesa Taqueria and Thai Sushi by KJ.
