Beautiful Sunsets! Top Rated Midtown Bayside Condo with Pool!

Bay view, beach retreat: spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 3rd floor walkup condo in Midtown, Ocean City. Centrally located to many area attractions and restaurants such as Jolly Roger Amusements, Seacrets, Coconuts, Barn 34 and Shotti’s Point. Condo is within walking distance to the convention center.
Many amenities including Wi-Fi, central air, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable!

Important things to note:
-Outdoor Blink doorbell camera
-Condo is located on the third floor (no elevator)
-Per condo rules, pets are not allowed
-No smoking of any kind inside the condo or on the balcony, walkways or steps. Our HOA assigns a $200 fee per incident.
-Please bring all your own toiletries
-Sheets & Towels are provided
-Check in: 4pm Check Out: 11am

Booking requirements:
-Must be at least 25 years old to book and must stay the full duration of the booking

Another wonderful stay!

This condo has become my mom and I's go to for our yearly mother/daughter beach trip. It's always clean and very well stocked with such thoughtful extras. (like sandwich bags, hair ties and makeup removing wipes) The parking spot is one of the few that gets shade in the complex. The rocking deck chairs are a great way to kill time relaxing between adventures too.

Splendid Stay at Bradley of the Bay - H337

We recently celebrated our 41st anniversary with a delightful 3-night stay at unit # H337 in Bradley on the Bay. Our host, Raphaelle Hilsop, was excellent. My wife was really impressed with how clean and well-organized the unit was. It was tastefully decorated too. The beds were also very comfortable. We highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great stay. For those unfamiliar with Bradley on the Bay (BoB), it's a fantastic location in Ocean City. Since 1987, we've been creating summer family vacation memories there. Usually, we rent a 2-bedroom unit in another building, but H337 was perfect for just the two of us. BoB is well-maintained, with a lovely bay-side pool, breathtaking sunsets, and a peaceful atmosphere at night. Although we've stayed at other places in Ocean City during the off-season, none of them can compare to BoB.

Short stay, but felt like at home

Property was just like advertised and communication was great. I never had to wait long for her to respond back and we were able to check in early. The place was very clean, comfortable beds, and had these amazing plush blankets to keep us warm. The stay was really short for us but it was the perfect place for me and my daughter to stay and close enough to places we wanted to go, just a walk away.

Outstanding Stay

I was skeptical when every review was 5 stars across the board. The property and host were every bit of 5 stars. Amazing communication, clean property, excellent location for a family to stay. Close to amusement park, surf shops, and awesome breakfast location. Across the street from the beach and only a short ride down from the boardwalk. Complex was quiet and pool was a nice perk. I highly recommend this property and host.

Perfect for short walk to the ocean and view of sunset

We loved it. The duel television setup was perfect after a long day of walking the island and viewing the sunset. A *very* walkable location for meals, the convention center, the ocean, and the Jolly Rodgers Amusement park with a free Smile Circus.

Very clean, close to beach & bonus boogie boards & chairs

We booked to break up the trip on the way to OBX. Place was great. We got in, hit the beach for a little & then cooked a quick dinner in the condo. We drove to the boardwalk to walk around and then out in the am. Would definitely recommend and stay again!!!

Everything was wonderful. Place was clean and the blankets were ridiculously comfy! I really appriciated the spare toothbrushes since i left all of ours home! Kids loved it and want to stay there again next year.

Wonderful stay

Loved everything about our stay. The condo is beautiful and very well maintained. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The neighbors were all very nice. Very close to beach. Would love to stay here again :)

This property was a bit of a walk away from the boardwalk but it was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and it had a small kitchen which was stocked with everything we needed. The host also left beach chairs, wave boards and an umbrella which was perfect. On top of that she had extras of all the things people usually forget like toothbrushes, hair ties, soap, etc. I had to work out of state the day before our trip so we were rushing out the door and forgot a lot of things so we really appreciated the extras the host left. I would definitely recommend this property to others!

What a wonderful place!

This was the most thoughtfully decorated and stocked place I've ever stayed in Ocean City, and I've stayed in many places! You can tell the owner really cares about her condo and the people who rent it. Everything from the sheets, to sandwich bags and even Alexa were there for us. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Clean and updated!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo appears newly renovated and very clean. Beds were super comfortable. I’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked. It was also convenient to the convention center.

Mac Daddy Stay!

This could not have been better- the location, the cleanliness, the adorable property and the great response from owner. Loved Our neighbor, Sue, and “Patty cakes”! The pictures of the view on the deck are dead on. Enjoyed the rocking chairs. Will be back!
