Relaxing stay on 30A

Loved this cottage and location. It's very well decorated and had everything we needed plus more. The check-in process was very easy and the host responded quickly with any questions. One of the best stays we've had in the area. Can't wait until next time!

Great family vacation!

The property was exactly what we expected! Pool and hot tub were amazing and easy walk to the beach. All the beach toys and chairs provided were a great bonus. House was clean and super comfy! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Beach bliss!

Our family had a fantastic time during our stay at this charming beach cottage! Everything is so clean, comfortable and welcoming. We loved sipping coffee on the porch, swimming in the pool and making the short walk down to the beautiful beach. A true gem!

Wonderful stay

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is prefect for beach access and close to all of over favorite places. The house was fully stocked and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The owners were amazing to work with and made things very easy. We came for a softball tournament, which made the easy pool access perfect for after a hot day at the field. We will definitely be back to truly enjoy the house and location without softball.

Cutest Beachside Cottage

This house was immaculate - updated, cozy, and clean. There was plenty of space for our family. The back porch had the perfect sitting area with a secret garden type vibe, leading to the community pool. We very much appreciated the beach chairs, towels and accessories too! The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, and in great shape as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect, Beautiful, Clean!!

This property was perfect in every way! It was spotless, cozy, beautiful, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved every minute and would recommend the property to anyone. A little piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed the “Let it Shine” cottage. It was very clean upon arrival and was easy to find. The neighborhood was quiet yet close to all the action of Rosemary beach to the east and the “the Big Chill” and Seaside to the west. The home came equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely return for another visit! 😎

Amazing Getaway

Amazing! Our family really enjoyed ourselves. The pool is literally steps away and the walk to the beach is literally across the street. We didn’t have to bring anything because they were provided for us from cooking utensils to beach chairs/toys. 30A is incredible and we will be back! Thank you for sharing your home with us

Great house and location

We stayed here for our annual family girls trip and absolutely loved everything about it! This house was the perfect size and very clean. We loved the high quality appliances and furniture and the hand-held vacuum was great to have. Short walk to the beach with private beach access was wonderful. We booked our beach umbrellas and chairs way in advance and were on the front row. Rhonda was great to work with and provided information in a timely manner. She answered any questions and also accommodated our early check-in given our flight schedule. We'd definitely love to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Spot in a Central Location

This was such a great spot for families! It was all one level and one bedroom had twin beds perfect for kids. All our friends stayed at other spots in this community so we could all be together but have our own space. Having a pool was a must since we had some days with double red flags. The walk to the beach is not far and easy to access! The house is beautifully decorated and beds were comfy. This unit only has showers but my kids had no problem taking showers so it worked perfectly for us! They also had beach towels, beach chairs, and a lot of child amenities!

Beautiful, sparkling clean, lovely & calming interior design, love it!

Two adults and two teens inhabited this lovely, serene, tranquil beach cottage, we had an amazing time!!! The kitchen is perfectly stocked with beautiful dishes, glassware, and cookware! Bedrooms are charming with beds so wonderful, we slept like babies! So many windows that the cottage feels bright, light and airy, however, when you desire privacy the window treatments will provide privacy and seclusion. In summary, this is a "dream" beach cottage!!! We love "Let It Shine!"

Awesome week at the beach!

We were so glad to be able to return to Let It Shine for our beach vacation this year The house was clean and all amenities were in good working order. The kitchen was stock full of all items needed to make a home cooked meal. The provided Starbucks k-cups were an extra bonus for our morning coffee! The location is perfect. Only a short walk from the beach and surrounded by quaint little towns with restaurants, shopping and ice cream. A bit further of a drive will take you to Panama City Beach or Destin so this location is perfect for enjoying several different areas in a one week vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with our family and we looking forward to returning!

The most PERFECT home, beautiful stay!!

We have been coming to 30A/Destin for the past 26 years as a family and have stayed in various condos and houses along 30A. We have finally found our favorite with this property. From the time of booking until our stay, the communication with the host, Rhonda, was incredible. Upon arrival, everything exceeded our expectations. This did not feel like a rental property. It felt like staying at a friend’s personal home. Everything is well thought out from chip clips to laundry baskets in each room to charging ports on each nightstand, extra nightlights, that our elementary-aged kids appreciated, and the way things were organized. Also, having beach chairs and towels for the beach and pool were a nice touch. This is a small community, but felt very cozy and private. We were just steps away from the pool, but never heard anything other than the tree frogs at night. We loved sitting on the porch and having coffee or a conversation after the kids went to bed. The beach is a short walk and felt like we had plenty of space, unlike other beaches we have visited. The cottage was incredibly clean and felt brand new and fresh. Rhonda‘s instructions on what was provided and what was needed were very clear, detailed, and helpful. A Publix grocery store is also very close-by, which was helpful. We plan to be back, hopefully making Let It Shine cottage our annual tradition going forward. Such a great, relaxing beach week!!

Hello! My family and I loved this cottage. It's clean, generously detailed, cozy, and stylistic. Overall, this was the best cottage we’ve stayed in at this community. My wife and I loved the kitchen’s appliances and quartz countertops (and backsplash). The master bathroom’s blue shower tile was charming as well. The unit's plantation shutters were impressive. Use of such a high quality washer and dryer, hand-held vacuum, beach chairs, and kitchen accessories were very nice to have available—especially at a rental. Even some of the kitchen’s cookbooks were, also, ones that my wife had been interested in seeing. Our tastes seemed completely aligned with this property. Guests don't feel like “guests” (while staying here). We'd love to stay here again!

I have been coming to 30-a since 1987. 117 Cottage Way was one of the very best we have stayed in for so many reasons. It is spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and the hosts have thought of absolutely everything! It is located in the very close proximity to Alys, Rosemary Beach and Seaside. Minutes to everything! We will be back!

Can’t Wait to Book Again!

First of all, working with Rhonda was wonderful. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful. Every detail taken care of. Good quality pots, pans and dishes. There were plenty of towels and a huge bonus is that beach towels were provided. Also, the provided beach items were a huge hit. The community pool is nice and everyone was very friendly. We loved the setup of the house and CANT wait to return for our next trip. Thanks so much for sharing your place with us, Rhonda!
