Sweet Home Alabama just got a little sweeter! This adorable beach cottage features a great floorplan paired with an ideal location. Recently renovated with fresh new paint and updated furnishings and decor. On the first level you'll find an open concept living, dining and full kitchen. You'll also find a soothing, queen bedroom with a full bath.

Located on a quiet cul de sac, this home is perfectly situated between one of the two neighborhood pools and one of the several beach access boardwalks. Both the beach and the pool are an easy stroll away. Morgantown is a very walkable neighborhood and you'll enjoy morning or evening strolls taking in the great views and pastel-colored homes. If you are so inclined, head to Sassy Bass, about one mile away, to grab lunch or pick up an item or two from the market. Two neighborhood pools, a kiddie pool, and tennis courts are available for guest use. The beach-view balcony provides the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of fun. Close your eyes and listen to the sounds of the surf as you reflect on your day. Sweet Home Alabama is also a great vantage point if you happen to be there during a Blue Angels practice! Upstairs are three additional bedrooms, a king bedroom with a private bath, a room with two twin beds, and a bunk room with twin/full and twin/full beds. You'll love the new bedding and the fresh clean look of the bedrooms and you will appreciate the new owners' eye for design. A convenient full bath is also located on this level.

Morgantown is a picturesque beachside community with colorful private homes, two sparkling swimming pools, lighted tennis courts, and several convenient beach access boardwalks. You'll love strolling the quiet streets or biking about the neighborhood.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
