Private & Quiet waterfront, gulf access/dock home with pool! 13 min. to beach!

Villa Palms is a private and peaceful palm filled oasis. This 4 BR, 2 bath, 2000 sq. ft. gulf access waterfront home is located in desirable SW Cape Coral. The villa is bright, clean and contemporary with a split floor plan for privacy. The main bedroom en-suite has a large sunken bathtub surrounded by Italian marble, 2 sinks and an extra large shower with a seating area. The main bedroom has a king size bed with 2 walk-in closets and a glass sliding door that leads out to the lanai and pool area with a view of the pool, canal and palm trees.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, walk-in closet and glass sliding door with a beautiful view of the pool/lanai area, palm trees and the canal. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a walk in closet great for children. The 4th room is a den with a pull out couch that can be used as a 4th bedroom.

The open concept living area has a large, comfortable sectional couch and is open to the breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen. This area is perfect for entertaining and the kitchen allows you to view the living and pool area so you always feel connected to your friends and family. The lanai has an oversized heated pool, BBQ gas grill, outdoor table for dining, lounge chairs and a large seating area. Also, a bathroom off the pool!

This home is the perfect place to view the canal and breathtaking sunsets. Enjoy the western facing pool providing sunshine from noon until evening. Fish from the dock, rent or bring a boat to enjoy the Gulf of Mexico, Pine Island, Sanibel Island and Fort Myers by water. Located 1 block from Chaquita Blvd., 2 minutes to Publix grocery store, Walgreens and local bars and restaurants. Only 13 minutes by car to the closest beach and 25 minutes to Ft. Myers beach. In addition, Sun Splash Family Water Park is only 15 minutes away!

Ryan’s home is welcoming, clean, and well maintained. It truly feels like home from the moment you arrive. The property is well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.We stayed as two families with four children, and the home accommodated us very comfortably. The pool area was a highlight and served as our main gathering space for relaxation and enjoying the sunshine.The home is located in a quiet neighborhood, with grocery stores just a few minutes away. Fort Myers Beach is approximately a 30-minute drive, depending on traffic.Ryan is an excellent host—professional, responsive, and attentive. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this property. Thank you for the outstanding hospitality.

Great location

House is located close to shopping & restaurants. A great Italian bakery is right down the street. Check in & communication with the host is excellent. We plan to return!!

The house is beautiful and clean. Our family gathered for the holidays and we had an amazing time. Ryan is a great host, easy to reach and dependable. The house is in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants, playground, stores nearby. And a beach only 13 mins away. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Enjoyable and relaxing stay

The house and pool were a wonderful escape from the chilly early spring weather of the midwest. Ryan stayed in contact with us to let us know about some service teams that would be at the house while we were there and to make sure everything was going well. We had a great week at the house.

Ducks Are Us

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ryan was fantastic with communication and quickly responded to any request or question we may have had. The property was clean, nicely appointed and the pool was one of our favorite places to gather during the day. The breakfast visit each morning by the ducks was amusing and yes, as mentioned in other reviews, they love cheerios! I would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice relaxing vacation rental.

Great House

LOVED the house. This was are third year staying in Cape Coral and by far the best house! The location is great, the house was very clean and the pool is beautiful! We plan to go back next year❤️

Absolutely perfect

I would give Ryan and this property ten stars if I could. His communication was perfect: before the stay as well as during. Knowing he would quickly respond to my messages meant we could enjoy ourselves without worry. The place itself was perfect for my children and parents. We enjoyed the well appointed house, pool, and dock/canal. Knowing we would arrive around midnight on Christmas Eve and stores would be closed the next day, he had everything set up and ready for us, even offering to leave a few basic food items for us. Ryan made us feel more like guests of his family than customers, and we had a perfect time. Highly recommend!

Great location, nice home.

This rental was one of the nicer rentals we've been in. It seems like a little older home that's been renovated, and overall pretty clean and nice place to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is great!

The house smells new! Check-in was seamless. The host is very responsive!! Even checked in with us through the week to make sure things were going well and we had what we needed. The pool area is great! It’s cleaned and maintained! The pool people came midweek for regular maintenance and cleaning. The backyard has coconut and mango trees. The mangoes are yummy! There is also a little pineapple plant that had the cutest little baby pineapple growing! Almost every morning, we had a turtle visitor! We named him Timothy, so if you see him, tell him we said hello! Inside was clean and nicely furnished! The pull-out even has a mattress pad, making it very comfy! The host provided pool towels, and there were lots of pool toys in the garage. The kitchen is loaded with all the tools and dishes you’ll need-even Tupperware for leftovers! The washer and dryer work fabulously. Overall, it’s a fabulous house that easily feels like home! We highly recommend the house and the host.

Great trip

Nice quite neighborhood. Owner is prompt with responses to questions. Property is beautiful. Met the iguana, 2 ducks, and a turtle in the channel. Girls loved the beach toys when we went to Sanibel. We used the beach chairs. There is a lot available for use so you don’t have to worry.

Wonderful vacation stay

The property was everything we were hoping for and more! The wildlife had a new surprise for us every day. Ryan was super responsive to messages and always accommodating. This place made us feel right at home! Would highly recommend!

Great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was was exactly what was pictured. We had plenty of room to roam and it really felt like home. The pool area is great with plenty of room to lounge and it was cleaned once a week. The owner Ryan was quick to respond to every question we had. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing visit

Great location - close to Publix, restaurants and a wonderful Italian bakery that was within walking distance. House was nicely furnished with quality towels and bed linens. We would definitely stay here again. My only suggestion would be a cable TV upgrade to get sports channels

First time in Cape Coral was worth it!!!!

We did our first VRBO rental as a family and I have to say we were not disappointed. From the start, Ryan was extremely communicative and answered every question we had about the house in a very quick and timely manner. We loved the cleanliness of the house, the pool and property were very well taken care of. There were no details left unaccounted for in this house and the back patio area was so relaxing. For those of you who like good food, there is an amazing Italian bakery about a third of a mile from the house which is walking distance, a good breakfast place and a sports bar with really good pizza. I have nothing but great things to say about Ryan and the home and would recommend anyone looking at the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral area to rent with Ryan. Thank you to Ryan for making for helping to make our stay as enjoyable as possible!!!
