Esta hermosa y hermosa casa nueva en Osterville tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones fantásticas! La casa fue construida en 2004 y tiene 3300 pies cuadrados en 1. 14 acres. Cuatro dormitorios muy grandes con todas las sábanas nuevas y tres y medio baños muy bien equipadas ofrece espacio para extenderse y relajarse en el estilo. La cocina personalizada cuenta con mostradores de granito, electrodomésticos de primera línea y todo lo necesario para comidas familiares o entretenimiento a gran escala. Varias áreas de estar, incluyendo un gran salón, oficina y una sala de juegos enorme hacen que las vacaciones en familia diversión incluso si está lloviendo afuera! El exterior de la casa es grande y tiene un paisaje profesional con senderos, una terraza y una bañera de hidromasaje.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size con baño y se encuentra en el primer piso.
El segundo piso cuenta con 3 dormitorios muy grandes y un baño completo nuevo. Una habitación cuenta con una cama Queen, una tiene una King y dos Dobles y la otra tiene dos Queens. Además, en el segundo piso hay una oficina y una gran sala familiar perfecta para niños.
El nivel inferior tiene 1100 pies cuadrados adicionales de espacio terminado con una sala de juegos y baño completo.
Esta casa bien equipada cuenta con aire acondicionado central, dos chimeneas de gas, una amplia terraza trasera y un hermoso jardín.
Osterville Village es una de las siete aldeas de la ciudad de Barnstable. Ubicado en el lado sur del Cabo, el Village se enfrenta a Nantucket Sound. Durante los meses de verano, muchos eventos tienen lugar en el pueblo. Se remonta a la década de 1600, la tierra fue originalmente conocida como Cotachessett. We had a wonderful long weekend stay for a girls weekend. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen and linen closets were stocked with everything we needed. The deck was relaxing and spacious. The hot tub was huge bonus as well! The bedrooms were very large with multiple beds so everyone was comfortable. Maria was very responsive to us and we can't wait to return!

A great family retreat!

We rented this beautiful home to stay at with extended family while attending a family reunion. The home is spacious and comfortable, with a well appointed kitchen and plenty of beds, towels, and linens. The hot tub was so nice to relax in at the end of the day.

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home in a nice area close to everything. The home was very comfortable with everything that you need at your fingertips. Host was very kind and reachable for any concerns or needs. Would definitely come back and stay in this lovely home.

Perfect stay!

The house more than met our expectations. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The bedrooms were all huge, and there was plenty of seating for lounging and dining. The house was well stocked with kitchen items, which as a family who cooks together, we really appreciated. Maria was very prompt in her responses to questions that we had. We are hoping to return next year!

Family wedding weekend

We absolutely loved our stay! We were a big group with three young kiddos and we were able to fit VERY comfortably in this beautiful house! The area was perfect and only 5 minutes away from everything you need! Check in/check out was a breeze as well!

Great house

We had a great time staying in this house. We were 7 women visiting for a golf tournament. The house is very spacious with plenty of beds and a very nice yard. The location worked great for us and communication with the owner was easy. We would definitely rent again!

mixed feelings

The house had plenty of room for our family and actually could have held many more than the nine of us who stayed here. It had a great game room, but unfortunately we didn't have time to use it. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Now for the bad, our first night the fire alarm went off, after checking for fire and found none, I called the owner and she sent someone out, it took about a half hour for the handy man to respond and he told us that this happened before recently. He really wasn't sure what is causing it, but took out an alarm that he thought was defective. Things like this unfortunately happen, and its totally understandable, but if it happened before, upkeep of the fire alarm should be a priority. We also had a big problem with tiny ants everywhere on the kitchen counter, I had to spray the counter twice but they kept on coming. After throwing out food that were infested by theses tiny ants, We couldn't leave anything on the counter concerned the ants would get into everything. It wasn't a bad place to stay, but the ant infestation made the stay less desirable.

Everything about this home is wonderful.

We had 10 family members from the ages of 11-71 staying in this beautiful home. It had EVERYTHING you could possible need or want. It has a large variety of bath towels and beach towels. You do not need to bring any. All linens were supplied which is pretty rare to find on the Cape. All the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and pots and pans.The 4 bedrooms are all very large as is the living space, upstairs family room and downstairs bar/game area. A bonus was the large office that was used by our granddaughter as she worked remotely. The grounds are beautiful and the hot tub was enjoyed by many. The neighborhood is so very quiet. It is a short drive to Dowses beach and Craigville beach. The house has a beach pass which will get you into both beaches and all those in Barnstable. Osterville is certainly a very lovely area with some very nice restaurants and some nice, quaint shopping. The oldest members of our family have been going to the Cape for 60 years and this is by far the very best home that met all of our needs. No need to look any further. Maria was a wonderful host and answered all the questions we had in a very timely manor.

An amazing, clean, and modern property

We celebrated a family birthday and couldn't have been happier. The place was clean and better than described. While pretty much everything is a drive from the property, we went in with eyes wide open. The air hockey table wasn't working and while the property manager was responsive, it wasn't possible to fix during our visit, which was the only detractor. Would.definitely stay here again!
