Built in 2021, this 3400 sq. ft. home is located in the peaceful area of Martinez Lake Northshore. Large great room w/comfy sectional, 75" Roku TV, fully stocked kitchen w/island, granite countertops, stainless appliances, large pantry and 2 dining tables. A game room w/pool table, foosball, TV, darts, PacMan Arcade Game and powder room. The covered patio has fans, plenty of seating and a gas BBQ. The upstairs deck has a dining table, bar stools and 360 degree views of the lake and mountains. If you have a large family or friends that want to join you, we have a second house on the property for an additional rental(#859877).

Our group of eight adults enjoyed our stay at the Northshore Casa Grande. The home was clean and well maintained and very comfortable. There was plenty of room for everyone. Excellent location for Lake Martinez activities. We enjoyed fishing and hanging out by the lake. Also great location for hiking in the Kofa Wildlife Preserve. We hope to stay again when we travel back to the Yuma area. Very excellent!!

Everything you need

We love staying at this property when we come out. Jan is easy to get ahold of. The house is very accommodating for larger groups of all ages. There’s tons of entertainment back at the house for when you’re not out on the water. And the house is well stocked!

Perfect for Large Families

We are return renters. This is one of our favorite properties out at Martinez. We come every season. This house is very comfortable with it open layout and good sized bedrooms. We love the game room, it keeps everyone entertained while we cook or back for the day out on the water. The couch is nice and big with lots of blankets. AC works fantastic! And the kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. This property is definitely up kept! Will be returning.

Family Vacay

House was immaculate when we arrived and love that the air conditioner is already on. Perfect for a family of 10. Plenty of parking for our trucks and boats. Launch ramp was a little tricky but convenient location. Thank you Jan for great communication. We would love to come back again.

Such a great family trip

We have stayed at this house several years in a row now, and absolutely love it. It’s incredibly spacious, with spread out bedrooms that are so quiet and private, large bathrooms with tons of storage. The kitchen is completely set up with everything you’d need and very spacious as well. After each day on the river, the house was nice and cool, and completly the place you want to be after a long day. The private drive down to the private boat dock is always so convenient, making it the easiest possible way to get on and off the river with little kids and all Our stuff. Jan is a wonderful host, that’s quickly responsive, and extremely accommodating. Like always, we can’t wait to come back! Always a 10/10!

Best. House. In. Martinez!!!!!

This house was even better in person!!! Very open and livable. Great for our family. There was even a basket of throw blankets to curl up on. Lots of comfortable open space. And a great room for the kids with pool table, fusball, games, and a TV. Very clean and organized. Lots of kitchen space for our groceries. And everything we needed for cooking and eating. Boat ramp and dock were great! No problem getting our wakeboard boat in and out. Jan was super responsive and helpful. We have stayed at many other homes and this was superior!!!! I almost didn’t want to give this review because we will definitely stay here again and want it to be available to us!!!

Excellent stay at Martinez Lake

The property was very clean and large enough for our group of nine adults. The kitchen had great equipment and the location was perfect for our adventure in the Kofa Wildlife Preserve as well as fishing on the lake. This was a great stay!!

Beautiful, Clean Martinez Lake Property

This house appears to be newly built, beautiful and clean with views over Martinez Lake and the Colorado River. The central living area is massive and made our family trip a success. The large kitchen has an island with cook top and wrap-around seating which made for a great place for everyone to spend our mornings and evenings. The kitchen, living room, and dining room all make a great central place for everyone to lounge around after a long day on the river. Huge, modern television with access to my streaming services, and safely log out at the end of our stay. The game room also made for a fun place for adults and kids to shoot pool, throw darts, play Foosball, and watch TV. The patio out back made a nice place to sit in the shade, and the balcony up top a beautiful place to enjoy the evening. Large, semi-private dock with plenty of space for our two boats on one side. Note that the boat ramp may require 4 wheel drive. Excellent communication by the owners. Access information was received a few days ahead of our trip, and all my questions before and during our trip were answered immediately. Thank you, we will definitely be coming back!

Amazingly Quiet and feels like home!

I love this house and I am bummed we only got one weekend. In each room you cannot hear the next or living area. We can let the kids play in the game room while we make dinner in peace and quiet. There is so much to do, we don't have to worry about watching TV or playing on tablets. The dock here is great, lots of room, its safe. At night we sit on the roof, enjoy the breeze and look at the stars while relaxing.

Northshore Beauty!

Lovely stay again

We’ve stayed at this rental several times now and have the best time every time we go. The house is amazing, spacious and completely set up for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The dock and ramp, right down the hill, make it super convenient to launch the boat and keep it close by for easy trips on and off the river. We couldn’t love this house rental and lake martinez more, and cant wait for our next trip out.

Great House

This house has everything! Lots of space, the game room is located away from the other bedrooms which was great for us after I put my baby to sleep. Huge dock for boats. Jan was great to work with and very accommodating to our timing and requests.

We are three couples from San Diego, CA, that found and purchased this 3.5 acre property in 1992. Since then, we have married(one of us got married here and one renewed their vows), had children, and now, grandchildren. We have enjoyed our first "home away from home" for several years, during the summer and winter. Thanksgiving and Spring break were popular times for us to enjoy our time here and also make improvements. So, in 2016, we decided to let others enjoy it, too! We had such a good experience with all the great people that were(and are) our vacation home guests, we decided to add another, much bigger, home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Our new vacation home is perfect for those that want a little extra luxury and space. We have a game room that both kids and adults can enjoy, plus the benefit of being able to close the door if it's too noisy! This part of Martinez lake is called The Northshore. It is serene and peaceful and away from it all. It is growing, but still a little piece of paradise. Our cove is off Martinez Lake. In the lake you have lots of room to ski, tube or jet ski, without a lot traffic. The lake and our cove is great for fishing, too.

We have two houses that can be rented together for large family/friend gatherings, such as a reunion, birthday, or special occasion. We have a large semi-private dock , and a smaller dock that's good for PWC, and a cement ramp. There is plenty of parking by the house and a large area below to launch your boats and skis.
