Ven y quédate en 'My 401K'. Este espacioso condominio de dos habitaciones en Sandestin, ubicado en el edificio Westwinds, ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar. La familia y los amigos disfrutarán reuniéndose alrededor de la gran mesa del comedor o descansando en el gran balcón envolvente mientras disfrutan de las fantásticas vistas de la playa.
El condominio está escondido, por lo que es tranquilo y silencioso. Está en el nivel del vestíbulo, así que no hay ascensores. Su propio acceso rápido a la piscina, el jacuzzi y la playa. Impresionante vista al mar y sin esperar ascensores! ¡2 minutos a pie de la sala de estar a la playa!
Nos enorgullecemos de nuestro condominio y hemos agregado niveles adicionales de comodidad. Ofrecemos toallas de spa, sábanas de algodón egipcio de 450 hilos, cocina totalmente equipada y mantas de algodón adicionales para su comodidad. Great Room! Great Location!

Westwinds is by far our favorite place to be on the beach. The small crowd, the short walk to the beach, and the communication with the owner was always a quick response away.

Great stay

We will definitely try to stay at this property again. It was clean, stocked with what you need, and the bunkbeds were a hit with my little ones. I was worried about it being on the first floor, but it turned out to be great! It was quiet, we could see the pool and ocean and a short walk yo the beach.

Amazing Condo

The Condo is in a great location over looking the pool and a great view of the beach from the balcony. we also rented the golf cart which was great to ride around sandestin! We truly enjoyed our stay and the host is amazing she responds very quickly!

Perfect Vacation

I initially had my reservations with this unit being on a lower floor, however we still had a good view of the beach and were basically overlooking the pool. This condo was nicely furnished, management was very responsive and the convenience was the best. Highly recommend and DO get the golf cart

Care free Spring break

This was our first trip to the area and we loved it. 401k has plenty of room and everything we needed inside as well as items for fun on the beach. Micki was very responsive when we reached out. It all added up for a relaxing week!

Great Condo

The condo is easy access to the pool, beach, and parking. Wonderful views of the beach and pool from the livingroom. Kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans/utensils. The condo has a few beach toys and chairs too! My kids enjoyed the Tvs in the bunk bed area! Lastly, San Destin has so many wonderful restaurants and fun spots, if you need a break from the beach.

Great Location and Condo

This was our second stay here, and I'm so happy we chose it again. The view from the balcony is fantastic and unbelievable for a first floor condo. The condo is well stocked with everything you need from kitchen tools to beach chairs/beach toys/etc. The pool and beach are steps away, and the property is so fun to explore by walking or golf cart! The owner is an absolute dream to deal with and very accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Property

Micki was great to work with and the property was fantastic!! Family with 2 small children and 5 adults stayed perfectly. Bunk bed with tvs was awesome for the kids outside the two bedrooms. Location couldn’t be better to have pool/beach access without elevators is fantastic! Will definitely be back!! Thank you, Micki!

Perfect location!

Sandestin is the perfect location on the beach, and this condo is in the perfect location within the Westwinds resort! You literally walk out your door and in just a few short steps, you’re going out the door to the pool.....couldn’t be better. In relation to other condos I’ve stayed in around the world, I’ll say that it is on the smaller side; however, for the view and ease of getting to everything, it is well worth it, and plenty big enough. Don’t hesitate to stay here!

winter get away

Very clean! Beautiful view of gulf and pool area! Nothing much within walking distance, but nice to have tram into Baytowne. Luckily we had a car. Only complaint i have were both beds in 2nd bedroom, very squeaky! Otherwise exceptional😊

Work/pleasure trip

We had meetings at the Sandestin Hilton. This condo had a golf cart with it at an additional fee. It was great having this so we didn’t have to wait on a shuttle. Loved the convenience of lunch and bar service at the pool and beach. Condo had lots of beach chairs and even a small ice chest for guests to use!

Just steps from the pool and beach!

Despite the iffy weather during our Spring Break, we had a wonderful experience staying at "My 401K"! The location couldn't be better; we were steps from the heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub, and just a few more steps from the beach! The unit was very clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, and even had beach chairs and toys! My only suggestion would be to replace the quite flat pillows on the beds, and also the bath towels, which smelled slightly moldy despite washing (bound to happen with towels after time.) Thank you for sharing your home with us last week!

Location is great!

The location of this unit is right on the water. Overlooking the pool and steps from the ocean. The Owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to all our questions. It was roomy and comfortably fit all five of us. The only negatives for us was that the unit needed a little more TLC. Carpets in bedrooms were dirty. Pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The overall feel of the condo was very dark/gloomy and not bright and airy because of the dark wall colors. I think some updates would make this unit a perfect place to stay!!

This property was perfect for our vacation. Everything we needed was provided for us. Bringing young children I was excited that sand toys were provided so we didn’t have to worry about buying and bringing that. The owner was very sweet, helpful, and quickly responded to any questions/concerns we might have had. We will definitely be returning this property when we plan another beach trip!

Great Place to Stay

This condo was great. Very clean and great location. Ample seating on balcony was nice and the extra beach chairs for our use was appreciated. We also used the beach service - rented chairs and umbrella for the duration of our stay. The beach attendant put out the chairs (labeled with our name each morning) and picked them up each evening. It was great knowing we'd have reserved chairs waiting for us at the beach!

Awesome gulf front view and no elevators to hassle with. Closest unit to the beach and still a great view. Sandestin is the Destin Area's premier resort.. and the Westwinds Building is the BEST OF SANDESTIN!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The balcony is awesome.... enough room for a family of 6 to dine, separate sitting area for 4 more, and a chase lounge too.... and generally indirect sunlight.... so you can actually enjoy the view!
