Muy limpio condominio frente al mar con Wi-Fi! ¡Vacaciones de 5 estrellas!

¡No se pierda una puesta de sol en el Océano Pacífico desde nuestra ubicación frente al mar! ¡Solo traiga su equipaje y víveres a este condominio listo para disfrutar!

Este no es un alquiler típico, ya que también es el segundo hogar de nuestra familia, por lo que se mantiene muy limpio, cómodo y constantemente actualizado (como un hotel de 5 estrellas). Venga a relajarse y disfrute de nuestra casa en la playa. Nuestro condominio tiene una ubicación directa frente al mar y se pueden ver vistas espectaculares desde la sala de estar y el dormitorio principal. Todo es nuevo de nuestra reciente remodelación: electrodomésticos, muebles, dos televisores con DVD. Está convenientemente ubicado con estacionamiento a solo unos pasos de distancia. Esta es una unidad de planta baja, de una sola planta, por lo que es muy fácil de usar sin escaleras. El condominio ofrece internet de alta velocidad gratis y también tiene un segundo patio para disfrutar del sol o la barbacoa.

Nuestro complejo es el Solana Beach and Tennis Club, que tiene acceso directo a la playa para que no tenga que empacar el automóvil. En la propiedad encontrará una piscina, dos spas y dos casas club con tenis de mesa y billar. Estamos ubicados en la frontera de Solana Beach y Del Mar, por lo que las actividades son infinitas. Grandes restaurantes están a poca distancia. El centro de Del Mar, el hipódromo y el distrito comercial de Cedros están a solo minutos de distancia, y Sea World, Legoland, La Jolla y el famoso campo de golf Torrey Pines (sede del 2008 U. S. Abierto) son un corto trayecto en coche. ¡El depósito de Amtrak está a solo tres cuadras de distancia, donde puedes tomar el tren hasta el centro de San Diego para cenar! ¡Ven a disfrutar de un atardecer pronto con tu familia!

Perfect location and wonderful condo. Loved how we could walk to restaurants, down the steps to the beach, or just enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. Quiet complex, fully stocked condo, plenty of space.

Amazing!

We absolutely loved this place! It was easy to get to, very clean, had everything we needed and more, and had an amazing view. One morning we saw dolphins from our deck. We had a lot of things planned for our vacation, but found ourselves spending more time than we thought we would at the condo. Matt was terrific. Great and prompt communication if and when needed. Definitely got his place bookmarked!

Phenomenal. Beautiful place and well appointed!

My family loved the location, the condo set up, the view, the washer/dryer! Great parking spot(s!). We didn't use the pool--weather was good enough for beach fun--but the condo was just great! Starter keurig cups, some condiments, well appointed kitchen. Owner met us and was very responsive to any communications.

Great home for active families

Everything you need for a relaxing stay is there. So much to do in the area, we really enjoyed it. Owner is easy to communicate with, very responsive. The only downside to this condo is that it is not completely user friendly for elderly with mobility isues. There are a few steps from parking garage, the 2nd shower has a ledge to step over and the couches are pretty low. We worked around all of these issues with my mom and would still pick this condo!

Perfect location & perfect home

We absolutely loved our time at this Solana Beach condo! It is an excellent location for anything you may want to do in greater San Diego - and also excellent for just relaxing at this home, walking on the beach and visiting nearby shops, cafes and restaurants. It is wonderfully appointed, right down to a nice set of sharp knives (which is often not the case in rental properties!) Everything was accurately described and super clean. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property and its owner/hosts.

Perfect Beach Stay

We loved our time spent at the Solana Beach and Tennis Club! The condo was so comfortable and had a relaxing and beautiful view of the ocean. Matt was so helpful and even gave us recommendations on what to do and where to eat. He was such a great host! We will definitely be back and will be referring friends here as well!

Perfect Thanksgiving Retreat

Stayed here with my mother and daughter for Thanksgiving and it was just perfect! Matt was so kind, gracious and helpful to my mom who needed to do the check-in by herself. She had a problem with the remote batteries, and Matt was there to help her. Can't say enough great things; the view, the fully stocked kitchen, nice beachy feel of the layout and perfect location. Totally recommend this condo!

Beautiful Condo!

My daughter and I stayed at this gorgeous condo for a week and had the most lovely time. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need or want. It exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back again.

Perfect for the Time

I needed a break from the locked down life of COVID, but the family still needed to work. Matt's condo had the perfect combination of sunsets, ocean view and WiFi to ensure everyone in the family got what they needed. Matt was a superb host and was great about responding quickly and clearly when we had questions. I would love to stay here again.

Best Vrbo Vacation Ever!

As a frequent visitor of Vrbos across the country, I just stayed at my most favorite residence by far! Staying at this beautiful condo in Solana Beach afforded my family the best vacation ever. And during these Covid-19 times, my family and I were at peace the whole vacation as this place is immaculate--professionally sanitized and every safety precaution was taken. This place was perfect---location, weather, amenities--I can't wait to return. Everything we needed for our time at the beach was at our disposal and Matt could not have been more accommodating. If you're looking for the perfect place to relax, unwind and recharge--this is the place to be. Daily walks on the endless beach, numerous tennis courts and a great swimming pool--there's something for everyone. And I will never tire of hearing the ocean waves crashing---so peaceful! I can't wait to return for our vacation next year--thanks again for the perfect stay!

Solana Beach Beachfront Condo

Fabulous - great location and views!

This condo is in a great location with great views. It is very comfortable and clean. We love having the windows open to hear the waves. Love sitting on the deck and watching the waves, the surfers, dolphins and birds. The location is perfect for us. An easy drive into San Diego or La Jolla or up north as well. Great restaurants and shops are close by. Matt's condo had everything we needed and he was readily available if we had questions. Looking forward to our next visit!! Thanks Matt!

Fantastic place with incredible views!!!

Our family enjoyed our stay even more than expected. Matt was a great host. We felt at home on the very first night as this place has everything you need, the owners did not miss one detail! Solana Beach is fantastic and seemingly nice and private. My daughters loved being on the beach. I will miss my morning coffee with this incredible view! Thank you Matt, you have a wonderful place!

Great condo in a great location

This condo is clean and in an excellent location!! The beach below was great for our daughters (ages 9 and 11) to swim and enjoy the sand! There is an outdoor patio with beautiful views of the ocean and everything you will need at the beach!! We could walk to dinner and Matt the owner was so nice to work with and had wonderful recommendations for dinner as well as beaches! This location was close to the zoo, lego land and sea world. Everything was well stocked and they also had a pool that the girls enjoyed! We hope to come back in the future!

Awesome location with views!!

We stayed at Matt's property for 5 days and absolutely loved every minute! I've stayed at several other rentals over the years and this one by far is the cleanest and most well stocked. The condo remodel is beautiful with everything anyone would need in the kitchen, the bathrooms had plenty of towels and soaps, and the bedrooms had plenty of blankets and pillows. Even the utility closet off the balcony is immaculate and has beach chairs and umbrellas. The view is so awesome!! We had coffee on the balcony every morning and watched the sunsets and stars at night and the surfers and the dolphins during the day. The location is perfect for exploring all the coastal towns. We took the Coaster train downtown which made for a very easy day trip. The property is very, very quiet - we rarely saw other people while on the balcony. Access to the beach is easy through the side gate and down several flights of stairs. I saw many people running the stairs for exercise. The beach is fairly quiet also and is lovely to walk on. Matt met us at the property to give us the tour and details and also checked in with us later to be sure all was well. He has done a fabulous job with the condo to make it a very comfortable home away from home. We look forward to booking another stay here soon! Thank you Matt & Stacey!

CONDO FACES PACIFIC!

Believe the description and positive reviews! Our recent stay was perfect. Motivated owner is 100% helpful and available for questions/help as needed. Condo truly is 100% clean with NO wear and tear. Parking is underground, convenient, and very secure. Condo has plenty of room including the fully appointed kitchen. Bedrooms are big and sheets/bedding are nice quality. Condo is fully appointed. The location is awesome. Easy drive to pharmacy/groceries/gasoline. Yes, the condo truly faces directly to the ocean with a great view. Short walk down stairs to the beach. Beach is clean and minimal people, even on the weekend. No negative people/garbage/pollution on beach or condo complex. Thankful this is a non-smoker property. If we get to return to Solana Beach , we will definetly try and rebook this condo. Simply no reason not to, and every reason to book it.

Perfect!

We have stayed in several condos in the San Diego area when visiting our daughter and this is our favorite by far. The owners met us at the condo to acquaint us with the unit which is especially clean, tastefully decorated & was well supplied with everything one might need. The lanai overlooking the ocean was a great spot for morning coffee and evening wine while watching the sunset. The beach is just a short walk away and is beautiful and uncrowded. The Solana Beach location offered easy access to anywhere we wanted to go in the San Diego area. Matt & Stacy, thank you for sharing your home with us. We will definitely be back!

We chose to buy a vacation condo in Solana Beach/Del Mar area because we live in San Diego and believe this area offers the best coast, ocean, and beach town. This is a great area for complete family fun!

Our unit is also our second home so we take great pride in keeping it clean and comfortable. Our complex has direct beach access via a staircase down to the sand. Our location is a short walk to restaurants, coffee shop, train station, and a oceanfront park with basketball court. We have welcomed back many return guests to our unit.
