Atractivo 3 BR / 2 BA directamente frente al mar. King en Master, 2 gemelos en 2da y 3ra habitaciones. Mucho espacio para colchones de aire grandes en cada habitación. TV en cada habitación y en la sala familiar.

¡Nuevos pisos de madera y alfombras de dormitorio! Muy ligero y brillante. Gran balcón al aire libre, con sombra para ver el océano / playa y una mesa / sillas para cenar. Cocina actualizada.

Tercer piso, sin ascensor.

Este condominio está directamente en el océano y tiene una piscina para uso exclusivo de los huéspedes de Vista del Mar.

Estamos ubicados aproximadamente a una milla al norte del spa en Ponte Vedra Resort (ver enlace) y a una milla al sur del muelle de Jacksonville Beach, que ofrece excelente pesca y compras. El parque acuático y de atracciones Adventure Landing está a solo 4 millas (ver enlace).

Muy cercano a Mayo Clinic y Shands.

Numerosos restaurantes y tiendas cercanas ofrecen opciones gastronómicas de moda / de moda e informales / playeras y de compras boutique. Varias tiendas de antigüedades / decoración del hogar cerca. Ven y disfruta de las hermosas vistas al mar con un ambiente tranquilo pero amigable para los niños.

Excellent location right on the beach!!

Great spot directly on the sand in Jacksonville Beach. The location is close to groceries, restaurants and pharmacy (5-10 min walk). Three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, new washer/dryer combo. Living / dining area is a good size and opens onto a HUGE deck which we were happy to sit on in the shade whenever not on the sand. Small kitchen with old appliances but they work just fine. The place is a little dated and the deck furniture is very worn (but comfortable). The biggest disappointment was the sliding door from the master bedroom to the deck does not open - I would have had this open 24/7 to hear the ocean waves - this cost the venue one star as I only rated 4 of 5. But that said and knowing this factor, I would certainly recommend and would be happy to return again in the future.

Perfect location

Wonderful location of the apartment, ocean front and beautiful sunrises! Very nice floor plan and all we needed for a 2 week vacation. It could use some updates but mainly better maintenance to be perfect: for example new air vents covers in the bathrooms and the kitchen, repair the hole in the bathroom wall, connect the dryer duct to vent out and not in the apartment; these are the reasons why I gave a 4 instead of 5. Otherwise, the apartment was clean, has new carpet and new washer and dryer. We loved the terrace, wonderful for morning yoga and the view was fantastic! Within walking distance from Whole Foods and some restaurants, which was useful because I did not feel like cooking:-). Out of the three bedrooms we only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Thank you for a nice vacation!

Beautiful view, however...

We have rented this property for 2-4 weeks every summer, for the past 5 years. We love the location and the view from the porch. However, the interior of the condo is very dated and needs a lot of work. The beds are hard as rocks. The kitchen is so tiny, you can’t fit 3 people in it comfortably. The stove is barely working. The right front electric coil doesn’t work. You can’t open the frig and load the dishwasher at the same time. The hall bathroom tub was clogged the two weeks I was there. In both bathrooms the wallpaper is peeling off and the area under the sinks is disgusting. The living room chair has a large wire sticking out of it (dangerous) and is very uncomfortable to sit in because it’s very old. (So is the couch) The sliding glass door that goes onto the porch requires brute force to open and close it (when it stays in its tracks). The tile flooring on the porch is cracked in a million places. The location and view are beautiful but the inside is falling apart and needs serious renovation! I don’t think we will rent it for next summer.

The place was great!

It was nicer than the pictures showed. Wall paper dated, sure, but it's a beach house. Back door locks fine and has easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet place and property is conveniently located to JTB. Ample space indoors. Both the heat and a/c worked well. Plenty of hot water too. Beds were comfortable as well.

Amazing view.

Really enjoyed my 3 month stay. The sound of the waves and the views are amazing. The condo owners are great to work with. They took care of some minor issues immediately. I would really consider staying again. I love Jacksonville Beach and this is a perfect location. While it is on the 3rd floor, I am 70, and had no issues with there not being an elevator. The views and sunrise are worth every step.

Just perfect.

What a wonderful location. The unit itself was very comfortable, quiet and only wish we could take the balcony back to the UK with us!! The owners very most helpful and understanding especially as we were delayed on arrival due to weather conditions. All in all we would return at the drop of a hat and can certainly recommend the whole experience.

Wonderful condo with great view

Fantastic beach condo with great 2nd story views, steps to the beach, and great beachside pool. The condo has everything you need and is the picture of comfort. Sunrise coffee listening to the waves and evening grilling on the porch made for a much needed vacation. Owner was very user friendly and easy going. Thanks for a great trip.

Condo with a nice location however dirty and with an immediate need of rehabilitation and upgrade.

On a positive note; the condo has a very good location just adjacent to the lovely beach of Jax Beach. A number of restaurants within walking distance. The common area and pool were nice and well maintained. Well maintained is however not an accurate description of the condo. It was not cleaned when we arrived and it appeared that the overall condition of the condo was poor. The AC was very noisy. The kithcen is very poor equipped, and no hangers in the bedroom closets. The condo is on the second floor with entrance, in addition the main entrance, also via a staircase up to the balcony. It appeared that it was impossible to lock the door to the staircase (for that reason there is a chair in front of the balcony door as can be seen from the fotos). In addition, the glas-doors from the living room and the master bedroom to the balcony are impossible to lock in a normal way and the owner uses to wooden sticks to block the door. We would not reccomend this condo for rent as long as it is in its present condition.

Oceanfront 3 bdrm condo Jacksonville Beach Fl.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! Just wished the weather had been better:) We would definitely stay there again. The only thing I would recommend improving would be the dryer. I don't know what the problem was but we had to run the dryer several times over again before the linens dryed. The listing description was accurate regarding the location and the photos accurately reflected the appearance. The owner was very helpful answering all my questions. I would recommend this property to my friends and family.

Perfect beachy spot in Jax Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was incredibly comfortable and spacious. We were 4 adults and two children (8 & 11) and we all felt we had our own "space." Loved the wide porch overlooking the beautiful ocean. We all spend many hours here, just relaxing and watching the parade of surfers and dogs on the beach. Couldn't ask for a better location. We hope to be back. Although not totally atypical for a rental, only recommendation/reminder for future renters is to bring your own hair dryer, shampoo and soap as none is provided. Everything else is PERFECT.
