Silvercrest A101 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a nicely updated and stylish condo. This 3 bedroom property features two Queen beds, one King bed, and a Twin over Full bunk bed, making it a great option for couples, families, or groups with a few singles. The condo has one bathroom for each bedroom, an open layout, and is very family friendly - details are below. There is a deck or balcony off each room, so you'll have ample opportunity to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The condo building includes a shared firepit, and the location is right on The Lift free bus route. Please read on for more details.
The Property:
This condo is all laid out on one level The main living area combines the living and dining areas with the kitchen, so everyone can gather together in this space. The kitchen is more than fully equipped, and you'll find little touches throughout this condo which demonstrate that a lot of thought has been put into supporting a positive guest experience. The bedrooms all have a good size, quality beds and bedding, dressers and or closets, an outdoor space, and a dedicated or ensuite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and chairs, allowing your group to spread out and enjoy different entertainment options. All 3 bathrooms have been updated to feature new lighting, vanities with solid stone counters, and decorative touches.

-- Arrival instructions are provided prior to arrival. "Contactless" self check-in with access controlled by smartlock
– Accessing the property: From the parking to the entry of the building there are 6 or 7 stairs. That's it.
– Parking: The building has a shared parking lot with no reserved spaces. Parking is available on a first come first served basis. Please limit your group to 3 vehicles or less. Please reach out prior to booking if you will have a trailer so we can confirm whether or not it could be allowed.
– 4WD vehicle information: The roads to this condo are not abnormal or challenging. However, please note that your route to the area may include a mountain pass. 4 Wheel Drive, All Wheel Drive, tires with good tread, tire chains, and/or winter driving experience are all helpful, and could be needed to access this property, when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions.

** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home.
