Come relax with family and friends in our 3 bed, 2.5 bath townhouse, beach block, with open floor plan. Quiet cul-de-sac street with beach access, no streets to cross to get to beach. Large living room with plenty of seating and a gorgeous brand new kitchen to cook and gather in. Master bedroom is spacious with a king bed, on suite bathroom, smart TV and room for a queen air mattress as well. First lower level bedroom has a queen bed and full bunkbed with twin on top. Second lower level bedroom has a full bed and twin bunkbed with twin trundle and smart TV. Garage access with XL custom beach cart, bikes, and extra shower! Located in the center of Brigantine, so park your car and walk or bike everywhere you need to go. 3 decks with gas grill on kitchen deck. Kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs. Storage closet with chairs, beach cart, cooler and everything you need for the beach! House is well stocked with sheets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. 8 beach tags come with the house for use during your stay. Surf lessons at our beach entrance, just call Primal Surf and book appointments and rentals. Come relax and make some great memories in Brigantine, NJ.

Great Vacation Home

Great place to stay, plenty of room, lots of deck space which we loved. Kitchen was equipped with everything you would need to cook any family meal. And having all the bikes to use and that amazing beach cart were an added bonus. Thanks for a great week!!!

Perfect Family-Friendly Beach Getaway!We had a fantastic stay at this Brigantine beach rental! The house was clean, and very well-maintained, which made settling in a breeze. The location was super convenient—just a short walk to the beach on a quiet curl-de-sac. It was perfect spot, had plenty of space, and a very welcoming family-friendly vibe. One of the best parts was that all the beach supplies were provided—towels, chairs, umbrellas, toys, bikes, and even a XL beach cart so we didn’t have to worry about packing any extra unnecessary gear. Highly recommend!

Relaxing beach getaway

Coastal Soul is a well appointed beach property in a quiet area with easy beach access. Our family loved the multiple decks where we could gather to talk, play, or enjoy a morning cup of coffee with a good book. Owners very easy to communicate with and they provide amenities that makes your stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one!

Coastal Paradise

Everything we could ask for and more! Super clean, well stocked, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Did I mention super clean!! The short walk to the beach was super easy given the Phoenix Beach Buggy the owners provide. We loaded the buggy with 6 chairs, tent, coolers, beach bags, towels & toys (all provides by the way) and a 5 yr old pushed it! Thank you Chip & Kara for sharing your beach home🏖️

Fantastic home in Brigantine

We just wrapped up a great week at Kara and Chip’s beautiful Brigantine Beach home. The photos and description of the listing were spot on. There was plenty of room for us to gather together (the dining table is great for family meals and games!) and lots of space when we wanted to spread out. The house was very clean, well kept and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent and check in and out were super smooth. The walk to the beach is a little long but wasn’t an issue for us. The beach itself is beautiful too—super clean and not crowded at all. Great location, convenient to everything! We highly recommend this property.

A very nice place on a quiet, lovely side street

My whole family was happy with both the home, and the location. The surfers were right next to the beaches with the waves, we were able to bike everywhere, and the house was a very comfortable base for our excursions. We would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to Brigantine Beach!

Fun in the Sun

Brigantine is by far a beautiful family beach. Our rental was comfortable, spacious and the owners were very accommodating. Access to the beach was tough for mom but the beach was incredible and lived up to the Jersey Shore promise of "perfect together". A big thank you to our hosts Chip and Kara.

Vacation to remember!

This was our first trip to the Jersey Shore and we were pleasantly surprised! Not only was the beach spectacular, Chip and Kara's home was TRULY a home away from home. It is very equipped with all the necessities and more. We have rented many places and this home ranks very high. Loved the fact that linens, towels, and beach items were at our disposable. The owner provided us with lists of things to do, places to eat and was very accessible. He asked for our input and had already ordered a few small things we suggested even before our check-out date. The neighborhood was so friendly, our kids biked easily to places on the island. We loved the lagoon for paddle boarding and the beach was not overcrowded. Five stars all the way around!!

Brigantine is a special place, and you will make the most amazing memories here! Low key, relaxed, unique restaurants, beach bars, and fun little shops, you will feel a world away once you cross the bridge and take in the amazing ocean and bay views!! We don't use property managers, we manage all properties ourselves so you will be dealing directly with us for anything you need.

Brigantine is our favorite beach town, it's just a special and unique place! Brigantine is not as crowded as other Jersey shore locations and known to be the friendliest. With a purchased 4x4 pass and 4x4 vehicle, there are 2 beaches you can drive on and just park for the day with all your beach gear!

Beach block on a cul-de-sac street with beach entrance, no streets for kids to cross. Kitchen just completely renovated. Large beach cart, beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes included. Plenty of outdoor deck space and large living room to spread out.
