A haven of peace and serenity...with peacocks!!!. A haven of peace and serenity...with peacocks!!!. One strong Air conditioning was installed in the big living room and the second Air conditioning was installed in the main big bedroom. Shortly we will install Air conditioning also in the other 2 rooms.Apartment is located in the north of the island, in front of its only golf course. It is a very quiet urbanization, surrounded by nature, with a beautiful pool overlooking the countryside and a short distance from the beach (Arenal de Son Saura), which is 3 minutes by car and about 15 minutes on foot.
It has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub and the other, ensuite, with a shower), a living You can access both the beach and some restaurants and the shopping area on foot (only open in summer, the rest of the year you would have to travel by car to one of the nearby towns). room with a smart TV that can move to a room if needed. and a DVD player, with lots of movies, a small but fully equipped kitchen (large fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven, Nespresso and esperso coffee machines, kitchenware, etc). There are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms and in the living room. Mosquito nets on all the windows and on the access door to the terrace. Free high-speed FIBRA Wi-Fi.
The terrace is very large, with beautiful views of the golf course and the mountains and has a built-in barbecue.
It has its own parking space located just behind the apartment and you don't have to go up or down steps to access it, making it very convenient for people with reduced mobility.

The third bedroom has two single beds, one 90cm and the other 80cm, which can be converted into a double bed.
