Nuestra casa de vacaciones personal se encuentra en la zona tranquila llamada The North Shore. Esta no es una casa de fiesta. Rampa / muelles privados para 5 embarcaciones y hasta 4 motos acuáticas. Esquí acuático, wakeboard, jet ski o tubo en Lake Martinez Proper / North Shore. Hermosas vistas de 360 ​​grados desde la terraza del patio. Jan has been absolutely amazing! I’ve stayed in her larger property before and finally got the chance to stay at this rental, it was everything I hoped for and more. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed to cook, relax, and feel right at home. Talk about the most comfortable sofa for movie night!!! The private dock was an absolute game-changer. We never had to worry about crowded launch ramps or pulling the boat out after a long day. It’s the perfect setup, Especially with the kids! we could go out on the water for a few hours, come back for lunch or nap time with the kids, and then head right back out with zero hassle.The lake itself is incredible for tubing and spending quality time together. Most of the time, it felt like we had the whole river to ourselves, peaceful, easy, and just pure fun. You have a beautiful view of the lake right from the house or even the rooftop if you prefer! We enjoyed our morning, coffee out there, enjoying the view :) The location couldn’t be better: close to the Martinez store and gas right across the lake, yet tucked away enough to feel completely private. You can tell Jan truly cares about every detail and goes above and beyond for her guests.If you’re planning a river trip this is it! This property has everything, well with the price, and gives you those vibes that you hope to feel when you go up to the river. We’ll definitely be back!

Ideal location

Location is perfect, secluded enough that you have your own space but close enough to everything on the river that you don’t have to drive far. Great for larger groups as there is plenty of beds. Amazing 360 views from rooftop deck. Host is very personable and responsive. Will be booking again!

Great Getaway

I was overall impressed with the layout of the house and the size was plenty for my family of 10. The rooftop deck was great for stargazing. My kids loved the outdoor shower! Only downside was the dock was farther than anticipated and the launch ramp had a huge pothole making it difficult for us personally with a small jet boat. Jan was wonderful about communicating.

Had a great time at the home. Everything you need!

Enjoyed staying here. Has everything you need and is in a quiet location. Home was very comfy and clean. Great views from the home which made it awesome to see the storms that rolled in and out at night! Dock area was cramped between the beached houseboat, jet skis and two other boats and trucks from the other rental home so too tight for us to launch there. It was easiest to use Fishers to launch and drive over. BE AWARE the lagoon has many trees just under the surface so go slow driving in and out! Owner was extremely helpful and professional!!

Another great annual Family trip

Had an amazing time at this property. The roof top patio was the best for 360 views especially during the sunsets. Loved the private boat ramp and private dock that is very large. We will definitely be coming back.

Just what we were looking for.

Although it doesn't look like much from the outside, this place is just what we were looking for. The inside was clean and very practical with lots of sleeping areas. I have stayed at other places that had fancier décor. But, this had tile counters, a big dining table, a comfortable couch, and good internet. It was very nice to have our own dock and an outdoor firepit. The only downsides that we saw was the distance to the dock and the river being low on the weekend making navigating to the dock difficult. But, these are not something that the owners could fix. The owners were great and easy to talk to! Overall, we had a wonderful weekend here and plan to come back in the future.

Beautiful Location on the River

This property is tucked away in a beautiful spot with a cove off the river within walking distance. You can launch your boat off the dock. The property had everything you could ever need in the kitchen to the bathroom and was clean. The Property Manager provided excellent customer service and even turned on the air conditioner before we arrived! We had the best time, thank you North Shore Getaway!

River trip

I can’t say enough about our stay . The home is very nice ,comfortable and comfy! We have stayed here a couple of times . The bedrooms beds are very comfy, the bunk beds came in handy . I thought the one bathroom would be a problem but it was not ! I actually love the outside shower. The kitchen has everything you need ,the rack in the kitchen comes in handy for all our snack ! Easy access to the dock and lots of parking on the property, we also love the balcony deck ! Wifi is excellent. Kids played darts and fuseball ! The adults watched Netflix . Jan is very nice, and we actually had the pleasure to meet one of the owners whom was extremely helpful and kind !

Martinez lake hidden gem

We LOVED our weekend at this property. We have stayed at numerous VRBOs in Fishers and Lake Martinez, but this is our new hidden gem. My husband and I took 4 , 14 year old boys for my son’s birthday party. The house has plenty of room—the bunk room is where the kids slept and hung out—they had a great time playing darts and fuseball and were rolling laughing playing the Wii at night after full days on the lake and river. My husband and I slept in one bedroom and there was another bedroom that we really didn’t use. The 1 bathroom wasn’t really an issue as I thought it was going to be with 5 males in the house—-some of the boys chose to shower outside in the outdoor shower anyways. Plenty of pots and pans and I especially loved the big metro rack in the kitchen where we could unload all of our non perishable food. I forgot that the house did not have a dishwasher, so if you don’t like doing dishes, I’d recommend bringing some paper plates and utensils. :). Great location and Jan is so friendly and easy to work with…We will be back for many more get always to our favorite summer spot—in fact, we just booked for next summer.

Great Views and water access

After the kids went to bed the adults sat on the roof top and watched shooting stars. Great parking, Foosball table was a hit, beds were nice and firm everyone slept well.

Great for families

The house was nice and clean. We had easy and private access to the water for our boat. There were games for the kids and lots of room and beds for everyone. I definitely recommend!

Our family grew up, and lives, in San Diego. We have been vacationing at Martinez lake for over 30 years. When we found this home for sale in 1992, we grabbed it! We have enjoyed boating and water activities in the summer/fall and hiking, 4-wheeling, and home improvements in the winter/spring.

This is a very peaceful property located on over 3 acres(home is located on 1 acre) in the private area of the North Shore . It's great for summer and winter activities, plus the added benefit of having private docks, ramp. It's the perfect place to get away from it all!

We have another larger home on the same property, Casa Grande(#2331962). Great for when you have the need to rent two homes close to each other.
