Newly renovated Higgins Lake 3 bedroom 1 bath cottage. Sleeps 6 with queen, full and twin bedrooms. All with ceiling fans. Queen room is lakeside with a window a/c unit. Livingroom also has a window a/c unit. New inside from walls to floors. New furniture in living room, dining table and chairs for 6. New kitchen from cupboards to appliances and flooring. Outside offers a spacious partially covered concrete patio. A new gas fire dining table for dining and enjoying an evening fire with family and friends. A new grill is also available for your favorite grilled meals. Large lakeside and roadside yards for outdoor activities. A great lightly traveled road for biking and walking or running. Ample parking for the cottage guests. A new dock for access to the water. A mooring anchor is available for renters PWC or boat.
PLEASE NOTE: Owners boats are housed at the dock and the property owners may use their boats during your stay. They will be mindful of your time and space during your stay. If this poses a problem we ask that you reserve another property.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Higgins Lake. The property was very clean and comfortable. It was stocked with all the linens and paper products you would need. The kitchen had every pot and gadget you could ever use. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it was better than ours at home! We rented a pontoon boat and there was a mooring in place so we didn’t need to bring our own. There were plenty of inside and outside games/toys to keep everyone occupied. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and the location on the lake was perfect. The hosts, Kathy and Chris, were very friendly and accommodating. Our whole experience was a 10/10 and we couldn’t be happier!!!

Easy check in and a very clean and comfortable stay. The rental had everything we needed, including some basic kitchen essentials that help make our stay so easy to plan for!

We were so happy to return to this property. The living space is comfortable and our family just loves the dining table outdoors. Thankful for a full kitchen so we can prepare meals at home. Our favorite feature is the dock, paddle boards, floats and games. Kids were out morning till night playing. Thank you for another wonderful visit to Higgins Lake!

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and was perfect for our long weekend away. The ability to moor our boat was fantastic (especially over the July 4th weekend to avoid the boat launch!). The owners were great to communicate with and were always very prompt in their responses. The house was clean and in a nice and quiet neighborhood. We would absolutely rent again!

Clean & Updated Rental in Perfect Location

We loved our stay at this property. Being right on the lake was amazing and the large dock was so much fun! We all loved trying our hand at the paddle boards! The house was well kept and had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the games & puzzles. Quiet & cute neighborhood in good location in the area. Really thankful for this stay!

Great place, great hosts!

The house was amazing, the water was gorgeous and Kathy and Chris were so great! We could not be happier with the house and have already been planning our return next year! We had grandparents up to visit and they loved the patio table to have dinner. The kids loved the smart tv and mom and dad loved the sandy water for swimming with the kids! Highly recommend!

Beautiful Rental on a Gorgeous Lake

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to Higgins Lake and the lovely home. It was my family of 4, including 2 adult children, and a friend of my daughter. It is a smaller home but we found we had plenty of room. Never did it feel too small. It was very peaceful with many things to do. My daughter and her friend enjoyed using the paddle boards and we liked the beach. My husband and son fished most days. I enjoyed the peace of reading my book in one of the Adirondack chairs on the small patio area near the lake. We enjoyed and afternoon dinner on their fabulous fire dining table and now I want one! Kathy was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. I asked about checkout instructions such as gathering the bedding and towels and sweeping and she said she’d take care of that. That extra service was much appreciated for a vacation. Kathy provided paper towel and toilet paper but we ended up using our own toilet paper. Overall this was a much needed vacation and we all enjoyed it! I don’t think the pics do it justice. Very nice home and location!

This cottage was very comfortable and well-equipped. There were views of the lake from all the front rooms, and the large patio. We really enjoyed iur stay.

Perfect for the 4th!

Kathy’s cozy lakeside cabin was the perfect place to spend a week with family and celebrate the 4th of July! Gorgeous view, immaculate accommodations, and super fun paddle boards, water tubes, and lawn games. Thank you for great memories, we look forward to returning next year!

Great Location

The lakefront was beautiful with a mooring right for our boat close to shore. The home was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be staying here again!

Great place on the water

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Great sunrise views, clean, kitchen well-stocked. Some outdoor water toys to use and super outdoor area to eat. Great to relax and enjoy the water.

Peaceful retreat

The property is perfectly situated in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Great for swimming, sunsets, and close to restaurants. Hosts were accommodating and friendly. House has been renovated to easily accommodate 6 guests. The two of us really enjoyed our relaxing stay.
