Gorgeous Pet Friendly 3 Bed & Bath Marina-front condo! The condo is an end-unit, pet-friendly, and non-smoking property that accommodates 6 guests. Marina-front Master suite has a King bed, 2nd bedroom holds a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed as well. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. Property located at the end of the building on 1st level and looks over Pirate's Cove's World-Class Marina. The building is equipped with an elevator for easier access to your condo and allows for 1 dog to join guests during their stay. Soak up the sun by our community pool and at the end of of the day relax with any one of the 4 TVs or on the covered furnished deck with views of the marina and charter fishing fleet. Parking for 2 vehicles maximum. There is a covered spot, but a homeowner's golf cart (not offered) is kept there year-round. If your vehicle cannot fit with the golf cart there, both vehicles will need to be stored in front of the building. The outdoor storage is not available. Unit does offer a full Washer & Dryer in the utility room next to the kitchen. The condo has a Saturday turnover.
