Charmingly furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath 1850 sq. ft. home in Cardiff walking district of Encinitas, easy walk to shops, restaurants, post office, library; 10 minute walk to the beach! Beautiful open kitchen adjoins living area with sliding door to West facing 2nd story furnished patio with barbecue, nice sunset views. Comfortable homey bedrooms have new plush queen beds, full size laundry room, 3 parking spots. 7 minute drive to Solana beach restaurants/shops/train.
World-class surfing beaches are just down the street. Walking distance to Cardiff Reef, George's Beach Break and miles of sandy beaches. There is also easy access to the I-5 freeway. Perfect for a relaxing and sunny getaway in beautiful North San Diego County.
I share my private home with only a few guest each year. 30 DAY MINIMUM RENTAL STAY, ONLY.
This home is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival. Also, during the pandemic, the property will be vacant at least 24 hours between guests.
You will be close to the Del Mar fairground, shopping, restaurants, great golf courses, scenic La Jolla Cove, Sea World, the San Diego Zoo, and the Carlsbad Outlet Mall.
