Ground Floor Condo Right on the Beach! Unit 103 in A Building

The fun starts here! This condo is conveniently located on the first floor and will comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Right out your back patio you will have the best view of Miramar Beach/Destin, FL. This newly renovated 2BR/2BA condo includes beautiful ceramic tile throughout, complete kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and Carrara white marble. Master bedroom has king bed, LG flat-screen TV and on-suite bath with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two full-size beds, TV and connecting full bathroom. Living/Dining area has large flat-screen TV, sofa, small washer/dryer, and two recliners positioned for the perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico.

While on vacation you can try out snorkeling, parasailing, kayaking, surfing or rent a jet ski which are all near this condo.
The condo is located in a quite area and away from the main traffic route, but walking distance to many restaurants, groceries, and the silver sands outlet mall.

Sunday to Sunday receive a 10% discount.

Beautiful View, Nicely Decorated, Everything you need!

This stay was amazing with a very short walk to the beach with chair service provided. Excellent pool. The unit itself is very modern with current updates and lots of little things to make you feel like you are at home. I could not recommend this place highly enough. Close to everything!

The Total Package

The property was beautiful. We especially enjoyed the ease of access of getting to the beach. The beach was clean and the water was gorgeous. There are many excellent restaurants nearby. We highly recommend this property for a stress free, family oriented vacation.

Beautiful condo. Well stocked with everything you need to relax and enjoy your vacation. Responsive owner. The only drawback is beach chairs aren’t included with this unit. It is pricey to pay for beach rental chairs every day. Others units that we have stayed in include chairs with the rental fee so it was disapponting to realize they weren’t included. Overall a very nice stay!

Wonderful Stay

This condo was well appointed, updated with very comfortable furniture and features. We have stayed at this complex before but never on a ground level floor. The view was amazing and the access to the beach and pool was so easy. We loved being able to walk right out the patio door to the beach. Lots of attention to detail noted to make our stay here perfect.

Beautiful beach view

This was our first trip to Destin and we loved it - we can’t wait to go back! We would be delighted to stay in this same condo - it was so homey - as though you were staying with friends. The couch was deep and cozy. The king bed was so comfortable. The condo was decorated very nicely. The towels were thick and plush (with a couple extra provided!). The patio furniture was welcoming. The view was incredible. We could have sat and listen to the waves forever. We all had a great time - my husband said it was the best vacation ever!

Girls trip!

The condo and location were great. We had an a/c issue but it was timely resolved. The biggest shock came 2 months after our stay when I was notified of an insurance claim for barstools that we NEVER even used. It is insurance FRAUD! Don’t trust this rental.

Love staying here, needs more attention to details.

We have stayed here three years in a row now. Love staying here. But property needs to be looked over a little better. The toilet in the master bath has been loose the last two years we’ve stayed here. The remotes in the master and the guest room do not work properly (was essentially told I was dumb and should be able to figure it out when asked for them to be fixed). The remote in the master has been sticky since the first year we stayed here. The bathtub drains slow every year.

Unfortunate Experience

The property is really nice, updated. My family of four were comfortable with the furniture, supplies, sleeping arrangements. The view is impeccable! As a previous review indicated, you are not allowed to bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, or anything that covers or provides shade. The closest area to put your personal items is about 100 yards away. I did not see the previous review prior to booking and was not outlined in the condo rules. The unfortunate part of our trip was when we realized our condo was infested with ROACHES! I’m sure that the entire complex was the issue, but didn’t make our experience in this unit pleasant when roaches were running all over our food on the counter. I reached out to the owner & no response. I realize roaches are an issue in Florida, but this was very uncontrolled.

The roaches have been completely removed. The issue has been resolved. As you see om our previous reviews we gave never had issues until other units had them. Yes I did reach out to you. But no response.

Friends getaway

Very nice ground floor condo. Perfect size for two couples. Had everything we needed. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful, clean beach right outside the patio door. Wonderful trip!!

Perfect Location

We LOVED our week spent in this condo! Being on the ground level was perfect for our three year old, she was able to run in the grass in front of the room and we were far enough away from the fenced in pool that she was able to do that. The kitchen gadgets and supplies were plentiful, and the room was very clean! I liked that this area isn’t super touristy so it wasn’t as busy around, but drive about four miles and there’s TONS of things to do! We will be back, already thinking of planning another trip in December :)

Nice condo with a very convenient location. It was clean upon arrival, steps from the beach and a short walk to a restaurant. Condo was well equipped and was as described. No negative surprises. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Wonderful week at the beach

This condo was beautifully decorated, had gorgeous updates, and the kitchen was well stocked. The proximity to the beach was ideal. Our girls (16, 17yo) loved it! We had plenty of room to spread out as a family. The mattresses were all comfortable. The kitchen was a good size for cooking each night for our family of 4. The empty dressers were nice so we could unpack. We would book this condo again! Just a note - we have not spent much time at the beach so we didn't understand the personal umbrella rule. You cannot set them up on the beach near the water and there is a wall of chairs/umbrellas between you and the water. Plan to rent at least 2 chairs and 1 umbrella ($40/day all week) so you have access to the beach. Otherwise you will be walking WAY around all the chairs or duck under someone else's umbrella to access the water. We had to put up our large sports tent/umbrella behind the designated sign about 50 yards from the water. By the time we realized we were going to have to rent chairs/umbrella to access the water they were sold out. We made it work since a set of chairs was always unoccupied at some point and we ducked under that umbrella. :) Now we know the drill.

Like Staying at a Friend’s

This is a wonderful condo home with a well stocked kitchen and quiet location with a beautiful view of the Gulf! Really felt like staying at a friend’s home, not a rental. What a bonus to find a place with TWO reclining lounging chairs that were suitable for my 84 yo father. Thank YOU! Also, for us it was wonderful being able to check in and out on days that others were not. That flexibility was paramount for us.
