POOL / BEACH ITEMS - The complex has a beautiful pool located on the beachside, and is also visible from the balconies. There are plenty of tables and chairs, as well as a picnic area adjacent to the pool.

PARKING – There is 1 covered parking spot assigned to the condo, as well as additional unmarked spots in the row behind the assigned parking. The assigned spot is located right by the elevator. There is also a hose right by the spot to rinse off any sandy toes. This proximity to the elevator makes it easy to load and unload when arriving and departing.
