POOL, LARGE NEWLY RENOVATED: 4+ Bedroom, lots of room

Set back on a quiet cul de sac, this home has all you need for a large family vacation or gather with a group of friends. Salt water pool, 2 outdoor showers (one enclosed on the deck and one open under the deck for rinsing off after a dip in the pool), 4 Bedrooms Plus a finished basement with extra beds. Each bedroom has it's own 50" TV and the 2 living rooms (one with a wet bar) have 60" TVs. Plenty of space. Oversized deck, newly renovated. Master bath has oversized shower.
Pool is typically open from June through mid-September.

Beautiful Home but not fully air conditioned

This house advertised air conditioning and only the bedrooms were air conditioned. We happened to hit the hottest, most humid, no breeze week of the summer and the house was soooo hot and sticky. Had the bedrooms not been cooled by room units, we would have had to leave. And thank goodness for the saltwater pool to lower body temperature on those unbearably hot days. The refrigerator leaked and we had to have the owner come turn water to the fridge off so we didn't ruin the beautiful wood floors. The basement is musty and unuseable for sleeping. The house is big, fit our family nicely and gave us the week together that we were looking for, but I wouldn't stay again. Maybe it was my fault for not enough VRBO experience. The owner however was a wonderful help.

PMC weekend!

We maxed out the number of guests allowed and celebrated our team's 21st PMC ride. Go Bryans Bikers! This house was perfecto for hanging in the pool, lobsters on the deck and good nights sleep.We may be back next year!

Very nice

The house is beautiful and very spacious. We spent most of our days in the pool which was clean and perfect for us. The area around the pool was great also. We sat and chatted and dried off a bit in the comfortable seating. My son-in-law loved the grill and we all benefited from that. It was a bit warm in the house so we did use the fans that were provided. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and the property is so nice. The weather was too cool to swim but the pool area looked great and would be a fun place to hang out! And Chris the owner was easy to communicate with too! We'd definitely go again. :)

Nice house with the pool

The pool area and the grill were nice and the kids had fun. Good amount of space upstairs. Kitchen was good, could use more cookware. Overall good.

Overall, wonderful

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Sandwich! We enjoyed the home, pool and the surrounding area. The house is spacious, well decorated and has plenty of bathrooms if you’re staying with multiple parties/guests. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, as well if you want to cook. The main floor/living area is not air conditioned, nor is the basement - so keep that in mind. It did get hot during the day, however we were out fairly often or in the pool. Some of our family members who chose to stay back did get a little hot, though and retreated to the bedroom for some relief. The pool area is fantastic! With loungers, couches and a covered cabana we had a ball out there with the kids. The security fence was a huge plus considering we travelled with two young kids. We enjoyed s’mores by the fire pit and afternoon coffee on the porch! What a great home and stay. Note, one of the bedrooms upstairs off the master does not have an AC. If you’re comfortable with it I suppose you could leave the connecting door open and share it with the master suite, however our party couldn’t do that due to needing quiet for a baby. Chris was an amazing host and was so responsive when there was a short lasting blackout in the area- he left his number in case of emergencies and responded on the second ring. Thanks for that! Overall, I would definitely recommend Chris’ beautiful home and Chris as a host. Thanks for a great stay!

Lovely vacation house

We loved our stay!The house, pool and outside area were fantastic.Sandwich beaches, restaurants, grocery stores and other attractions are close by.Chris is gracious, responsive and attentive .Would be happy to come back!

Lovely cape cod house

Very spacious and clean house. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was excellent. Smooth check-in process and all very well organised. Nice beaches within short driving distance.

Awesome Cape Vacation

We had an amazing week at Chris' home. House was immaculate. Communications were seamless. Pool is perfect. Close to restaurants, ice cream, groceries and beaches. Would highly recommend this home. Thanks again Chris.

A little slice of paradise!

We thought the house/accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The four bedrooms were very roomy and the bottom floor bedroom made for a nice alternative for some members of the family. The house is situated on a quiet dead end street and we enjoyed the grounds/pool area immensely. Everything was really ideal. My only reservation would be the location - being a bit far from places farther out on the Cape that we frequent, and the noise volume (although not too intrusive) and proximity to Route 6A. But not enough reason to negate booking again. All in all, we loved it! Thanks, Chris, for being a perfect host and fulfilling all of our requests or concerns!

Nice for a large group

There were 9 of us who really enjoyed our time here. There was plenty of sleeping space and dining space. We liked the pool area where we spent time sunbathing. We used the deck often in the morning to enjoy our coffee, breakfast, and bird watching. We were grateful for the beach chairs and the grill. The property was centrally located (about an hour) between Boston and the Cape Cod National Seashore and was not far (13 minutes) from several beaches. We would have liked to have had an information binder including topics such as garbage procedures, recommendations for nearby restaurants and activities, check-in/check-out procedures, emergency information, grill procedures, and any other helpful information specific to the property. Thank you for a great time in your really spacious home.

Great place for a family Thanksgiving!

The house is great - very spacious and well suited for a family gathering. There are sheets and some towels provided but no blankets or dishtowels. The kitchen is set out very well but if you plan to cook for a group we recommend bringing some basics like sharp cooking knives. We had a family group with ages 2-75 and everyone was comfortable!

Great time!

This place was great -- highly recommend. Having a pool in the backyard was such a nice treat after a day at the beach. The place is very modern and spotless.

Great place with lots of space!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The house is big, clean, modern, and has tons of sleeping space in you have a big family or plan to have lots of friends/family visit. The house is close to the highway for convenience of travel and secluded which is really nice if you like your privacy. The outdoor space is excellent and the 10-person table and large deck are awesome for spending time outside. The 2-outdoor showers are great for cleaning off after the beach or shower. The pool was amazing for days when we didn’t feel like going to the beach, and it has a gate with an alarm for added safety if you have children. Overall, this is an excellent property that I would happily rent again :)

Beautiful home - great neighborhood!

Just returned from a week stay at this rental. In a word - lovely! It didn’t hurt that the weather was PERFECT! We were a bit nervous because it is a new rental to VRBO but it did not disappoint. Newly renovated, well appointed, clean and spacious! It felt very private and secluded. Chris was easy to deal with and quick to return any messages both before and during our stay. The pool area is just perfect - child gate and a spacious deck with lounge chairs for relaxing and watching the kids. Great deck with outside dining for 10 also. Inside had many spacious rooms for folks to spread out or gather together, whichever you choose. The house does not have central air BUT believe it or not it did not pose a problem. Each of the guest rooms have ceiling fans and even with the heat of the day (it was up to 85 one day), it was comfortable with a consistent breeze at all times. Very comfortable! Would absolutely rent again!
