Welcome to our Fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Property!

**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
This top floor three bedroom three bathroom is conveniently located within minutes of two world class ski resorts of Park City and Deer Valley. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king bed. The second and third bedrooms both come with full size beds. Two loft style beds in the living room both have full size mattresses and provide a maximum sleeping capacity of ten people. Our condo is outfitted with well kept furnishings to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Communal pool, hot tub, and Silver Mountain Sports Club & Spa are all located on-site. Everything you need for an excellent Park City vacation!

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
Master Bedroom: Retreat to the luxurious Master Bedroom furnished with a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV equipped with streaming capabilities for entertainment during your stay.
Second Bedroom: Relax in comfort in the Full-size bedroom, offering a cozy and inviting space for a restful night's sleep.
Third Bedroom: Another Full-size bedroom awaits, providing ample space and comfort for a peaceful stay.
Front Room Sleeping: The living room offers two loft-style beds, each featuring a Full-size bed, providing additional sleeping arrangements in a stylish and convenient setting.

**LOCATION**
The Prospector Lodge and Conference Center is home to the one of the Sundance Film Festival showings. This condo is in one the best locations in town. Just around the corner from main street, shopping, movie theaters, skiing and more! Only 35 minutes from Salt Lake International Airport! Guests can ride the free bus to Main Street, ski resorts, shopping and dining, or jump on the Rail Trail for some hiking and biking adventures.

**GETTING AROUND**
The Park City free bus service stops outside the property making travel to Main Street, and ski lifts easy. You may want to bring a car to this location but not totally necessary. There are multiple parking lots attached to the property.

Great location

Great location for skiing. Showers too hot and fireplace didnt work, but otherwise all was good.

Loved our stay! awesome location

Our group of 6 each had a bed to ourselves. Beds were super comfy and 3 bathrooms is a huge plus. No need to wait in line to wash up. Kitchen was great and well stocked and location was perfect! super easy to get to the mountain. Thanks! will be coming back to Prospector

Comfortable and convenient

We had a great stay at the Prospector. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well-equipped, and the location convenient for quick public transportation to Main Street and ski lifts. It would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided, but groceries and plenty of restaurants were within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

We had a nice stay. Four adults, two children fit comfortably In the condo. They loved the loft beds!having three full bedrooms allowed us to find space as we needed, there were games and markers for the kids which was a nice touch. Kitchen could use a couple baking sheets, but the cookware was nice, and stocked well enough with the usual utensils. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay!

Park city Hosts were exceptional in their service - nothing was ever too much of a problem. The apartment is very roomy, well maintained with a well stocked kitchen. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Huge apartment, close to bus stop, sleeps up to 10

We loved this place because of the capacity, big kitchen, plenty of bathrooms in the first place. It is important when traveling with friends and family. A bus stop is only few steps away and you are on slopes in 10 min. No car needed. Furnished with convinent furniture.

Christmas Break

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable. The hot tub was right across the parking lot. A bus stop was nearby. The owner was very responsive. The beds were very comfortable.

Prospector 537

This specific condo is pretty outdated. It was going for a rustic theme, but there is a difference between outdated and rustic. There were not fans in every room and one of the two fans it did have was old and made noise too loud to have on at night. The condo does have a/c which a lot do not in Park City, so that’s a plus, but we had issues with the a/c during our stay. The management company did take care of the problem rather quickly, so they were very great to work with. There were multiple handles broken on drawers and the kitchen had quite a few things, but wasn’t fully stocked like stated. We tried to make cookies for our kids and there wasn’t even a cookie sheet. No tinfoil or parchment paper. The pan sizes looked like it probably started out with every size pan, but over the years maybe haven’t stayed up in making sure everything is there. It was a great size and fit comfortably our group of 10. It does have a small communal pool open in the summer months, which was nice, but not heated. And the hot tub is a great size. It is a short walk to both. The condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so carrying our cooler of food and any heavy suitcases was possible to do, but not very convenient because of all the stairs. The condo was nice and if I had to stay there again, I would be ok to, but it would not be my first choice.
