This property was very comfortable, had a well supplied kitchen, easy access to the condo, and great parking. We had three cars and there was no problem parking. We had a cocktail on the patio and watched the deer roam. We all agreed that we would definitely stay there again.

Dream Gruene was just perfect for what we needed! It was conveniently located and you could walk down to the River to enjoy. The place was very nice and clean and the beds were super comfortable. Mark was easy to communicate with and answered all my questions promptly.

The condo was wonderful to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday! It had all the space we needed. The condo was clean and well laid-out. We were able to quickly get to Gruene for shopping, dining and dancing. We can't wait to come back in the warmer season to enjoy the river!

Spring Break Trip

The condo was perfect for our family and extended family’s spring break trip. The location and convenience of the property as well as the size and decor of the property was great. The property had everything we needed from the full size fridge to coffee maker to the toiletries . We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property couldn't have been any better. Not only is it on the Guadalupe river but its a stone's throw to Gruene, Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Rock'n R rentals and all that Gruene has to offer. It boasts some of the best rapids on the river and has a 2.5 acre area to spread out in and leave your city troubles behind!
