Perfectly located OCMD family vacation rental 2BR, 2BA, Pool/ Hot tub.

Top floor end unit with large wrap around private balcony, giving views of the ocean and bay! ELEVATOR ACCESS (54th street Bayside, half block from the beach). This 2 bedroom/2 bath is nicely furnished and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Unit includes 1 King (Master), two full beds and one sleeper sofa (queen). The kitchen is fully equipped with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, whirlpool tub, central A/C, cable and WiFi. The unit comes stocked with sufficient toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Location is perfect for walking to restaurants, miniature golf, shops and nightlife. Rental includes use of facility pool/Hot tub, fitness center and two reserved parking spots. Come enjoy mid-town OCMD, where you can enjoy the best OCMD has to offer with significantly less crowded beaches.

We had a great stay in this beautiful condo! Perfect location, short walk to the beach and alot of restaurants/activities in walking distance! Chris’ condo was very comfortable, clean, and decorated so nicely! I highly recommend staying in this condo for your next OCMD vacation!

Great location, very clean and comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. The beach is a very short walk. The deck is comfortable with a good view. The pool and hot tub are nice for the kids. Alleyoops Midtown, the escape room, and Dumsers are all conveniently close by. I highly recommend!

Great place

We had a great time and loved this place. The owner was great and was available to help when needed. Location was awesome and we really liked the surrounding restaurants and entertainment. There is an escape room, an arcade with bowling and a quick walk to the beach.

Very nice place, convenient to the beach bus stops, and good food options in short walkable distances. Communication with the owner was great. I, however, found it odd that we had to bring our own sheets/pillowcases and towels. Maybe it’s a regional thing, but thought that was really weird.

Great midtown condo

The condo was very clean, everything worked and was very well decorated. Being in midtown it was also conveniently located to everything and the beach was just a block away. I would totally stay here again!

Owner was a great communicator. The unit was clean. The pool area was nice and clean. It was right across the street from the beach. My family will be staying there again!

Perfect area, midway Ocean City

Wonderful clean spacious condo in midtown OC. Close to all attractions yet private and comfortable. Painless check-in with excellent communications prior to stay. All questioned were answered making the stay effortless and more time to enjoy our vacation. Looking forward to next year and booking again.

Weekend getaway

A lovely top floor rental with spacious bedrooms and entertaining area. Close to many restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed even in off season. Likely will rebook for summer season! The host was responsive and very accommodating.

Wonderful home!

This vacation rental is a beautiful 2br 2ba unit with a wrap around porch. It’s in a great location, you can see both the ocean and the bay from the balcony, and the home itself is beautiful and well kept. Chris was a wonderful host who checked in both before and during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. 12/10 would stay here again.

Condo was very nice and clean. Pool was great and a short walk to the beach. We did have some issues with the tv service and the owner did everything he could to get it resolved for us.

Beautiful condo, great location, excellent host

The condo is beautiful, just like the pictures. It is centrally located with easy access to the beach, restaurants, stores, bars, etc. Chris was VERY prompt with all communication. All soaps (hand, dishwasher, washing machine) was provided. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for a great week. Will definitely consider staying there again.

This place is a WIN

The unit is beautiful, clean, and spacious. Although we didn't love the idea of being on the 5th floor at first, it was a great choice because of the beautiful wraparound balcony. The unit owner was easy to contact during or stay if we had any questions. We will definitely be back!

PERFECT beach condo

This condo is STUNNING and so beautifully decorated, spacious and boasts all the comforts of home and more! Master bathroom was amazing! The view and location is perfect. Wraparound balcony is sweet. Short walk to Ocean (across street one block) Assawoman Bay, restaurants and entertainment. A short drive to boardwalk and my favorite Assateque Island. Chris was very attentive during our stay, a few minor issues with lock and tv addressed promptly. Can't express how perfect this place is. Thank you Chris!

I know it seems I rated this condo high, but the condo was clean and bright.....it was perfect! I have no negative things to report at all & the Espenshade's were a delight to communicate with. We would definitely book again.
