Beautiful Lake House with a Huge Flat Lot, Deck & Private Dock on the Best Cove

This newly renovated 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath (SLEEPS 12) sits in one of the most sought after coves at the Lake (Power Line Cove). People ride for miles on the lake just to dock up in this cove. Located at the edge of the Four Seasons "Cove" golf course" and right at the 4 mile marker, this charming house is close to everything. Just a 3 minute drive to Lil' Rizzo's & Four Seasons golfing, and even 7 minutes from Bagnell Dam, shopping and more!

This home has a hard to find FLAT LOT that walks down to the dock and the lake. The dock has a sun deck, brand new 6 person composite counter height table with bar stools, drink bar, slide, swim ladder, etc. for fun, fishing, swimming or docking up your boat. There is a floating lily pad for use on the dock. There is also a huge deck off the back of the house that overlooks the lake. For colder nights, the sea wall has a fire pit.

If stuck indoors, this recently renovated house is over 3,080 SF and has a huge kitchen island for entertaining, internet, multiple living rooms and TVs in each, a custom ping pong table and a shuffleboard table for indoor activities. For cooler nights this home has a wood burning fireplace and several large comfy couches.

The house has four (4) bedrooms and two and a half baths. The main floor has three (3) bedrooms with queen size beds and large closets and one (1) full bath and one half bath. The lower level has one (1) bedroom with two (2) queen beds and two (2) twins in a bunk style setting. The lower level has a washer and dryer, a full bathroom and walks out to a covered patio.

Amazing Lake House

What a beautiful area and house! We loved hanging on the dock!! The house and dock were equipped with so many games and extras! We loved drinking coffee on the deck in the mornings! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

We had 3 families, 6 adults, 3 middle schoolers, the house, the dock, the amenities, the gameroom, the fishing, made for a great mini vacation.There was plenty of sleeping space, bathrooms were clean, towels were plenty and the AC was cold. On the dock, the lillypad was a hit, we rented kayaks from a local vendor and had a blast hanging out at the lake.We had one rainy day and still had plenty to do indoors w the game tables and plenty of indoor space.We traveled from Chicago and Texas and the host was more than accomodating to any needs or concerns we had. He was an excellent host. Even the neighbors were friendly and we would book again!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Dock is currently under construction, but it did not deter from our use. Spent most of the days floating and fishing. The ping pong and shuffleboard tables were a big hit.

Memorial Family Trip

This was a trip for us to celebrate my mom. This house and property were absolutely perfect for our family. Lots of room for everyone, the dock was great and the cove was perfect for spending time in the water and sunshine. The kids were able to run in the yard and the deck was just what we needed to start and end our days. Great location to everything you need.

Beautiful and spacious lake house

Loved this house on the lake. Perfect for family get togethers. Great location, open space, lovely kitchen and ample parking. Four stars because it needs some repairs and updates. The dock, the deck, back door, and front steps need to be updated and/or repaired.

Great place for our family

This was a great little place for our family. We had teenagers, pre-teens and a 5 year old and they all loved the house. From swimming off the dock to playing ping pong to sitting by the fire pit, there was always something to do. Lots of space!

Great Ozarks Stay!

We had two families visit (adults and teens). House had all of the needed amenities, plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms and a great dock. We loved the dock/cove so much we ended up spending two full days at the house. Lots of boat activity on the cove on Saturday. Definitely a popular location for boats to tie up, which we enjoyed watching. Would book again!

Spacious remodeled house

Probably the best VRBO bed i've slept on...a very firm memory foam mattress. Everything in the home was very well updated. Smaller bedrooms to give extra space in the huge kitchen and 2 main living areas. Kids played pingpong a ton. Kitchen was fully stocked and I appreciated there were staples left in the kitchen (spices, oil, condiments). A/C was amazingly cold. Lily pad/splash mat was huge. Location is great...close to Bagnell, grocery store, and Big Thunder marine to rent a boat. Saw 3 deer and tons of ducks. Only thing lacking was dock needed a little maintenance for boards. Would have been nice to have a slide or jump platform on the dock, but you can't have it all.

Disappointed

The house is in a great area where the docks aren’t on top of each other, it is decorated nicely inside and the furniture was in decent condition. Based on prior reviews we were expecting the house to be very clean which was not the case. The refrigerator was disgusting so I cleaned it myself. There were food drippings all over the inside and tons of crumbs of food in the bins and crevices. Pieces of cardboard from something were stuck to one of the shelves and difficult to get off. The bed covers had stains and rips along with pillowcases that looked old with bleach stains on them. There were no bath or hand towels. I notified the host and were told to use the swim towels that looked like they had been used for years in a pile in the basement. One of the towels had black grease on it. The two full baths had showers with stained shower curtains and liners layered with soap scum and discolored by bacteria that was forming. I ended up washing the curtains and replacing the liners with new ones. The outdoor grill hadn't been cleaned with tons of leftover grease and pieces of food on the sideboard. Outside the lower level sitting area had old worn out furniture that wasn't usable. Firepit furniture was also unusable, old and rusted. I have a hard time believing that the reviews of the prior renters were legitimate. I don't think it is too much to expect when paying for a rental that essential things like showers and refrigerators to be clean and bacteria free.

Great Location

We had a great stay at this property. Location on the lake is perfect for those that are keeping a boat on the dock and want to be able to swim and use the dock without battling waves the whole time. Located far enough into Downing Branch cove that you can swim all day and tie up your boat to the dock without having to worry about large waves. Should you chose to ski, board, or tube the cove is big enough to accommodate without having to go onto main channel. Also located close to grocery, gas, and main Bagnell Dam strip with food , shops, and bars. If I had to find a negative it would be that the basement ceiling height is very low in some areas. If you are 6' or taller you will be ducking in places. Would also be nice if there were ladders for the bunk beds in the basement. Great Place. Great stay. Drew was great to work with.

Great location and plenty of room!

This was a great location! Our only issue was with garbage and some amenities. We have owned a home that we rented in Wisconsin. My only suggestions would be extra cans for garbage. There was no wine opener!! :) no lighters! Just little things but Great Lake house

Family get-away

We Had a great time with our family over the weekend. The house was fantastic and the dock was glorious for us to spend time together on a much needed weekend. We would definitely recommend this property and use it again!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

We had two families with teenagers and had a fabulous time! Good communication, clean and updated property with all the amenities ~ although we spent the majority of the time on the water boating! We hope to come back next year!!

Great time at the lake!

Overall, the property was great! There was plenty of seating for our two combined families on the deck, in the dining/kitchen area, as well as living/family room and sleeping. The beds were comfortable and the A/C worked great. The deck had a protective gate to the lower level patio to keep the 19 month old safe. The lower level patio provided protection from the morning and early afternoon rain which included a picnic table and fan and we ended up playing board games which we brought. They also have a shuttle board and ping pong table for indoor entertainment. We used the grill provided. We brought our own charcoal but they also had some available. Thought it was weird there wasn’t a broom or mop handy since we had a 19 month old with us, and we wanted to sweep the deck from the dropped leaves and twigs. We ended up running out of trash bags and informed the host, he had more delivered the next day via Amazon but we had already purchased more. We ended up purchasing a broom along with more toilet paper, kleenex and paper towels. Perhaps extras aren’t provided by the host or because it was a new listing? I’m not sure of VRBO rules on that. Plenty of towels and linens were provided by the host, as well as a box fan in one of the bedrooms, which we used in the kitchen when we used the stove and oven. A gate for the stairs was provided on the lower level of the house, we couldn’t get it to work so we didn’t use it. The dock was great for swimming and fishing. Since we weren’t allowed to use the golf cart it would have been nice to have a wagon or cart available to carry a cooler and swim toys to the dock. The use of the lily pad while swimming was fun and there was plenty of swim noodles and swim floaty’s provided. There was a washer and dryer available on the lower level and we used them to wash/dry towels. We ended up hand-washing and drying the dishes due to the length of time it took to run the dishwasher per the host’s recommendation. Accommodations were close by; grocery store, ice dispenser, restaurants, without too far of a drive. We would definitely rent this property again.

Senior trip

Host answered all question in a timely manner and was very helpful! Very fun with friends, lots of room for everyone to stay. Lots to do such as swim, play ping pong and shuffleboard or just hang out on the dock. Did not have a dull moment at this house. Would stay again!!
