FAMILY TIDES is a beautiful oceanfront 2nd floor, 2 bedroom/2 bathroom newly renovated condo at Inlet Point Villas in Cherry Grove, SC. It's the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway in a private, gated community. This condo is uniquely located on the Point, offering incredible panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, Hog Inlet, and uninhabited Waites Island, where you can swim, fish, or kayak for exploration. You are neatly tucked away from crowds.

Our unit features full appliances, a washer/dryer, three flat-screen TVs, free on-site parking in a gated community for two vehicles, a pool, tennis courts, a grilling area, and a private walkway to the beach. It is located near bars, restaurants, golf courses, and entertainment options for children. This condo is located in Building 3, Unit D, on the second floor. Motorcycles/golf carts are NOT permitted on the property. No Pets are allowed on the property.

We also have two other condos in the complex. One is a building directly next door, Building 4, Unit F, and the other is five buildings down, Building 13, Unit D. Here are the direct links to each:

Host were very helpful. First time at Cherry Grove and found it to be such a nice beach. Quiet, peaceful. The condo was clean and orderly. The seating furniture was very comfortable. The beds were also comfortable. The view from the condo was spectacular. Watching the ocean flow into the inlet was so relaxing. Be sure to take your binoculars if you go. We will return to this condo for future vacations.

Location!

My family and I stayed at Family Tides and loved the location. Its away from the hustle and bustle of Myrtle Beach and just a short drive away to get to everything. Communication with Patrick was direct and he got back to me in a matter of minutes. The walk to the beach is a little further due to the dunes, but we didnt mind it. Its also nice for small children as the water isnt deep at all. You also have access to House Creek and I was able to do some fishing where I caught some pinfish, flounder, and croaker! The property was nice and well maintained. Hopefully we can come back again!

Very clean condo, nice neighborhood

It was a great stay, was a little disappointed that i wanted a hot tub that was listed but there was none. Pool very clean bring you own lawn chairs for that. For the most part kids were happy they could just walk out to beach. Would recomend for sure this area, and condo

Beautiful view of inlet and ocean. Clean with comfortable beds and furniture. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy access to a very nice pool. Short walk to inlet and fishing. Walk to ocean side is a bit longer, over a paved walkway, down some stairs and through a sand path. It is well worth the walk. Very enjoyable. Host was easy to contact, kind and responsive to questions.
