Enjoy views of the mountain from this multi-level townhouse! That's right, there are six different floors to this townhouse that feature bedrooms, a well-equipped full kitchen, and lounge areas with their own distinct spaces. But we won't blame you if you want to spend most of your time on the balcony admiring the beautiful view of Byers Peak and Arapahoe National Forest.

The main floor kitchen features full-size appliances including a lovely French-door fridge, a farm sink, and a prep island low enough so that you can enjoy conversations with everyone at the eat-in dining area. You can also cook up dinner on the gas grill while someone else builds a fire in the wood-burning fireplace. On the lowest floor, enjoy a lovely session in the private sauna or a game of foosball. There's so much fun to be had in this mountain chic home.

We had a wonderful stay. The sauna and hot tub were great to relax in at the end of the day. Lots of stairs though! This wasnt an issue for me, but it was hard on the older people in our group. Overall it was a wonderful house.

Perfect!

Spent a wonderful time in this all inclusive condo. Four levels of comfort and style for our winter get away. Everything was very clean and we really didnt need for anything. The sauna, hot tub and fooseball were a delightful bonus. Highly recommend!

Perfection

The house was perfect in so many ways. Very practical and beautiful art. Way more than meets the eye. Roomie kitchen with plenty of pots, pans, spices to make it work. Games and Apple TV in the living room, closet space to hang snow gear and a bathroom on almost every level. The sauna and hottub are soooo nice. There’s even a water spout to fill a small bucket for the sauna. Fantastic location also.

Great Layout

We loved this rental!! The layout was perfect for our family. The 3 bedrooms were on three separate floors to provide ample privacy when needed. The home was beautifully decorated with interesting art from local artists. The house was clean and well stocked with towels, cleaning and cooking supplies, movies, games and even a few kitchen essentials. The wifi was a bit slow, but we managed. The sauna and hot tub were the perfect way to relax after a long day and the sunsets were breathing. The home sleeps up to nine people. Unfortunately, the kitchen table only seats 4. It would have been nice to have enough space for everyone to sit comfortably at the table. Other than that everything was perfect!! We'd rent this home again if we ever visit the area again.

Poor Management by Vacasa

Hot tub did not work. Biggest problem no electricity for 2 nights, found out it was a breaker problem that Vacasa was aware of from previous stays, they did not fix it and still rented it, impossible to talk to a manager, had to stay without heat in -14 degree temperatures for 2 nights, maintenance did not come until next morning. Very bad customer service

Very nice house, but no AC

There is a lot to love here. This house has great finishes in the bathroom and kitchen (oddly, with the exception of hardware on cabinets and drawers, which is missing). The hot tub and sauna are wonderful. They have nice touches like a kettle and a French press, plus even a guitar! Unfortunately, I went in the summer, and I was shocked to see there was no air conditioning. I couldn’t believe it. When you pay this much for a rental, you don’t even think to check. Oops! I can’t sleep in the heat, so I bought a fan with my own money. Still not enough. Even with opening windows during the cooler part of the day, it was unbearable, and I never slept more than 3 hours per night — not much of a vacation. There were also some cleaning and maintenance issues, such as a sink that would not drain, burnt out lights, a broken handle on the freezer, ants, toys and trash left behind by the last residents, etc. I let them know, and they said maintenance would visit, but they never did. Oh, and one more thing — it is pitch black outside the windows, so you feel a bit exposed at night, as there are no curtains on any of the doors and one of the front windows. If it weren’t for these oversights, this would be a 4- or 5-star property.

Great property, could fix a few things.

Beautiful new renovation of this condo! Very clean upon our arrival. Amazing location and on the bus route. But there were quite a few big misses with this VRBO though that we can not look past. The hot tub was unusable unfortunately. The cover was broken and when we tried to take it off it smelled horrible. There was absolutely no way to use it, which was very unfortunate considering we picked it specifically for the hot tub. The oven stove did not work. The digital readout was frozen and none of the buttons worked. We tried emailing the owners through the VRBO app about the issue and they never contacted us about the problem. There are no handles on any of the kitchen cabinets making it very hard to open a lot of the lower cabinets. My daughter even got her fingers pinched in the pantry cabinet trying to open it. There is no broom or vacuum in the condo so that was very unfortunate with the kids all weekend. All of the locks on the doors are extremely hard to use. The front door digital lock took easily 10 min every time to lock when leaving. We finally figured out that if you lift the door and press the lock button at the same time it will work. The exterior basement door to the hot tub is almost impossible to lock from the inside. The 2nd floor bathroom shower door will only open into the shower. If you try to open it by pulling out, you will slam it into the toilet. Someone will break that shortly. The TV in the living room is confusing to use. There is no cable or HD antenna. There are no welcome instructions upon arrival at the condo. You get the lockbox code and Wi-Fi password via email and a card on the table, but nothing else. No instructions on how to use the TV, sauna, hot tub, where to put the trash or any local info. There was a card on the table that said to leave the heat on 60 degrees when you leave but there are only words on all the thermostats in each room. There are also no basic kitchen supplies. It is equipped with cooking tools, plates, pans, cups and silverware but not any extras like coffee, sugar, tin foil or any extras you will find at every other home. Our weekend was not ruined by any means but this 3 star review could have easily been a 5 star with a few small corrections and attention to the details.

Great stay!

At arrival the house was very clean, and exactly like the pictures posted online. The hot tub and sauna were awesome and worked great! The 3 bathrooms are great for multiple guests. The common area with the TV is large enough for 4 people sitting and people made room on the floor as well. The kitchen was adequately stocked with pans, crock pot, cutting boards, silverware, knives, coffee cup and maker etc. Dishwasher was nice to have. This house states 3 cars can park in the provided spots - maybe this is referring to 3 small vehicles but 3 4x4 vehicles could not fit so keep that in mind. This is a great location and everything in winter park is about a 10 minute drive. The shuttle for winter park skiing does come very close to the house if needed. We did have a hot water issue, which was handled very quickly and professionally and was fixed. For reference, if you have issues with your stay you can just text the number provided and they will help you with whatever you need. We had a great time!

Perfect Mountain Home

We were amazed at the beauty of the home, furnishings, and epic sunset views over the rocky mountains. Perfectly located for us to hike the continental divide/fraser valley, fine dine in Winter Park and Tabernash, and rent a pontoon boot on Grand Lake. The hot tub, sauna, foosball table, and fireplace were perfect to come home to after our all day activites. I give this place the highest of recommendations.

Amazing Ski Weekend!

A group of friends and I booked this stay for a ski weekend and we are sure glad that we did! This house is spacious, feels like home, and has every amenity you could ever need. Also, the bus stop is across the street, which is so nice if you choose to apres ski hard at Deno’s or don’t feel like parking at the resort!

Two Thumbs Way Way Up!!

We loved everything about this home! It has such a unique setup with six separate floors. This setup gave us a sense of privacy with each bedroom on a separate floor that was very much appreciated. The sauna and hot tub were, of course, absolutely loved by all of us. I can only imagine how wonderful it is to have your own private hot tub and sauna after a day on the slopes! The location and views couldn't be better. It's located on the ridge behind Safeway, and you have the most amazing views of Byers Peak and the valley. I truly cannot recommend this home enough!

Property not as advertised!!!

Upon arrival we found thermostat broken on main floor no TVs in any bedrooms ( which we did receive a refund for) also we found no satellite tv only thing available was Apple TV also hot tub was nice but there were broken tiles rusty nails and trash piles all around patio making hot tub unusable for children because of the danger Only bright shot was it was newly remodeled master bathroom was great It was just not as advertised. We have rented several cabins townhouses and condo all over the country and this was by far the worst for the price
