Excellent stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with our two kids. Place was very well stocked, looks just like the pictures, location was great, and hosts were very responsive. Already looking forward to booking again!

Great Stay

The villa exceeded our expectations- modern, clean, well stocked and well appointed. The view was incredible, we enjoyed the sunrise everyday. Eric was very attentive to any questions. I would highly recommend this villa.

Great Location for Tennis Paradise! (Indian Wells)

Beautiful property. Easy check-in and communication with owner. We did not have a car, but easily Uber ride to Indian Wells. Played pickle ball a couple times and enjoyed lunch at clubhouse. The grounds are stunning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Hersoms Home! Every detail has been thought of in this updated 3 BR in PVGC! The bonus is being able to use the facilities with ease, thanks to Eric and his guidance. My family golfed daily and enjoyed the incredible conditions of the course. The fitness facility was fabulous and a short walk to a hot tub at the end of the day. Thank you for having us; We will be back!

Piece of Heaven at Palm Valley

This home does not disappoint! Everything is spotless and in perfect condition. The street is quiet and we always felt safe, even going out for evening walks. We enjoyed the spectacular panoramic views and loved watching the action happening right in front of us on the golf course, all from the comfort of the backyard. The location is close to shopping, great restaurants and all the golf courses you can imagine. We enjoyed having access to the Club amenities, particularly the swimming, golf and tennis. Wonderful Stay at Beautiful Property!

My family and I could not have been happier with our stay at this property! The home is beautiful and the view of the golf course is stunning. The house is very well stocked with many extras not usually found in rentals. Everything was in tip top shape and the beds and furniture were very comfortable.The owners give you all of the information you need to insure a seamless vacation. The ability to use the Palm Valley Country Club is a real bonus. We found the Club facilities to be first rate and the staff there to be extremely friendly and helpful. My husband was thrilled that he could play golf on two beautiful courses at a great rate. We enjoyed playing tennis and eating at the Sunset Grill. This is truly a 5 star property. I cannot wait to return!

Gorgeous Unit, Stunning Location, Immaculate and Well stocked!

This beautifully updated, spacious, contemporary unit was absolutely perfect for our group of two retired couples. The huge kitchen/dining area/living room with vaulted ceiling was the perfect place to enjoy evenings together. The unit has all new high-end appliances, a lovely patio with gas BBQ and plenty of bath and beach towels, and was extremely well stocked, not only with dishes and cookware but also things like cleaning supplies, basic spices, olive oil, coffee pods, sugar and flour, foil wrap, zip-lock bags of all sizes, and even a small cooler bag with ice packs. The country club community is lush with green grass and colourful shrubs and flowers. The unit is very close to one of the pool/hottub locations, and is is situated in one of the quieter areas of the community. We can't say enough about the cleanliness, décor and furnishings, and convenient central location within the Coachella valley. Our hosts Eric and Lisa responded immediately to questions and were professional and lovely to interact with. An absolutely fabulous home away from home.

Welcoming Home but Question the Club House Fee

Home is in a beautiful golf course community with simple in and out access. The rear of the home overlooks the green and is great for watching the sunrise. The inside is welcoming to families, including kids, and is equipped with ample supplies for cooking or enough open space to get take out and enjoy with your family or guests. The house was very clean and presented nicely and beds are very comfortable. The only difficulty was really understanding the additional fee being assessed for access to the club house. There is an extra $100 the owner assesses for the club house which they claim allows you access to the club house but I really think they are trying to offset their own dues. We were able to come and go freely from the club house without any questions. When we arrived we asked for the club house passes since we paid the fee but any other time we went, including to swim, we were never asked to show a club house pass. The owner claimed the fee was to access but all things such as golf, tennis, fitness center, etc are all a separate fee, in addition to the $100. Again, we paid the fee but were able to swim at the club house, walk through the club house, etc. without question or showing a pass. The fee obviously didn't make or break our decision to stay. It's a great place and I would stay again.

This condo was exactly what we needed, a peaceful, clean, and spacious retreat that allowed us to unwind while still having room to work and prepare for the busy season ahead. Beautiful, quiet, desert paradise home!

We had a fantastic week-long stay with our family over the holidays. Eric was very responsive (especially early on with the booking process) and everything was exactly as pictured and described! We loved the sunrise views over the golf course each day and the morning sunshine on the patio. Palm Valley Country Club is stunning and immaculate in every way. The Pool and hot tub, just a short walk away, were in pristine condition, as was the landscaping throughout the entire property. We were continuously impressed with how well kept and maintained the community is. The unit itself had everything we needed, and ample space. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of drawers and closet space for accommodating clothing for a longer term stay. We enjoyed our stay so much that we would love to come back again and would definitely consider a longer stay. A week felt too short in this amazing unit! We appreciated the well equipped laundry and kitchen/bathroom supplies. It was fantastic to have access to the garage to keep our car cool during an unusually warm December week in the desert. Thank you so much Eric and Lisa for making our Christmas holiday away from home a memorable one!

We had a wonderful time in this gorgeous condo. It has been beautifully remodeled and was spacious and comfortable for our family. It came equipped with everything you could possibly need. Easy breezy

Our hosts communicated to us before we arrived, and it was a fabulous unit in Palm Valley. Just wish we had more time. Would rent again and we will next year. Thanks for the coffee too.

Perfect spot

What a great place to enjoy a family vacation with kids and grandkids. Eric and Lisa were wonderful hosts, the house was perfectly appointed and clean, and the view over the double fairway beautiful to look out at morning and evening. We will be back!

Golf Trip

Our group included 3 couples. We enjoyed the newly decorated condo. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Eric was very informative & attentive. We found the Palm Valley CC area to be very quiet and beautiful.

Exceeded Our Expectations

From the time that the reservation was set up and throughout the entirety of our stay, my friends and I were consistency impressed. It was the little unexpected niceties that really put this place over the top; a more than ample supply of K-cups of 2 different styles of coffee (and tea), easy walking distance to one of 45 pool/hot tubs, touch-to-turn-on reading lamps on the bedroom headboards, high quality kitchen appliances, "propeller" style ceiling fans and remote controlled window shades in the living room/dining room to name a few. The neighborhood is absolutely beautiful and quiet, yet is close to "everything". Highly recommended!
