Lovely apt close to Ithaca, waterfalls, and wineries. Includes private patio.

This beautiful apt is close to waterfalls, wineries, restaurants, universities and lakes. In a rural setting, yet only 5 minutes drive to Ithaca. Your parking space is just across the patio from your door. The 1,000 sq. ft. apartment bath provides a jet bathtub, adjustable showerhead, and heated tile floor with fluffy towels and toiletries . The sunny bedroom has a very comfortable queen bed (linens provided) and a large closet for plenty of clothes storage. The sleeper sofa sleeps an additional 2 guests and has a very comfy inflatable mattress ($50/ per day for each extra guest). Your private patio has dining for 6, with sun umbrella and large stainless gas grill w/side burner. Kitchen has all large and small appliances and is well stocked with dishes and cookware. Indoor dining table seats 6. The swivel mount, smart TV has ROKU, Prime, Netflix, etc., and WiFi is also free. Soap, shampoo, K-cup coffee, tea, paper products, are all provided. Local activity brochures and maps are located in the desk for guests use. Great getaway for couples, business travelers and campus visitors.

First off, our host. Super nice and hospitable. Took care to clearly communicate with us and was very helpful. Second, the property. What a beautiful place. Well lit, nice colors and beautifully decorated. Premium towels, full kitchen etc. We came to move our daughter into Cornell. We are very pleased and thankful that our host provided a superb place, assistance and recommendations which made our mission a success. THANKS MUCH Ms V!

A hidden gem!

Our stay was perfect! We were in Ithaca for a sports competition and needed somewhere that we could cook healthy meals and have quiet/downtime in between events. About 10-15 minutes from Ithaca College Athletic Center, the apartment is nestled in a private lot in a beautiful setting. This could not have been more perfect! The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. High end finishes made it feel like a luxury hotel but without the sticker shock of one. We even were able to grill outside! Everything was stocked, and the property manager was helpful and responsive to every question I had immediately. If we are ever back in Ithaca this will be my go to booking!

This is an amazingly nice, beautifully decorated, and spacious apartment. Victoria was a great host and has thoughtfully prepared the apartment for a relaxing stay. This apartment is equipped with everything needed for a great stay. The private patio is bordered by a pretty hosta garden. It is located just a few miles from Ithica NY. We will stay here on our next visist to the Finger lakes.

Gem in the Finger Lakes

This place is absolutely sweet. The apartment & grounds are beautiful, clean & had everything we could possibly need. It was in a great spot located close to the hiking trails we did, wineries & downtown Ithaca. Our host Vickie was so thoughtful & welcoming, checking to make sure we had everything we needed & then some, evening providing delicious pastries for our first morning. We look forward to returning there again!

so beautiful relaxing and calm, the perfect place to stay for a business trip to ithaca but i'm sure also for anyone . we were afraid there'd be highway noise but really heard nothing. place was PERFECT as was the host. can't say enough. just stress free the way it should be! perfect relaxing apartment to work and relax in

The apartment is beautifully furnished, with everything one could want in the kitchen in order to cook, bake, or grill at home. Lovely private patio, very quiet, plenty of hot water. Victoria, the owner, went out of her way to be helpful. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to Cornell or to the grocery store, or 15 to Taughannock Falls Park. Dining room seats 8. My son said the sofa bed as very comfortable. Pantry for storage, dish washer, laundry- it would be fabulous for a more extended stay, but I had to get home for an appointment.

Perfect for a couple

The apartment is modern and well appointed, with everything you could need in the kitchen, a comfortable bedroom, and open concept living. We appreciated the welcoming outdoor space/patio - perfect for morning coffee, reading a book, or enjoying a glass of wine with dinner. Vickie is a wonderfully friendly and attentive host who takes pride in ensuring your stay is comfortable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Vickie checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. This is a great location for exploring the Finger Lakes and we would recommend taking one of the cruises on Cayuga Lake. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Luxury and comfort in a gorgeous wooded serting

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for our visit to Ithaca and the Grassroots Festival. We had a wonderful stay. The property was immaculate, it has everything needed for our stay. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has so many comfortable and luxurious touches. The property owner is friendly, helpful and took care of all our questions and concerns immediately. I highly recommend this rental. My husband and I plan to stay here again for our next visit

Lovely Apartment outside of Town

Victoria was a wonderful host and had everything ready for our 3 evening stay. The apartment is very well decorated and appointed, especially as we like to cook when we travel. The kitchen is top notch! We even harvested some fresh chard from Victoria's garden. We would stay there again!

This apartment is beautiful! It was immaculate and provided everything we needed for our stay. The hostess was welcoming and responsive. There is also a nice outdoor area with a grill and seating. It was a quick drive into downtown. Truly the best of both worlds.

I'm a retiree who enjoys cooking, painting, and gardening. My family once hosted guests at their bed and breakfast on Seneca lake, and now I enjoy providing comfortable accommodation to visitors here on Cayuga lake on a smaller scale. It's always nice to meet people from different areas of the country and world, and welcome them to the beautiful Finger Lakes.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

When I first scouted for land, I looked for a rural setting off a main road with easy access to Ithaca, yet close to Seneca Lake where I still had family. I love the quiet and the wildlife I see daily in my backyard and garden. We are far enough from town that there is no light pollution, and you can see the night sky very clearly here, and can often hear the barn owls next door.

I love the apartment I provide to guests. I've tried to think of everything a person might need for their comfort during their stay. I take great care when cleaning and disinfecting the apartment between guests. I'm never intrusive, but always available should a guest have a question or a need.
