Great updated amenities and having a private dock was a huge plus for our family to go fishing! The outdoor space was wonderful for our kids to play and watch the sunset.

Awesome location along the river! The dock was great, the house was clean and spacious and the patio and view of the river was the best! The owners were very responsive and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

The communication with owners was excellent. We did get to meet them, very nice people. The house is awesome! Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need and more! Very comfortable bedrooms and amazing shower! We struggled with cell and wifi service. For any activities have to travel to Yuma.

Jewel on the River - Martinez. Lake

We enjoyed our stay. The property looked just like the pictures. The back yard and view of the river was everything that we hoped for and best of all was that the weather was nice and warm (around 80F every day) for our first snowbird adventure. The hostess sent someone out right away to deal with a few minor issues with the bathrooms and dishwasher.

Our favorite place on the river

Host and house were great. House was perfect size for our family of 4 plus a few friends. In addition to the two bedrooms, the two couches in the living room turn into really comfortable queen sized beds for 2-4 additional people. The view from the back porch is stunning and only a few steps to reach your boat at the private doc in a secluded cove. Will definitely return

Great River trip

This house was perfect for a small family river trip. House was cool, clean and close. To everything. We rented a golf cart but it is not necessary. The boat ramp is close, and the included dock was super convenient. Dock is a little tight, but we got it after 2 days. Comfortable beds and the outside fridge was a huge bonus. Gina is a great host with solid communication. Will go again.

Beautiful updated home on the river, all new appliances and dishes. Three smart TVs . A great lawn and patio furniture, walk right down to your/ great shape / dock. Love the evening sunsets. Beds are a bit soft- great new couch’s that become beds. Bring your own PROPANE for bbq, it’s on you. Parking for two -three trucks.
