The condo was wonderful to celebrate my daughter's 17th birthday! It had all the space we needed. The condo was clean and well laid-out. We were able to quickly get to Gruene for shopping, dining and dancing. We can't wait to come back in the warmer season to enjoy the river!

Spring Break Trip

The condo was perfect for our family and extended family’s spring break trip. The location and convenience of the property as well as the size and decor of the property was great. The location was wonderful, about an 8min walk to Gruene Hall. The property was spacious, and had a nice patio area to sit and hang out on. It had all of the amenities you would expect.

Not only is it on the Guadalupe river but its a stone's throw to Gruene, Gruene Hall, Gristmill, Rock'n R rentals and all that Gruene has to offer. It boasts some of the best rapids on the river and has a 2.5 acre area to spread out in and leave your city troubles behind!
